I had called another companys store, and asked about getting a gift certificate for my daughter, who was graduating from cosmetology school. This other company gave me wrong information, even though I specifically asked, and then the manager tried to argue with me that she had told me something different. She proceeded to basically tell me, I was wrong, and there was nothing she could do about it.I went out in the parking lot, called this Armstrong McCall down the street, and they said they could help me. Drove right over, and the friendly staff happily took my money with great customer service. They helped turn my ticked off mood around. Thank you! I will definitely encourage my daughter to shop at your store, and not give any of her future business to the other place!

I was here with my hairdresser and was impressed with the variety of products they have. I found it odd that one of the employees talked to my hairdresser as if she wasnt a trained professional. Its one thing to share what others have said about products, but not to try and educate about products.

This beauty supply has the rudest staff ! And it’s not my fault the store has outa date credit card machines . I’m update your equipment like you raise your prices . Maybe then you have better customer service. In the meantime there is always RDA . See ya !

Kim and the staff there are always super friendly and helpful. Kim is a veteran in this business and knows customer service.

The employees make the place, they gonout of their way to get the items i need. If the item is not on shelf usually not aloud to get it in stirage room. BumberThe only neg thing i would say is i took a class in the classroom and it was so warm, never cooled off. Friends that took same class said they would go to the other armstrong. I think we were spoiled as tbe prev owner would have coffee, & always cold drinks. He would have food for people shopping sometimes. Made you feel good as we are spending lots of money. He would always be on the floor and knew everyones first name. Very impressive.

The staff wouldnt even check to see if they had the products i needed. This is my second time getting really bad service from this location. I will not be back
