I really like the fact that harbor freight tools is holding the price down but they held it down so much now that quality is excluded in their sales. I would prefer prices go up just a little bit for some quality something that will last more than a week

This place is an oasis. Great prices, awesome stuff, and Im no marketing person but the merchandising presentation appears to chemically trigger the desire to at least attempt to purchase the whole store over and over again.Places like target have this same effect initially, but the sticker shock seems to be less of a bug and more of a feature as retailers seek to find that special point where no matter how rich the incoming population seems to be, that race to drive them into the same hamster wheel that the rest of us have to live in will overtake their moneys value if it is the last thing these big box retailers do - and the sad part is that it may just be the last thing they do if they drive the same forever up vehicle that merely caused a multigenerational housing debt crisis in 2008 and apply it to, like, everything, man.It makes me happy to see people like harbor freight seeking to build value that is less gotcha and more rooted in a society that we might need to function even after the clearly labeled social vampires have turned basic goods into a massive luxury purchase even though fundamentally Harbor Freights competitors are simply selling 30 year old technology like everyone else, except with super cheesy pretense and private self delusion about the value they are creating by putting a five cent fingerprint scanner on a safe that can be cracked by a two year old and paying loads to merchandising agencies to wrap these relative technological artifacts in the most obscene and manipulative packaging so that they can convince some shamefully victimized market segment held hostage by time and responsibilities that this is all progress and part of some super embarrassing-to-watch zen-like experience.Really literally, outside of the Target next to this Harbor Freight their is a continuous renewal of the population under the bridge who are languishing in the same physical photographic frame that you can see these masterful corporate manipulators bright red sigils proudly displayed and expertly detailed.I mean, pictures like this are what will make the kids in 2050 wonder why such clear displays of deliberate criminality and active destruction not only of environmental futures that are liveable but the short term survival of the worth of the dollars we use to glue our fragile society together were ignored by the people who live in this current time and how anyone could even write a review tangentially related to the situation without mentioning it. I mean, I dont think future generations would openly call entire swaths of the American public cowards but if they did I dont think anyone would even wince.

Not too busy when we got there. Went in for 1 thing came out with 6. This is a Toy store for men! Our cashier Eric was very helpful n polite.

One of the smaller stores and it’s in kind of a run down shopping mall but it has a great selection and variety even if the inventory is kind of limited. The employees are great. They pointed out two opportunities I had to save money by buying their specials. I’ll be back for sure.

I dont shop there often, but I do love to go when I need a tool which I may only need once a year or once in a lifetime. Why buy a Milwaukee, snap-on, or DeWalt if its just going to be sitting on the shelf? I cant say their tools are of impressive quality; theyre functional.Over the past 2 decades, Ive bought sanders, air tools (nailers, grinders, fittings, paint guns, hoses, compressors), saws, painting equipment, hand tools, batteries, wheels, garden tools, and even a utility trailer.Sure, theyre not the best, but they work good enough and the price cant be beat. Safety glasses for under $2? I buy 6 at a time in clear, yellow, and smoke tints... I tend to lose and scratch them. And, when they have a sidewalk sale, stuff is STUPID CHEAP. Most of the stuff Ive bought is still functioning (a reciprocating saw Sawzall-like for $16... Still working after 15 years. The blades are a pain to change and require an Allen wrench.)And the trailer? Though over 10 years old, is getting ready to be upgraded to a teardrop camper.

Very cheap tools. Not necessarily the best quality of tools, but nonetheless they will get the job done. The staff at this location is super helpful and friendly. I had to make an exchange at this location and they made the process short and quick and I was out of the store with my new drill in less than 3 minutes.

The backbone for anyone trying to get anything done on a budget. Tools are 7/10 they get the job done. They have almost anything you will need for almost any project.

I have been to many Harbor Freights in many cities however this is one of the easiest to get in and out of. Its located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Also, its one of the first HBs I have been to where I didnt feel my kid was at risk contracting tetnus from the HB provided shopping carts. They were in excellent working order and not rusted out like what I experienced in California. The staff was very friendly and effecient at keeping the check out line moving. Overall the store was very well staffed and several folks had employees providing verbal help while the other employees staffed the front counter keeping everything moving. As usual, I used one of my super duper coupons and got a great deal on a tool set for my electronics lab. The store is in good neighborhood, it felt safe.

This place is great for someone that wants to build up their tool box and maybe get a few power tools without breaking the bank! I was there to get a pump for the rain barrels we just installed. It was 40%cheaper than Home Depot! Very friendly staff if you can get ahold of them😃! They also have the most random items there. Which is why I was there! Check out my project! I built a cover for the rain barrels for under 5 dollars! Tarp, scissor and stretch cords😂!

Seems excessive and invasion of privacy to be honest. I got nothing to hide, but its on principle.. wouldnt return or recommend this place

I received terrible service here from the manager. I bought a saw that was missing parts and not as described. they refused to help me with a return despite me being within the 90 day return window that was written on my receipt. the manager wouldn’t answer any of my questions, and instead repeatedly listed off the store policies. Ive shopped at at harbor freight for years and i think their discounts are great, but the lack of service and quality here is really poor. Do yourself a favor and go to another hardware store.

Great trip today. For some reason the place was empty when I got there. I got to walk all of the isles. Wound up spending double what I went in there for. Fortunately, I got some items that I keep forgetting to put on my list.

Its Harbor Freight, what can you say. Cheap affordable tools, decent service, great selection, moderate quality. We all know why we go to HF, if we wanted expensive name brand tools that could recoup their cost after a few years wed go elsewhere. But lets be honest, we go to HF because we want a functional tool for a price that wont break the bank. Sure theres a 60% chance said tool will turn into scrap within a year or two (so far Ive been lucky, 3 years of hard use and all my tools are still good) but you get what you pay for. HF will always be my first choice for tools.

I love Harbor Freight! I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience at any of their locations(aside from long lines, those get ridiculous sometimes)! My love for this store came about 2 years ago, when I was buying moving blankets, a bundle at a time. The manager came up and asked me what was up with all the blankets? I told him that every year, I head down to the Arch downtown, when the temp drops below 40ish, and hand out the moving blankets to the homeless(they make VERY warm blankets!). He was in awe, and brought out two extra bundles of blankets(over $100 worth), and threw them in the bed of my truck, shook my hand, and told me I was good people. That made my month!Aside from their generosity, their staff is always willing to help people out, and 9/10, very happy employees. Thats almost impossible these days! Go give them a try! The majority of their products are built right along side the Major Brand companies they compare them to, yet, charge 1/4 of the price! Great deals, great people!

For inexpensive tools, this is the place to go. I wouldnt try to buy some tools that require precision. But most hand tools, tarps, gloves, etc are fine. The staff were awesome when I went to load up on tools for our Mission trip. They were extremely helpful, and really appreciated their patience and help. I will definitely go back there.
