BEST SHAVED ICE EVER ‼️ 🍧If you’re in Austin and trying to escape this heat or just have a sweet tooth like me. This place will not let you down!I got the Strawberry and added cream!Husband got White coconut with gummy worms!

All I tasted was sweet and creamy grease.I got pineapple, coconut and was supposed to be Pinacolada, with cream. I think I would have enjoyed plain ice a lot better. Usually there is a distinction in flavors but not at this place. There wasnt a coconut flavor taste or a pineapple.😫 It looks beautiful but thats about it. Sorry guys, wish I could have been more upbeat about the place. The workers are a great team. They work really well together. 🤠

Friendly, flavorful, and fun! Real fruit and purees used for toppings as well as a plethora of flavors (all remarkably tasty). You can mix flavors with no upcharge. I feel a little guilty with the low prices yet best quality Ive ever experienced. I am fortunate that a location is so close to me. These can be addicting.

Dreamcicle with extra cream, glitter, and gummy bears.The only thing that would make it better is a cup that didnt sweat or a cup sleeve. So good!

My favorite is cucumber lime. My kid was feeling brave and took a mystery and he was very happy with his (middle one).

Very robust and unusual flavor choices. You could visit here twice a week every week and still not exhaust the flavor options. This is a walk-up “food truck” parked near the main road under shade trees in the parking lot of a Bowling Center. There are picnic tables to sit around as you enjoy your frozen treats. I tried the watermelon flavor and it was delightful.

$2 for a kids cup, which is big enough for me (it melts quick on a hot day). Can do 3 flavors in the same cup. Can also try multiple free samples. Nice staff.Cornhole game outside. Benches outside.

This place is definitely a healthy kind of sweet snow cones place and I love them. You can taste the flavors, it’s not all just sugar.

Honestly the snow cone was really dry (in need of more syrup), and despite getting two stereotypically sweet flavors, had absolutely no flavor. The bottom of the snow cone was hard/dry and had no syrup on it whatsoever. It was so bad that even after sitting for several minutes, it was still dry even with some of the ice having melted. The girl was kind of affronted when I didn’t tip for a single snow cone, which I suspect may have to do with the low quality of product that I received. I got a reusable cup out of it, and the people were kind of nice I guess, but overall, it was definitely a waste of money and I won’t be returning.

This is a top snocone spot for us (SnoMo, Woodys and Sweet Carolines also great). Purple Magic is amazing and you cant get it anywhere else. Prices are fair and they have punch cards. Employees are consistently friendly, and they have other great flavors like Mexican Rice Pudding. Love it.

I love this place so much. My wife and I have been coming for several years now and it just keeps getting better and better. The kids working there are always super efficient and friendly which is good Bc there’s always a line (the sign of ant great food truck), and the gourmet flavors are on point! I have so many favorites lol!

Its good and has a lot of options. Ice couldve been a little softer but extra juice helped. Not expensive and they even threw in whip cream for my great dane puppy.

If they served grown-up snow cones in heaven, this is exactly what theyd taste like. My favorite is Thai Tea and Cold Brew with an ice cream scoop and whip cream on top. But you cant go wrong, they have the most spectacular menu. Get there before they close down for the winter!

If theres a better spot for snow cones in South Austin, thats news to me. They have a massive selection of flavors and arent stingy w the syrup. Dont be shocked by a line, but the service is quick and friendly. Just make sure to ask for your stamp card to rack up a free cone fast!

This place is fantastic! The shaved ice is delicious and the staff are extremely kind. They offer a special dog bowl special free of charge! On a hot summer day this was a perfect treat for both pup and owner. I highly recommend the fun and family friendly place.

This place always has the most unique flavors and friendliest staff. Seriously, their offerings are heads and shoulders above any other snow cone type place. Plus the prices are cheap and their reward punch cards means that every few visits with the kiddos means we get one free!

Love Shaved Ice Island! Their gourmet menu is perfectly curated. This is my go to sweet craving spot. Cannot recommend the Mango Lassi or Thai tea (add a scoop of vanilla) enough!

This place will change your life. These are nothing like any snow cones I ever had. Pure magic. And if you don’t like it (they have many flavors) they will make you another one free. Try the mango (real mango purée) or the Mexican Rice Pudding. Read the billboard when you drive in.

This place is so good. A lot of standard shaved ice flavors along with some pretty interesting custom flavor creations. They also have a ton of toppings to take your flavor to the max. The prices seem too low for what you are getting. Definitely stop by and grab some ice

One was too sour and dilly and one not enough. We couldnt taste any of the cherry flavor either.

If I could give 10 stars I would. One of the best snow cone places I have found since I moved to Austin. Cucumber lime with chamoy is my go to flavor. Great prices on their snow cones and AMAZING flavor.

This place is inexpensive AND delicious and the employees are all SO friendly! My daughter got the rainbow shaved ice and I got the mango lassi. For $3, the kid size lassi was the best dessert - and its still a BIG portion. Thank you for making this heat bearable! We will be back!

I went to the town lake location (thanks to the owner promptly responding to my email regarding when he would open a more central/north location) with my 4 year old and it was a great experience! My little one was able to get one of the fresh juice flavors without dye (watermelon with cream) and I tried the POG with sour grape! We will be back. Do it!

Cute snow cone truck. They have a lot of specialty flavors you won’t find anywhere else. I’m a fan of the creamy cold brew and arroz con leche. Staff is friendly and can help you choosing a flavor. Watch out for ants.

Flavors are out of this world delicious and delightful! We had Ice Island for our neighborhood National Night Out and the shaved ice cones were a huge hit! Ice Island cones clearly stand out above all others! Rahul was wonderful to work with as well! You must try Ice Island! You will not be disappointed!

I came by a while ago and had a delicious Mexican Rice Pudding. The owners emails are hilariously entertaining, it is one email list that you will not regret signing up for. I also saw a funny YouTube video they made recently (what reminded me to write this actually) that was also funny. So not only are their flavors delicious, but it’s fun being part of their community. I can’t wait to go try another flavor!

Great flavors, sweet or spunky! Always a great attitude coming from inside the trailer, and theres communal shady benches available if you want to stick around to enjoy. Ask for to-go and theyll put it in a larger cup for you (except larges) and I highly recommend their new Dark Matter flavor, its like an icy York Patty!

Pretty awesome place! Plenty of choices regular and specialties especially mexican rice pudding!(my favorite). Also variet of toppings to go on them Cup sizes are pretty big even for kids size! Service is fast and plenty of parking around it. Recommend it!

Wonderful selection of flavors. Cool that they offer a to-go option. Lots of ice for your buck. My eyes were way bigger than my stomach. My only complaint was the sheer amount of bees around the place, as well as all the sticky residue on the tables outside.

I recommend trying Cucumber lime it was very refreshing as well as Summer lemonade. In the gourmet flavors I enjoyed purple magic and the Mexican rice pudding. The best part was Shaved ice island gives you the best bang for your buck.

Thee B - E - S - T snocone place in Austin! Periodt. 👌🏻Tigers Blood with Diced Pickles is my fave and takes me back to my childhood at my great grandmas house. She would give all her grandkids money to walk to the corner store and buy a nice cold pickle! Then give us a watermelon jolly rancher to stuff in the pickle lolI love this place! Please put a North Location soon. Though, my family and I drive the 30min south. And Ill still recommend you to cater HEBs picnics 😉
