I used the Schedule a Pro option on their website on a Saturday night for an non-emergent issue with our door in our new house and received an email from Zachary at 8:30am Monday morning. The Tech from Hutchins did an outstanding job of explaining what his inspection would include. Post inspection he gave me an update on any issues he found and a couple of recommendations of things I could do to maintain the garage doors. Would recommend this company very highly. They helped tremendously - once some 7 years ago replacing the springs on my door (which are doing great), and more recently on New Years when my old opener gave out and I needed to be able to close the door, due to freezing temperatures.
