I dont like the pricing strategy. The face moisturizer is priced at $64. If you spend $65 you get a 4 item gift. But the cheapest (and overpriced) item to buy is $15. These are really high margin items not worth it. Seriously contemplating going back to Olay.

Carin was absolutely amazing. I have sensitive skin I needed to talk thought the product, she was so helpful knowledgeable and understanding.

I have been using Balance diet moisturizer for years. I recently went to this location for a full facial regime and to get a refill on my balance diet. Sales Associate Gabby was so nice. I explained to her my problems and she knew exactly what I needed. She scheduled me for a facial and gave me samples to try. When i came back for my facial i purchased majority of the products she recommended and what I didnt purchase she gave me samples of. Ive been using the products for 3 weeks and i see a difference in my skin and i love it!!! I purchased Clean Energy facial wash, the out of trouble mask, the minerals night time moisturizer, the black clay mask. She gave me samples of the tinted moisturizer which I love also. Wonderful customer service and excellent recommendations. Ill be sure to send others there and Ill be back!

Great products and great service. I like that they let you test things and offer facials. Its far easier to be confident in your purchase if youve tried it out first. It is a little on the pricey side, but its worth it.

I am a huge fan of Origins, and even recently was a finalist in their national Green Roommates contest. My friends and I got thrown an excellent party in their store at the Domain. Origins also gets points for offering free mini-facials, an unfailingly friendly and helpful staff, providing products that do what they advertise, and always giving out free samples of anything your heart desires well....to sample for free.

The gals at this store are extremely knowledgeable and super nice! They rock!
