The gentleman in the hardware section took me from clueless to confident in searching for the right size/diameter nuts & bolts. If there were more workers like him in America, we would be far better off.

This is the most bougie Ace hardware Ive ever been inside. It has everything you need, plus a lot of stuff you didnt know you wanted.

Friendly staff, very well stocked

I went to Lowe’s looking for specific screws and wasn’t able to find them so I went here. I looked up the time they closed and it was listed as 9 so I went there and accidentally came 5 minutes before they closed, which turned out to be 6. Not knowing the closing time I needed help to find the screws the lady I spoke to ignored me until I politely said “excuse me” to her and she told me that they were closed in a rude in condescending manner and seemed to have no interest in helping us she also had no knowledge of hardware in a hardware store. Even though it was a few minutes before the closing I decided I did not want to do any business here and went to Home Depot instead and they had exactly what I needed. If you’re thinking about going here just go to Home Depot instead they probably have what you’re looking for.
