Recently locked myself out of my house. Had a technician come out and quote me $65 if he could pick it or pop it, $179 if he had to drill the lock. He popped it open with an inflatable in about 5 seconds and then charged the full $179. Said he has to use an additional tool even though he didn’t drill it. He told me I should be thanking him for coming out on a Sunday and not destroying the lock. I don’t even have a problem with the price. Just a very shady technician who was completely dishonest about the quote.Update:The manager Daryl reached out to me and apologized for the way I was treated by the contracted technician. He offered me a much appreciated partial refund. Excellent customer service!

Pros On Call came out to cut and program a key for our van. Daniel showed up on time and did the job quickly. When done, all functions of the FOB worked properly and the key cut was to perfection. Definitely recommend Pros On Call to others in the Central - North Austin area.

This company sent Chris Robles to my home and he did not complete to install the smart lock with video and set up to work. The charge is $100 plus $29.99 trip charge. He wants to charge 4 other locks for $60 with cash and I paid up front. However, he did not know how to install (skill the sensor) and set up the smart lock (which can sense finger print and video tape who push the button at the front door) and force me to pay it in full. Do not ever call them or you will learn my experience on yours.

Called “pros on call” when I was in a rush and locked my keys in my Truck. Josh came out very quickly and got it taken care of within 5 min. I highly recommend!

I lost my 2nd key for my 2014 F-150 and bought one on-line not realizing that it had to be cut and programmed. I called several locksmiths and no one really wanted to handle it, probably because they didnt sell me the key. One even hung up on me. Then I called Pros on Call and got in touch with Chris. Chris came to my house and cut the key on site. He has an amazing amount of equipment right in his vehicle. Chris then programmed the fob and we had a nice chat waiting the 10 minutes it takes the machine to program a Ford key (not his problem, Fords problem). He fully tested the new key and it worked like a charm. The price was the same as if I had taken it to a Ford Dealer and it was done in my driveway. Top marks for Chris. I will be sure to use these guys if I have any more lock problems.

Car lock out.... For starters called minute lock.. and somehow had these people show up.. Pros On Call LLC... Had a car lock out.. The tech was polite and nice.. But the price was absolutely absurd.. Last time we had a locksmith that did the same thing with the door pump took less than one minute.. it was 40 total today was 29.00 service call and the added charge was 120.00 a total of 149.00 in Elgin, TX.. UPDATE UPDATE >>>> glad to say it was a mistake on the price and the owner Daryl was very helpful and understanding and did a refund of 60.00.. thanks again for the quick understanding.. also the service itself fast and professional

Was lucky to have my call for garage door repair referred to this company. Jonathan called before coming and explained what was needed (broken springs). I also had him replace plastic casters with Teflon ones and all at a very reasonable price! The service call cost was low and was applied to the service. Very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will probably not need them again for a few years (thankful for 5 year warranty), but if I need a locksmith, Ill call them first!
