I have worked with Chrissie and her team on a few projects now from a few different vantage points - first was as a project manager for a GC where they were an EXTREMELY valuable member of our team during the major push to complete the job and deliver it on time. I have since gone out on my own working on the architecture side of projects and they are a fantastic resource for me and my clients and offer a wide range of options for all budgets, and the last time I met with Chrissie she was excited about their upcoming launch of a new showroom with more affordable options for the average client, the type of stuff is architects can afford ;)!
I work for a custom home builder in Austin and have worked with Chrissie, Martin, and Bri on multiple projects. They are very professional, respond quickly to my questions, send specs for every selection, and do a great job of updating selections on the fly. I would highly recommend Alexander Marchant and I will continue to use them on my future projects.
We are trying to replace the faucets and hardware in our house and thought we would shop local at the place right down the street. So we went by the Brentwood store to hopefully pick things out and get them ordered, but were quite rudely informed we needed an appointment. Not sure what they were doing as the place was completely empty, but I guess I would have understood if the message had been delivered nicely. It is also confusing as the sign out front says something like appointments encouraged, I dont know why that would be what your sign says if your policy is something else entirely. You could not pay me to go back as I much prefer dealing with people who are kind. Would not recommend, 0 stars.
Great local business with amazing and out of the ordinary choices.
Alexander Marchant carries beautiful products, knows them well, and is always ready to help with questions or concerns. I highly recommend them.
When you leave customers on hold indefinitely (not once but multiple times), you get 1 star. Really wanted to shop here to give business to a local retailer, but it is impossible to do so when customer service is so poor. Took my business to Amazon.
