I used to visit Dr.Khan, Usually the Doctor is good, but front office people and billing department people are very Rude, very lazy, they dont do their job properly, which will make you pay penalties, Even though they make mistakes, we end up paying price for that. even if you ask for the bill right after the visit, they say doctor not processed it yet. I felt like it is a scam, I lost hope in them, Even though doctor said, i might not go there again.

Dr Kahn and his NP do a great job of listening and thinking of best solutions without throwing a bunch of tests at you. Dr Kahn is rather dry and I was intimidated a bit at first until I determined he was just really into his job and into figuring out what was going on. After that, he seemed warm and friendly. He gave me plenty of time and asked for my feedback. Wow! So, I can say I trust him and will continue to see him in the future.

I really appreciate how Dr Kahn and his staff treat my concerns. Dr Kahn always is very through and takes his time during my appointments to listen to my concerns and provide needed advice. I highly recommend the practice.

Interactions and service with Dr. Jeffrey Kahn and administrative staff all excellent at initial visit. But a few knocks on attempted follow up visit. A little disappointing I am unable to get a quick follow up appointment with Dr Kahn for 3+ weeks or any other physician at this location for over 1 week, when experiencing ear pain due to a likely new infection. Disappointing Austin ENT does not use centralized appointment scheduling - one must call each office for service. Also disappointing the Austin ENT central office automated phone system appointment scheduling not working when attempted multiple times during business hours - the system indicates not accepting calls at this time and promptly hangs up. I wanted to return to Austin ENT but now will be seeing another provider at a different practice.

Office was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Jeffrey B. Kahn, M.D. was extremely thorough and explained all options available. Highly Recommended.

I love this place! I went to another doctor for an infection I’d had for over a year and thought I would have to have surgery. So I came to see dr Kahn for a second opinion and he found the right med combo and cured me! I’m so happy!

We had a great experience with Dr. Kahn. After visiting a few other ENTs we were getting frustrated when we couldnt get a diagnosis for my son that made sense. Dr. Khan was able to diagnose it correctly and resolve the problem!

I took my adult disabled daughter to see Dr. Kahn for a problem she was having with her ear. Dr. Kahn was very knowledgeable and took time to explain options to us. He truly is empathetic, as many others have said, and has a very kind, patient, and gentle approach. I really appreciate that, as not everyone is comfortable in dealing with the disabled population. Together, we decided on the best treatment option for my daughter and it was highly successful. Follow-up in the office is excellent. Dr. Kahn definitely cares about his patients and I really appreciate the care he provided my daughter and the kind manner in which he treated her. Office staff is also superb. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait to see the doctor, but once he was with you, you did not feel rushed. He was thorough in his explanations of the problem and what could be done. The office building is beautiful, in a good location, with ample parking, and easy accessibility.

I had the good fortune of being referred to Dr. Kahn after a trip to an ER. My appointment was today and there are no words to express how relieved I feel after my time with him. He was thorough, addressed my concerns and was most kind. I am very grateful. I’d also like to mention Dr. Kahn’s staff - simply the best! If I owned my own business, I’d try to hire everyone of them.

I began seeing Dr. Kahn as a referral because of a suspicious thyroid. Dr. Kahn is always very thorough and explains what he is thinking so you understand his assessment of the situation. And he doesnt make you feel like hes rushing through his consult with you. This gives you confidence and builds trust. While managing my thyroid situation, Dr. Kahn suggested I have nose surgery to correct a long broken nose that was prohibiting me from breathing out of my left nostril. Ive lived with this for years and it was complicating my ability to breathe while using a CPAP. I had the surgery in July, and now, 60+ years after I broke my nose, I can finally breathe like a normal human being. The surgery was well worth it and wish I had done it years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Kahn to anyone who needs an ENT; seeing him will give you peace of mind.

Dr. Kahn is very knowledgeable and capable.He preformed several diagnostic tests and carefully explained the results. He was great about explaining the procedures and operations he did.

Dr. Kahn and Lauren are great. I had a tonsillectomy surgery last year and have recovered quickly. Although I had a complication but it was mainly my fault because I was not suppose to work but rest.

DR. Kahn is really good at what he does. I went to the office a couple of months ago and i have nothing but great things to say about the DR and the staff.

Recently I made my first appointment with Dr. Kahn to address a few concerns I had. While the wait was too long (30 minutes after my appointment time), the actual consultation with Dr. Kahn was fantastic. He addressed all of my concerns and provided remedies for each of them. But the best thing this office does is they are very transparent. They made sure I knew exactly what each thing was going to cost with my insurance plan, the other options I had, and why they recommended each line item. I have been in several other offices where this doesnt happen. I was very impressed and will certainly go back again, I just hope I dont have to wait as long next time.

I an a patient at Austin ENT. Today I tried to get an appointment for my wife who has a fairly serious throat problem (feels she has a slight obstruction). That said they could see her in a month. I asked what else I could do if it seems serious. She said call our primary care doctor. I will never go back.

Dr. Kahn was awful! He was insulting and rude. I have Ménières disease and auditory processing disorder, so I went to him for an accommodation letter for a new job.He didnt know what DARS/VOC rehab is (okay, fine, whatever). Doesnt think hearing loss is a disability (wtf?). He thought that I was lying to my employer by not disclosing my disabilities (told him I did). He changed that to they wont hire me if he writes the letter (told him that I was already hired). He changed that to they dont have to accommodate me (ADA says they do). He changed that to my hearing is fine and insinuated that it was all in my head. He finally said that to hell spend a long time reading through all my paperwork and write the letter, but its still all in my head and I should see someone because of all the other medical stuff I have going on.I also had to deal with a paperwork mixup regarding my birthday, wasnt seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time, and was late to work.

Dr. Kahn was very kind, empathetic, and competent. I would recommend him to anyone.
