I was on the verge of purchasing an item until a lady approach me and asked for me to exit. So other customers could enter since they were at max capacity. I hadnt been in the store a long time just 2 minutes and they asked for me to leave. Rude customer service.
Shannon was wonderful.I called the store, asked if they carried the Be Curly Kit in store, she said not the kit itself, but she had the products to put it together for me.When I got to the store, she remembered me (always a great feeling).We talked about where my hair currently is, and DevaCurl (my long time brand-of-choice). She recommended an additional conditioner to add nutrients back into my hair. Which I did purchase also...People may say that Aveda is expensive, but not comparatively in the professional-grade market. Further... I ask, what price would you put on not having your hair fall out, or lose its curl.To me, thats priceless.Im doing before and after pictures to add to this review later.In the meantime, thank you Shannon and Sam for being so customer-friendly.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pretty good products and staff is very friendly.Do try to know the issues and recommend products instead of randomly pushing products to their customers.Definitely pricier than other brands but the end results may be better as well.
So I usually dont have a problem with aveda, but I came into this stores location for the first time. While I was purchasing some products they had a problem with their register. Kept declining my card so we had a friend that tried to pay for it but it declined his card as well. So we went to a different register and it finally worked. Well, we tried 5 times till it worked and all those 5 times went through and took money out of my account. I went to my bank to asked if they could credit back my money. They said yes but if you want the process to be faster you could call the company and ask for a reimbursement of your money. I called and asked if I was able to get a reimbursement and the woman on the phone started to have an attitude, telling me I need to go to my bank because something must have been wrong with my card. I told her, Im siting here at my bank already and they asked me to call you guys to let you know what is going on. She told me, I dont know why they are telling you to call here. Its your bank thats the problem. They need to fix it. We cant do anything here. She was very rude and telling me it was my problem and it was my cards fault not the register. I didnt like the experience what so ever and Im very disappointed on how the staff treated me so poorly.
