This is a Uber eats delivery order. From my order till its arrival took about 50 mins. That said, Ive NEVER reviewed anything online before, Ive never had a bad enough experience to feel like it was worth the time or effort. But ibubble tea is that bad. My husband and I were celebrating a little last night and did a 130$ uber-eats order of bubble tea and snacks for the weekend. Heres what we ordered and what we got.6 bubble teas - All varying degrees of actual sweetness/flavor. Most of which were VERY watered down tea with what tasted like watered down non-fat milk. The black milk teas was actually semi transparent. Coffee milk tea HAD COFFEE GROUNDS in it, but still tasted watered down, which should be a bit hard to pull off. Im almost impressed. The coffee jelly in that was hard. The matcha milk tea and the mango smoothie was just fine.Bulgogi (Spicy Pork Bulgogi) - I know bulgogi has a little bit of korean spice to it, but this was covered in a thick katchup-like spicy sauce that was almost inedible. It was like eating the spicyest wings at wingstop after licking a ghost-pepper. It was so spicy you couldnt taste the meat.Singapore noodle - It also suffered the overly spicy problem, I believe from the same sauce as the bulgogi, just in a lighter amount. The noodle itself was mushy.Butteryfly Shrimp - We didnt actually get the item despite ordering it.tempura shrimp - Soaked and soggy and tasted a little off. the shrimp inside was fine, but the panko was not right.Popcorn Shrimp - These were actually ok.Sesame balls - These were actually pretty good. Most satisfy with this item in the whole order.Chocolate bubble waffle - Im from HK so I was excited about this item since I cant go home any time soon. Even accounted for the delivery time, they were too soggy where its should have been crunchy, crumpled up and tasted stale. These should be crunchy on the outside and the rim of the bubble, and soft on the inside of the bubble.Taiwanese popcorn chicken - We were really excited about getting some of these, which was why we ordered out in the first place. We were pretty annoyed to see that we didnt actually get ANY chicken pieces. Our entire container was filled with bean sized pieces of Popcorn Chicken. Average size of the pieces is about the size of the nail of my pinky. So if there were any chicken, its so so small its feels like there are no chicken in it. Sprinkled over rice with a little of spicy mayo and you almost have yourself a snack.All that said, I really hope that ibubble tea improves, not a lot of businesses survived the last year, and if one was lucky to get through it that might means they have a strong customer base. Right now, the prices are insanely high already for such poor quality and quality control, so I think the business owners should think about ways to respect those customers wallets better and improve their offerings. If you decide to give this place a go, maybe do it in person so you can get the issues sorted out right away, though I wouldnt recommend it at all. There are far better places in the area for fractions of the price.

I love this place!! Their food is great, their drinks are awesome, the atmosphere is so welcoming! Its a great place to study or go on dates or bring your kids to. I also love how unique they make everything. I usually customize the sweetness of my drinks because most bubble tea places in the area have very sweet teas. I tried their chocolate bubble waffle today. It got real chocolate melted inside each little egg which was so cool! I will definitely be back with my friends.

Ive been here a few times and have had overall great experiences. The service is always friendly - usually just 1 person working so service can take time if there is a large order ahead of you. I usually order the same drink every time and it comes out perfect. I love that they have non-dairy milk options too! Its surprising how many boba places still only use the non-dairy powder creamers that make your stomach hurt.I believe the food comes from the restaurant next door and is hit or miss. I ordered singapore noodles once and wasnt expecting curry sauce - thats ok, there are different recipes for singapore noodles out there so wasnt too disappointed. But it was so spicy that it was inedible. I had to trash my $13 noodles because no one could eat them.For now, theres plenty of street parking and there is also a free garage. Its right by ACC Highland, so parking availability might change once the school is running at a higher capacity.

I ordered 4 bubble teas online last month, but when I arrived to pick them up, there was a sign on the door that said they had closed early. I did not get a refund and they havent answered the phone.

Pretty terrible bubble tea. there was one employee working alone inside and they were friendly but took a long time of which they told me it would take. fine i waited. but when i got the bubble tea the tapioca balls tasted stale old and rubbery like biting into beauty spa wax and the tea flavor was non existent. it tasted like straight milk mixed with water and a few ice cubes. very bland and weak flavor. place was empty. wanted to try something new and it did not work. dont want to be mean but i dont see this place staying open much longer maybe its time for a new idea.

Ordered on postmates for pickup. I ordered wonton soup and drunken noodles. Got the wrong order….oh well, it still looks good to eat? ehhh. I think I got someone’s dumplings and spicy pork bulgogi. Man seriously the bulgogi was INEDIBLY spicy. Don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that, like my mouth is in pain from one bite. Oh well…otherwise customer service is nice and the place is clean…

Read the negative reviews and thought about going elsewhere instead but glad I went and tried it myself! The lychee smoothie with tapioca balls( bubbles) in it was out of this world good! The rest of my group enjoyed their drinks too

They will happily adjust the ice and sugar amount to your taste and have some nice more unique flavor combinations on their menu.I’m not a big fan of the almond lavender but besides that one everything I’ve tried has been solid.

Ordered two smoothies, strawberry and avocado. The strawberry one was extremely artificial tasting and the avocado one was greyish and had a fishy after-taste. Ive had several avocado smoothies at other bubble tea places, and never has one been this disgusting. In fact, Ive never had a bad one until this place. I took two sips to confirm how gross it was and poured the rest down my kitchen sink. I will never return. Not sure how their other food is, but Ive been burned.

This place has a great ambiance and the bubble tea is delicious! Personal favorite is the mangonada with boba. Thank you for taking care of vets all year! Love the chairs and decorations; simple and unique without trying too hard.Come support a place that supports vets!

Chicken teriyaki, veggie egg rolls and oolong tea

I have been to numerous bubble tea shops around the country and this is by far one of the best. The lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I came here with my friend and returned two days later with my whole family and experienced the same exceptional service again. We enjoy their wide range of toppings. My family love the mango snowy fluffy ice cream.

This was my first time ever having bubble tea and I really enjoyed it. Beautiful clean restaurant with a wide range of teas to try. As a first timer I had no idea how to open the drink as I wasnt expecting it to be wrapped but later found out the straw was pointy on one end. I had the black milk tea with tapioca which was amazing. I am now a bubble tea fan and iBubbleTea is my go-to bubble tea place.

I wish I could give points for the food and service, but the employee playing on her phone was too concerned with closing shop before posted times to let me order a drink. Convenient that all the signs and sites say closes at 9, but arriving at 8:45 means were too late.

Gotta do something about all those fruitflies, thats just gross

Beautiful place, friendly staff. They have a variety of milk teas, smoothies, fruit teas, especially fully ice creams, and small bites. Love it! I highly recommend this hangout/study place to those students whose campus is only couple steps away.

First time i went things were fine. second time i went quality wasnt great but it wasnt terrible. today i tried again, ordered ahead half an hour. my drink was either wrong or just bad, and they didnt have or know where my food was. its not like they had a ton of orders and mixed things up, they just didnt have it. not going back again.

The 3 times I’ve been here to get bubble tea, they are sold out of boba. Otherwise, the tea itself is good.

This place is right next to ACC Highland campus. Nice place, clean and with beautiful decorations. I love their egg-shaped swings. Food and drinks are great at affordable prices. This place has good selection of bubble teas, smoothies and snacks. I enjoy their jasmine milk tea with boba. The ham and cheese taiyaki was a bomb. It is crispy on the outside, but still soft and fluffy inside. I love to come here and try everything out with my friends.

Absolutely love this place! Amazing selection and awesome staff! They are always happy to answer any questions you may have! They have a great coffee selection. My favorite one is the caramel latte with coffee jelly. I brought my friends there today and got a free drink for the 3 drinks that we bought. My friends got a pomegranate smoothie with lychee jelly, and a thai tea with coffee jelly. They are both delicous. We will definitely be back.

Asked for hot green tea and instead I received room temperature tea in a plastic cup that seemed like slightly melted plastic?

Clean place! Milk tea was good but the boba wasnt sweetened.

The staff seemed to really not be there, they were agitated and were very reluctant to answer and simple questions, probably wont return there again
