Yuval is and excellent technician. This is the second time I have had Sears Garage Solutions come out . Both times Yuval came. He was on time each time or early, He gave me excellent advice each time and I would highly recommend his work.

Yuval did his job well. It was a bit rough to schedule but he made sure installation was easy to follow and how to use it, with a sense of old humor. He also pointed out some flaws in my garage doors that I need to get the builders to fix. Thanks for pointing it out to me, I would have never caught it.

Yuval provided us with exceptional service. Our garage door torsion spring broke with both of our cars in the garage and no way to open the garage door. Given that we were unable to leave the house the next day for a special occasion, we had to have the repair completed on a Saturday. In spite of a full workload on Saturday which he already had to complete, Yuval made the extra effort to come to our house and completed our repair work. Sears reps set me up with Yuval to fix my garage door which had been cracked by a vehicle backing into my garage door. Yuval presented himself professionally and pleasantly as he was all smiles, eager to help. Yuval took one look and discovered with a hunch that I needed a new garage door, but quickly patched up the crack by adding a metal strip to the area of the garage to support. The fix was done quickly and saved me $1000 for a new garage door. I was charged only for the visit and felt so much relief and pleased with Yuval’s support. Good service, saving money, peace at home!
