Amazing little spot! The customer service was amazing. I was going between a couple of wigs and the sales person was so thoughtful and patient. I had a great time and would come back in a minute. The wigs are well priced too!!

They teach you how to put on wigs and can give lots of tips of what to look for*Wig parties. Seriously, this is a great experience and I am so glad that I organized one with some female friends. We got wigs, make-up, a lovely environment to hang out in, and great spots for posing for pics with a ring light and backdrop.* A giving spirit. Coco Coquette offers monthly tutorials on make-up for trans folx and I have witnessed kind moments where the staff have helped someone with hair loss due to illness find a wig and leave grinning ear to ear.

Awful customer service. We were told multiple times the wig party was $65 a person. We finally get our invoice and suddenly the price almost doubled! I understand maybe increasing slightly but it was a huge increase! We were told that last minute they decided to increase the price after they had already told us the price the day before. We had already collected all the money from the girls and everyone in our group made sure they were free. Super disappointing and just no communication. It almost seemed like they increased the price because they just didnt want out business. Very unprofessional

Allyson and staff are simply amazing, talented, very customer service oriented. This was my second time for a makeover/instruction and it was another excellent experience! If after looking over their website you find they have something to offer you (even better, go in person), do yourself a favor, run, dont walk. A very accommodating, supportive environment staffed by true professionals highly committed to their customers.

This is the place to go for your beauty needs! They have a great, affordable selection of full and front lace units, plus they dont charge for basic bang trims. You can also get pasties, lashes, and stage quality makeup, in addition to quality artisanal costume jewelry and headpieces. They have a well curated selection of vintage clothing, as well. Most importantly, their staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, and friendly. They do a fabulous job of making me feel at home at Coco Coquette and thats why I keep going back!

Amazing place! They have a large selection of wigs (all synthetic, I believe) in both natural and fun cuts/colors and their staff will help you select what will best suit your needs. They also fit the wig to your head, pinning your hair back and putting on the wig cap for you.Also, the store has an awesome assortment of bright, loud jewelry, pasties, makeup, and some vintage clothes. Went on a magical journey of transformation together, had our makeup done, got into amazing outfits and came away with some pics of us together that we will treasure forever. I couldnt have asked for a better experience at this place. We hosted a private party here for a birthday, and it was exactly what we hoped it would be! Our wig whisperer was so patient with all eight of us and made sure we left with a wig that was flattering and fun. Our makeup artist was also a delight who gave us great looks that went well with our wigs while also taking into consideration our preferences. This is a fabulous idea for birthdays and bachelorette weekends, and I highly recommend this place!

Ive never had a bad experience here! Great wigs in a fun and helpful environment. All the staff is friendly. During my last visit Jasmine helped me and she was so helpful! I never felt pressured but she got me excited about wigs, makeup, jewelry, everything! One of my favorite spots in Austin.

My bachelorette party was hosted here and we all had a great time but Coco Coquette had nothing to do with that. In fact, the person running the event was quite rude. I planned the event by communicating with the owner through email and she was also very rude. There were two makeup artists available and only one knew what they were doing. The other was terrible at her job. I was almost embarrassed to go out after she finished my eye makeup. They have a decent wig selection but Ive seen better for lower prices elsewhere in Austin.

This is my go to wig shop! First of all, the owner and associate are just so kind. If in having a bad day, i go in an immediately feel bettet thanks to their hospitality.Also, I love that people just assume I do my hair perfectly and not that Im wearing a wig. Lace front, heat safe, human hair-- they got it all! If youre looking for a natural look or something that gives you an extra whirl of weird, they are THE wig spot in austin.
