My garage door was acting dramatic and only closing when it wanted to close. So my rental company set up an appointment and an employee named John came out to help me. He was very respectful, listened to what I was dealing with, and showed me tricks to work the garage. He explained everything and changed the sensors for me to hopefully help with the issue. At no fault of Justin’s he had to come back three times because of the wrong door provided by the distributor. He was more than apologetic and almost embarrassed.
