My house is nearly 40 years old and the 16 original windows were barely functional and needed replacement. I got 3 bids from reputable area businesses that specialize in window replacement. Window world was the least expensive of the 3 and I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Jose. I read plenty of reviews of the Austin office and of the Window world windows. Most were very positive, especially of the Austin office and their staff. The windows are rated good but are not the absolute best on the market. That said, they were much better than what I had and pass all established national energy efficiency standards used to benchmark windows. I would highly recommend this company and their product as Im a satisfied customer.

I strongly recommend Window World of Austin. They recently installed an entrance door which changed the entire look of the front of my house.When I first picked out my door, I wasn’t sure what stain to chose so the owner Seth, picked the stain for me. He picked the perfect stain to blend with my brick color.The installation crew, Cody and Jeremy were very professional. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t have even known they created a temporary construction zone.I have received lots of compliments on my new door.Many thanks to the entire crew of Window World of Austin.

My experience was in the beginning when representation of a sales showed up named Jose. He walked in asked if I had all windows to replace after I replied no just the 2 Bay windows in the front. At that point he seemed disappointed and uninterested. He was explaining as if he did not want to do business with me. I asked him to sit down and show me some samples of what I needed. He had nothings with him but a notebook and was pretty much not interested in making a sell I asked him what his problem seemed to be and he said I dont want to do work with you I dont feel comfortable and said that I will not be a customer of Window World. I did not understand what I did wrong. I apologized( for no reason)and said lets start over and move forward. He couldnt get past whatever his issue was in which now I believe that I wasnt replacing more than 2 windows. I know that customers have sent in good reviews and I was hoping I was going to be one of them. I did move forward and have made an appointment with a professional company coming out tomorrow to help me

Great staff, very professional! They explained everything before hand. The tear out of the old windows and installation of the new ones were all done so quickly, we were rather surprised. They did a great job with the clean up!

Ive had a great experience with Window World of Austin and Brent Maldonado. I had their windows installed at my house about 10 years ago. Two of them had an issue recently in my kids bedroom, possibly from them using them a bit too roughly. Brent had his team come out to inspect the issue. The windows were under warranty (they have a liftime warranty I believe) so they ordered replacements and came back to replace them. There was a very reasonable installation fee and then we had brand new windows. Great experience all around. I highly recommend this company if you need new or replacement windows.

After providing a prompt and reasonable estimate, the product manager failed to provide photos I requested of windows similar to what we agreed would be installed. After three days with no response, I applied and was approved for financing on the Window World of Austin website, and I immediately called to schedule the work. The product manager was unavailable and the receptionist who took my call repeatedly talked over me (asking for a good number to call me back) when I tried to express my frustrating customer service experience so far. I was happy to pay Window World of Austin almost $7,000 for new windows and to wait 12-14 weeks for the install, but between the product manager’s failure to follow through and the receptionist’s rudeness, I am going elsewhere.

The good:I love the look of the windows from the outside across the street.The price is awesome!Seth was a joy to work with!Services department is nice and easy to work with.The bad:If you stand on our porch, the caulk job around the window is bad. It looks really messy.Two window sills were damaged in the process. My husband had to fix.Two windows dont lock upstairs and might need to be replaced.

Its not often now a days to get exactly what was estimated, delivered and installed. Everything, everything happened exactly as we were told. The windows are exceptional and in the kitchen where the windows were replaced it is at least 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the afternoon than before!! We are so happy. The guys that installed them did a FABULOUS professional job! High quality product and service!

Window World installed windows in our home and our sons home some time back & we were thrilled with the process & finished product. Yesterday I discovered that a couple of screens had pulled loose due to normal wear. This morning a delightful, professional service person, Jake, made the repairs. Outstanding warranty!

Everyone I dealt with from our sales representative Hector, to our install manager Bridges was prompt, courteous and professional. Other window companies would not even return my call. Even though my project was small, Window World showed genuine interest in my business. They were on schedule, on budget, and did a fantastic install. This company was a pleasure to work with and I am very pleased with our new replacement windows.

Window World of Austin is ON POINT! Their staff was so friendly & communicative, the install went smoothly, & our new doors are incredible quality. We have already noticed the difference in the temperature of our home. Their screens are excellent, you can hardly see them! Window World has rescued our business and well be calling them again to finish our remaining windows. I wont hesitate to recommend them. ****WARNING: You get what you pay for - and then a whole bunch of stuff you dont want. Like: Caulk all over the front of the house where the workers wiped it off their hands. Caulk smashed into area rugs in several places because the installers stepped in it. Big splotches of spray foam stuck to the concrete patio in several places outside. Giant pieces of vinyl and clumps of spray foam in the pool. Installers who dont wear masks.WW came out in July 2020 to give us a bid. Theyd done work for our friends who liked their windows, so we were an easy sale. 50% of our $23k order paid, and we were told itd be 8-10 wks and theyd call us to schedule. At 11 weeks, WE called them. They didnt have all of our windows. In November WE called them again and set an install date because all of our windows should be in by then. Our first installation (it shouldve been our only) was in mid November. One arched set of windows didnt fit. The installers shoved the set that didnt fit (because theyd already taken out the originals) into the space and set it with spray foam. We were told the manager would be coming out to template the windows to make sure they were ordered correctly for next time. Theyd call us to schedule a time to come out.Now, at this point, we have the caulk on the house, in the rugs, etc., AND we have a windowsill that they left crooked - and I mean it was a full 1/2 inch away from wall ON ONE SIDE. We have torn screens that they didnt have the material with them to replace. And we hadnt ever had them call when they said they would. So, we waited. And waited. And, finally in January we call to ask them WTH?!? SURPRISE!!! Without telling us a thing, or re-measuring!, theyd ordered another set and they were expecting it in next week. Would we like to go ahead and schedule that install? So, on 1/29/21 they show up again and the window doesnt fit. AND they dont have the material to fix the screens either. They managed to figure out a way to straighten the windowsill. But they say theyre going to measure the windows again right then, and theyll make us a priority. Right.April comes and WE call again to find out WTH is going on. The windows should be on the truck were told. On 4/14/21 - a full NINE months later, our windows are finally installed by 2 guys who didnt wear masks at all and left a mess. And we had to remind them to do the screens.So, WARNING. The windows are nice. BUT! Youll be repainting every single windowsill and the drywall around every window in your house. And you may have to scrub caulk off the front of your house, re-do your cooldecked patio, fish spray foam and vinyl out of your pool, and cut clumps of caulk out of your area rugs. Oh! and make every single phone call. I take that back. They called for the payment, of course.

Excellent service overall with the windows. The sliding glass door had issues with the installation, the manager came out and worked through a repair that was completed in a timely manner.

Carl Wren and his team were not only highly professional, but they were very efficient and worked well as a team. If anyone is in the market for new windows or doors and would like the job done right the first time for the right price... Id highly recommend them and ask for his crew if thats an option

Words fail....I am an Austin Realtor and never refer a trade to a client unless I have used them myself. I have been a fan of Window World since they replaced some of my windows a few years back. Pleased with the professionalism, the quality of their work as well as their price point.My most recent experience with them, was on behalf of my long time clients who moved away from Austin. Two days before we closed, I had a major issue with a window, (NOT installed by Window World, but by a competitor of Window World who, after more than 5 phone calls never returned any of my calls even when I called their headquarters)Window World came to the rescue and was able to resolve what 3 other trades were not. They were honest, the first tech that came out, continued to chew on my problem and consulted his boss, who actually came out to the home himself to review and SOLVE the issue for us.I find the companys integrity beyond reproach and so refreshing. I am incredibly impressed with the performance of our installation crew today - 10/12. Jose, Matt, Jake, Bridges, Cody, Bruce, Wells, and Kendall were fantastic. We were given a 9-10 arrival and they showed up at 9 on the dot. They came in and immediately put down drop cloths to contain the inevitable mess. All 8 of them were moving at light speed but didnt miss a detail. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. After they were done, they cleaned the windows and vacuumed up the mess, then gave a thorough walk through before leaving at noon. I am so impressed that they were able to replace every window in the house in 3 hours. The windows look wonderful and the workers were fantastic. It was obvious that these guys are proud of their work and proud of the company they represent. Were extremely happy with the quality of product and work provided by Window World of Austin!

Window World replaced all windows in our home in Liberty Hill in 2018. The windows are still perfect! The time and money invested in these replacements was well worth the investment. The customer service is fantastic as well.

I love my windows however, I was disappointed that when they installed, glass got everywhere and I had to do a lot of clean up. The owner was nice when we called about it and was supposed to do a final inspection but he did not.I would still recommend them but watch at the beginning of install to make sure they cover everything as I just expected they would and they did not.

Weve used them twice now and both times was a good experience. They have reasonable windows at great pricing, they are super up front about their products and prices. Free glass replacement, we used it last year when our mower threw a chip and put a hole in one of our new windows. Just call them up and give them some numbers from the window and they show up with a new sash.

Jeremy, Joel and Dom arrived early, worked efficiently together, respected my home, vacuumed each step of the process ( for which I am grateful) and completed the work in just over 3 1/2 hours. They were very professional and customer oriented. They changed a sliding door and a front door. The doors I am extremely pleased with and definitely beautify my home ! From the start this was the best choice We made regarding our remodel. Hector came out measured and gave suggestions that made sense. Never tried to up-sale me or sell me something I didnt need. Kathy in their office kept me up to date and after 3 weeks we scheduled an installation date. On the day of installation Hector called to let me know that Hunter was on his way. Imagine them arriving when they said they would. Rare today but they did. Hunter introduced himself and had me walk him through the project. He remeasured and confirmed all windows were correct prior to starting. Hunter was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He had his crew, which it was apparent that they had been working together for awhile, start the removals. The entire experience was what we were hoping for and more. We love the windows and would highly recommend Window World.

I contacted Window World for an estimate and to get an idea of what product is out there and what it may cost as a first time home owner. Wonderful experience! From quote to install, I could tell they care deeply about their work and customers. Install was fantastic, I was super impressed. They treated our home with respect and took extra care to ensure a safe removal of our old windows, as our 3 year old son was home during the process. They did a good job installing. Everything was good.I didn’t like that they fined me $600 because I didn’t buy at least 6 windows. I only needed 3 replaced. If you buy less than 6 windows, you will be fined $600.

When there was a question about how to make a modification to the outside framing to address potential water accumulations, they went the extra mile, making cuts to the boards to insure the water would run off while enhancing the curb appeal of the finished framing. Definitely as good as it gets!I put off replacing my windows for years because it was too expensive and I was dreading the whole sales pitch and being pressured into getting windows that I wasnt happy with. I had a few friends recommend Window World and read great reviews so they were the first company I called. From my very first phone call to the follow up inspection, every interaction was delightful, no joke. Matt was the first face who came into our home and explained the product, the process and the price. I was shocked at how affordable this was going to be but he made me feel so comfortable and I TRUSTED him. No sales pitch, no convincing. He immediately recommended my cheapest option and it wasnt until I started asking more questions that I determined I wanted better than the cheapest. Then the installation day arrived. I have to admit, I was nervous, this is a big job. Our crew, lead by Matt and Jose, arrived and started work by 10 am and they were DONE with the whole house by 4pm. I was shocked. They were on time, they ALL walked in and shook my hand and introduced themselves, they were polite and were all happy. These guys loved their job and they had fun doing it, despite the 100 degree temps outside. They complimented our home and just made us feel so comfortable. Beautiful result and no mess at all. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Like many others, I had everyone come out to give me a quote which was crazy in terms of price. Window World was the first and set the bar for the rest whether it be price, quality and flat out honesty. Ive worked with Window World multiple times over the past several years, slowly replacing windows in my house and in a rental property that I own. Theyve always been great and very responsive to any and all issues. Plus, now that I have some of their windows in my houses downstairs - and with the weather turning colder - I can see what a HUGE difference it makes to have good windows. Its SO much cozier than before. I highly recommend them!

Its been two years since the installation of windows in my home. The process went very well and the product is performing as expected. However, I decided to change my window treatments (blinds) in my home recently and discovered that the caulking on the inside of all the windows was horrible behind the brackets that held the old blinds. Despite my having asked the installer whether I should remove those brackets for the installation, he told me they could stay in place and they would work around them. Well, they certainly did work around them, but with exceptionally poor results. There were caulking gaps around the windows behind the brackets and there were globs of caulking that literally glued the brackets to the interior walls. Removing the old brackets during installation would have taken mere minutes. By not doing so during installation, removing them at a later date resulted in wallboard damage requiring repair, and I had to caulk around the windows in areas they couldnt get to during installation.The sales process was excellent, the cost was reasonable and the windows are performing as expected, but the installation was flawed. I recommend you insist on having the installers remove all window treatment brackets during installation or do it yourself to avoid frustration and expense in the future.

Had a great experience with Window World. The service was great beginning to end. When we met with them to first talk about the options, they were very informative and offered many solutions to help us meet our financial and aesthetic goals. The installation was quick and clean. We love our windows and receive a lot of compliments from the neighbors on our recent upgrade.

I highly recommend Austin Window World. The whole experience has been great. The salesman was very knowledgeable and new his product well. The best surprise was the installation crew. All I can say is WOW!! These guys were great they were careful not to damage anything in our home, they were done in record time, cleaned up afterwards. They get an A+ rating in my book.

I had a great experience working with Window World. From setting up the appointment for a estimate, calling to confirm I wanted to move forward and schedule final measurements to scheduling installation. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and professional. The crew that installed the windows were AWESOME! As soon as they arrived they asked for a tour of the house, explained the process and asked if I had any questions. Even though the house was under a complete remodel, they took care and put down tarps to catch the glass. I received a call from the team lead 30 minutes before they finished so that he could do a walk through and show me how the windows worked. I even had a friend stop by to check out the windows and they were kind enough to stop and show her their work. She raved about them at the office the next day. My crew was Brian, Clem, Bruce and Marcus and I couldnt be happier with how the windows turned out. They are beautiful!

Window World of Austin installed my windows almost 2 years ago. I gave them an excellent review at that time. In the time since installation, we had 3 very minor problems. Each of the problems was handled very quickly and professionally. I rarely get customer service that is this good after the sale is completed and I thought that the customer service was so good that they deserve another outstanding review.

From beginning to end our experience with Window World has been exceptional!!! After I called for info, Hector was immediately on the case. We set up an appointment, he measured the windows we wanted to replace and he gave us a quote. There was never any pressure at any time, no wild sales pitch, just a rep who believed in his product and the COMPANY he works for!!! We signed the contract, paid half and as he said, 4-6 weeks later they were here to install-more like 5 weeks. The installation was amazing. We had lots of rain so we had to reschedule after first attempt. Every person that came to our house during this purchase and installation was pleasant, knew their job and did it to our 100% satisfaction!! This company is top notch from beginning to end. I placed the order for my new windows and within 3 weeks they were perfectly installed. I own a duplex with 8 total Windows And window world of Austin had them installed in under 3 hours. I had several quotes by their competitors and the competition came nowhere close for an almost identical window. Braden, their sales rep, was fantastic at explaining everything And their installation crew was equally professional. I always recommend getting multiple quotes for large projects But if you are in the market for a windows it is a waste of time to get anyone but window world of Austin to do the job.

BUY YOUR WINDOWS HERE! Seth was so professional, kind, and not the typical salesman. They have a great product for a much better price than a lot of those big window replacement businesses out there. They are able to give you a better price since they make their own windows. They were also very helpful even post installation when I couldnt remember how to use the double-hung feature. Hector spoke with me over the phone, patiently walking me through every step. If you are thinking about replacing your windows, then definitely look into Window World!

I would highly recommend Window World of Austin. Our decorator recommended Window World and she was absolutely right. Our experience from beginning to end was excellent. Matt came to our house within a day of us calling to give us a bid. Matt and Seth then came to our house to finalize our order. They were thorough and knowledgeable. The pricing is straight forward with no gimmicks. The installers were very experienced and professional. They were polite, courteous and cleaned up everything. They stayed much later than I would have preferred but I was very glad they were committed to getting everything done correctly. The windows are beautiful.

I recently had new window installed to help with noise reduction and better efficiency. I immediately noticed the noise reduction on the date of install. The entire staff from the salesperson to the installation crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to install by the date we agreed upon and they look great. I havent received a bill to see the energy savings yet.

I have to give a shout-out about our new windows and the overall experience with Window World of Austin. By far the easiest decision we made among the hundreds we have had to be make as we completely repair and renovating our home. The old aluminum windows were in bad shape. Wind and dust literally blowing into the house.We got 4 quotes for new windows two vinyl and two not. Hands down Window World offered the best product for the price for vinyl. They were courteous, efficient, and professional from the first meeting to the final walk through after installation. They look great. The installation was done very well. Top notch crew. We have energy efficient compliant windows that will pay for themself quicker than any other repair and renovation investment we made to date.We know there are allot of choices and you can spent 6, 8 or 10 times more on non-vinyl windows but we just couldn’t see spending that much and having to eliminate our kitchen remodel or many other improvements we are in the process of doing. Window World of Austin is a Great company. We called and set up to have someone give us an estimate. Hector came out and explained how they work and wrote out a estimate for us. When we decided to go with them for windows. Hector came back out and gave us a final price which was lower than the original estimate due to him giving us options we had forgotten about. The install was set for the exact week he told us it would be when he gave us the final price. The install crew was here and completed all 14 windows and a sliding back door in one day. Hector also came out and spoke to me about what to expect during the install. We even had a question about one window and they came back out and took care of our concern no questions asked. The entire staff and crew are great, down to earth and willing to answer question or help in anyway they can. I highly recommend Window World of Austin for windows and sliding doors.

I had twelve windows replaced by Window World. Matthew, the salesman, was professional and well-informed about the window functions and had some good ideas about which windows would add beauty as well as functionality. I bought single-hung windows but Matthew was wrong about their availability so I received double hung for the single hung price; while this seems like a good deal for me, Im not sure I wasnt tricked. The installers, Brian and his team, were excellent. They arrived late but, gee, they work really hard and do a very good job removing the old windows and installing the new windows. They also do a good job of cleaning up after themselves and are friendly. Im amazed at the difference the windows make and recommend Window World. Make sure you ask for Brians team for the install!

Just had our windows replaced by Window World, what a difference to our home. Braedon educated us to the various options available with no pressure to purchase. The installation team headed by Carl was well organized, worked efficiently, cleaned up after the install and further educated us about operating the windows. Already noticing a difference in temperature and the a/c seems to be running less. Cant wait to see next months energy bill and how much lower our monthly expense will be. We received quotes from 5 companies when replacing the single pane windows original to our home. Window World was by far the cheapest. After reading reviews, we decided to move forward with them. They were great to work with from the very beginning. The rainstorms in May put a delayed when we could get them put in, but they were awesome with the rescheduling. The installers were very courteous and did their job efficiently. I work from home and was even able to lead an important conference call while they were installing windows in the rest of the house. There were issues with the window in our kitchen as it was previously built out with not enough depth for the new window. They were able to add some trim that made the window area look much better and solve the problem without charging. Our windows were installed just prior to the Memorial Day storms and flooding and we determined that would be the true test of the windows and installation. Our old windows leaked some, but we didnt have a drop of water around these windows even with driving rain. They look great and we are thrilled that they are so much more functional than the prior windows. Id recommend Window World to anyone considering new windows.

The product is great. I noticed a big difference in comfort level & warmth within 20 min. after installation. Hunter, the installer & his crew were amazing. They were on time & went right to work w/o any breaks. They cleaned up well & did a good job not creating a mess.The one caveat was with the Quality Control from local franchise. The original day of installation, I took off work. I was called at 8:15AM-8:30AM and was told that the trim color was wrong. I was NOT happy about that. I asked if they had a QC person to check orders before setting an installation appointment. I was told yes. I had to miss another day of work. I lost a day’s pay for the second day. They made it right by deducting that amount from remaining balance. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We have now done the entire house. Both of the installations were done in one day. We have already felt less zonal heat or cold than we did. The busy road behind the house and over the fence is gone. Only the most load and terrible sounds make it into the house. We are very happy with the outcome and the money we spent went to a good company y a day good people.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish! Im not even sure if our windows (six windows total) had ever been replaced since the house was built in 1963, and the house is/was horribly inefficient. From the initial sale (Braeden was very thorough and pleasant) to the installation (the crew was timely, efficient and respectful), I have no complaints. The windows look great, our house feels and looks 100x better, and I think we got an awesome product for the price. The owner even came to visit the house as the crew was finishing up, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

We used Window World (WW) to replace 14 windows in our house, and we are extremely satisfied with their service, work and product. Before choosing Window World I did a lot of research and interviewed 3 other companies/contractors. From a prior experience at our old house, we knew we werent going to use Pella or Anderson, so they werent part of the comparison. WW was the last company we called, and of the 4 estimates we got, WW wasnt the least expensive, but it was the all-around best considering cost, warranty, product and customer service. Seth is the Austin General Manager, and is incredible to work with - he is very down-to-earth and will answer endless questions, he knows the windows well but also understands the technical details, like installation, egress requirements, etc. Seth seems to take personal responsibility for making sure the job is well done and representing WW. Prior to Seth managing the Austin office, I had read some poor reviews of WW Austin, but they were mostly problems with customer service and install - not the Windows themselves. Then I read a very long, glowing review of WW once Seth had taken over, and that is what led me to looking at them - Im so glad I did!!One interesting thing I found before I had made my decision to go with WW was another Window company I was looking at had a very flashy marketing campaign and did the hard sell, saying we couldnt get that price unless we locked it in now, etc etc - but when I dug into their product details, the windows they were using were almost identical to what WW was selling for much less.I was somewhat hesitant to have WW do all 14 windows at once, in case we had issues with them, so we phased the project into 3 different installs. All 3 visits were flawless - there is some noise, but otherwise the install team does their work quickly, and to my surprise we had no painting or repair to do afterward.Our WW windows look (and sound!) great, and I think Seth and his team could not have done a better job for us.

We were introduced to Window World at the Austin Home & Garden show. After receiving a demo of the windows and learning that the windows are a set price, I was sold (I wont dont business with companies that try to upsell anything to me). These windows are amazing - they can open several different ways, super easy to clean and a clear screen so you can actually look at your window. They came out to our house in late August to measure and we had them installed last week (end of Sept - 4 week process). Super fast and easy process. The installation guys were on-time, nice and left my house clean! Cant wait to have the remainder of the our windows done.

I called Window World for giving me an estimate for replacing a gable vent. Hector came out to check and I figured that they do not do such a job. However, Hector wrote a nice description for what I needed to get done and also gave me an estimate of how much it should cost. Even though it was not his job, he helped me out! So appreciate his assistance.

I cannot express my amazement at this man, and thank him enough. Seth, I owe you big time!

I had my windows installed this summer ( 2016). At first I just was not so aware of the difference. But with all the rain and the colder weather, there is a definite difference The noise factor is WAAAY down.. I am on a leveling plan with my electric but looking at the monthly bill it has made a difference! I highly recommend this company. It was fast and easy and the guys cleaned up well when they were finished with the job ! 5 star !!!

I purchased replacement windows back in 2008 under the previous management. My son also purchased his windows about that time. We both were very pleased with the product, not so much the service but recently I had to get three windows replaced and the new owner and Hector were extremely efficient and helpful. Also the lady who answers the phone is friendly and knowledgable - I would recommend this company under new management to anyone interested in replacing their windows - makes a huge difference to my older home.

Admittedly, there was some difficulty and quite a bit of time from initial estimate/order to install. Sometimes home projects are delayed due to various circumstances with contractors and manufacturers. It is not always smooth sailing so patience is key. Throughout my project, the owner, office staff, and installers were friendly, respectful, communicated and did their best to get it done and get it right. They did. I recommend WWAustin and will give them future business.

Window world may sell a good product but they make for a terrible buying experience.We placed an order for windows, thinking that we would want to patronize a local company, in September, hoping to get these windows installed before the onset of winters. Several things went wrong:1. Windows werent installed until mid December2. We financed the windows through them, and they withdrew from the bank an amount great that the invoice. They did not catch this themselves and it took me several phone calls to even get to the right person to begin to discuss this.3. One of the windows we ordered was wrong (plain glass instead of frosted as we ordered.)4. They did not provide the material that i needed to apply for the tax rebate, even though that is something i had specifically mentioned to the sales person.So while the installation of the windows, when it happened was a good experience, the overall buying experience was quite shoddy.We do not plan to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Overall, the total experience was excellent. The price was great... cheaper than other distributors for the exact same model (Alside Mezzo). The install was a few days ahead estimated timeline. They sent two crews and knocked out the 25 window install in one day. The install crew was very curteous and polite. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because of a few small items:The crew finished at night and missed some clean up items- small pieces of broken glass on the back patio, small broken window frame pieces here and there in the flower beds, decal glue and smudges on most of the windows.VERY MINOR STUFF, but enough to keep me from giving 5 stars.The only other thing was there was no follow up from my sales guy to check in on how we liked our windows. Again, VERY MINOR.I would still recommend the company to anyone, but I didnt give five stars due to these missed items.
