Hello??? Hello??? Anyone home??? These jokers do not answer the phone! Who else hates calling Superior in Austin???

I waited 1 1/2 hours for my product. 8 customers got served before me that arrived after me. I know they have a reputation for being slow so I waited patiently. Several made eye contact with me but didnt talk to me until I approached them. When I first approached them (45min prior), they said someone was already pulling my order. When I approached them again, they found the one who pulled the product on the computer(20min prior). He denied pulling anything for me until shown the computer then he claimed I wasnt there when he brought it out.

Its hard to establish the correct verbage to describe the incompetence of not only this location, but store 14 as well. Alan is the only human with a brain in the organization and he is smart enough to only answer phones now to try and distance himself from the idiocracy of his coworkers. If you are looking for efficiency, correct ordering and good software for parts acquisition this is NOT the place for this

Customer service like no other. Love having them on my side

They are a wholesaler who would not sell tiles to the public. Because only a pool professional will know how to lay tiles, that is the most ridiculous excuse. I could understand other products such as skimmers and returns but not tile, especially when I have the same or more experience laying tiles than some of these pool professionals.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff members. I call them to make a purchase 5 minutes before closing time and asked them to hold on for me because I was stocked up in traffic and they did, once I got there they took care of me answering all my questions regarding my purchase and made my day. Thank you Superior. Highly recommend.
