Got a cake from here & placed the order online! I walked in store & the cake was brought to me right away! fast service & the people there were very nice 😊

Terrible service. My grandson and I were ignored by the one person working. When I asked if she could help us she rudely told me she was already helping someone else,, the other person was just looking through the cake book..Turned out great for us in the end because we found SCOOP & SCORE right down the street and it was AWESOME!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday from here. Upon arrival the cake looked nothing like the picture that I ordered off there website. I advised them of that and they said they would fix I told them I had to have the cake in four hours. After leaving I thought about it and called them back I specifically said if the cake is not something you are able to do please let me know so that I can pick something easier. They assured me they could make it look like what they advertise. I sent my fiancée to get the second cake he brought it home and still did not look like the picture. At this point the party starts in an hour and there’s nothing I can do about it. Will not trust them again to make a cake unless it is extremely basic. The screen shot is what I ordered off there site, the pink cake is the first cake they made for me, the other is the final cake that they think looks like the picture.

I went in for ice cream with out a mask and when I walked in, Ada (the employee who was working) asked me to put my mask on and if I didnt have one I could go two doors down and get one from Slap Box. There are a few issues I have with this. One, the mask mandate has been lifted and if you are fully vaccinated you are no longer required to wear a mask per president Biden. Two, way to mooch off of Slap Box!! I am not using their services nor am I paying them so why would I walk in to take a mask that they are paying for. There were also people TWO feet away from where I was ordering sitting down eating without a mask on. But hey, thank goodness covid isnt an issue when youre seated am I right! Overall not a very good experience with Ada who was very disrespectful and had a snarky tone to all of her customers! I love BR but this has forced them to lose a customer for good which is sad to say!

HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERECame to this location on May 31st, 2020 with 3 Friends and myself.We all were very excited to celebrate Basking Robins 31st with them. We were all excited over all the flavors designing the perfect icecream per person. Cash in hand smiling faces, joyous as can be considering the times, but Baskin Robins 31 flavors has ALWAYS been a Family tradition since I was a child. I planned on sharing the same experience with my wife and children some day, but not another dollar of mine not my family or my friends will EVER BE SPENT HERE EVER AGAIN and when we ordered our icecream both employees informed us that they would not honor the posted sign saying $1.70 scoops all day every 31st its 8:00 Sunday 31st of May Damn you for stealing our day! Damn you!

Took my kids to the same BR as always and then asked for waffle cone icecream for kids as always. The cone was broken and asked for a new cone and then this condescending white girl said we dont replace the cones when there there were cones right there to be replaced. To add insult she bought a broken cone piece and said this is for the broken missing cone piece. What a piece of thrash she was and running the store and the cash counter. Absolutely horrible experience never ever will I ever step my foot into this store.

This was my FIRST EVVVVER Baskin Robins experience, Im 44 yrs old, come from a very small Texas town that didnt have one anywhere around when I was growing up and I have to say that Maleah(sorry if I spelled it wrong) made it the funnest experience Ive ever had! I felt like a kid in the candy store. I could try what ever I wanted but chose the first 3 I tried. Lol! As you can see I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back again! Thank you Maleah for making it so fun and for having such a contagious bubbly personality, even at closing time!! Your smile and personality is contagious!! Give this girl a raise, she does an amazing job!! Thanks again. Best ice cream I believe Ive ever eaten.

Its the same store its always been and what toy expect, which is good and bad. Great for consistency, but bad if you want something new and different. This place doesnt excite me but is reliable. Clean and nice staff, and we got in and out pretty quick. Prices are about right so nothing ti complain about.

I normally love going to Baskin Robbins. This time I went and ordered a banana split. I asked for caramel on all three ice reams and a few I left found i had received none. Very disappointed.

Visited this place 13Apr2019 just before my birthday to buy cake. We purchased ice cream cake today. It seems to be small store. People are nice and customer friendly. Cakes are fresh. Good place for refreshment

This place was very busy- there was a line all the way back to the door. The line moved very quickly and I even got to sample a flavor. Excellent service. The wait was well worth my time spent there. 5 star service

Small ice cream shop in a strip mall on the southern end of Avery Ranch on Parmer. Lots of flavors to choose from as well as different cone varieties. Many different topping options for any way you want your ice cream. Cone, cup, sundae, banana split. Shakes avail as well. Friendly staff and usually quick in and out.

Not my favorite place for ice cream. I went as a matter of convenience. The milkshake I got tasted fine but a small for over $5 seems overpriced. Nice employees but they appeared not to have enough staff for the crowd of customers in the building.

I have been here a few times and have always had a good experience! I love the milkshakes with their ice cream. Way better than some powdered mix from other places!

Great place to end or even begin a date night. Very friendly and good prices. Some of the best ice cream flavors youll find point blank period. Definitely better then the Marble Slabs and Dairy Queens in my opinion. Two thumbs Up!

We take our boys here if they have been really good or if they went and got shots at the doctor. Its a nice place to go for a special treat because the prices are a little high. You cant go wrong with the regular chocolate ice cream.

I’m sitting at home very disappointed and flabbergasting at my experience. Okay so what if it was 10:59pm on a Saturday... I pulled into my parking space and was so relieved to see 2 faces still ready at the counter. Then some girl a wannabe track star bursts out the area out of view, Naruto sprints full speed to lock me out. All 3 sit inside and make eye contact with me. October 19th 10:59 closing crew was very rude.Borderline feeling like it’s a 1 star

I feel this far better than Amys in cost wise. But the only concern is with people in the store. They are not that kind of kid friendly when kids want to try various ice creams.That makes this average rated store.

Love this little place near my home for my cheat days! The quality of ice cream and array of flavors always takes me to this place. I also like their ice cream cakes, a must try!

This location is always clean (and thats saying something). The ice cream selection is great and the staff is friendly. The birthday cakes here are also really cute.

The chocolate chip cookie dough was delicious! The lady at the counter was helpful even offered a small sample of a couple of flavors...

When it came time to pay, I told them I was in Idiocracy, but they still charged me full price. Minor snafu, but 5 stars.

I enjoyed the ice cream though I didnt get the two I wanted. The lady asked me twice because she forgot what ice cream I wanted which was mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream and then forgot the 3rd time and gave me chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookie dough. I think she needs to gets checked up. And there was no rush so how could she have forgotten.

The service is great. They do have an outdoor seating behind the store. Usually busy after school hours.

My wife and I, had a very bad experience with the girl taking my order. She was very rude and had no customer service skills. We have been in this area for ten years and as much as we like Baskin-robbins we will never go back. You have lost a customer for life! This store has slowly been dying.

Have had the pleasure to scoop ice cream twice here for a fundraising event. The staff are fantastic and super helpful. If you need a place to do some fundraising, Baskin Robbins on Parmer is a place to try. If youre just looking to get some ice cream, this place is wonderful as well.
