Nice ice cream shop located next to Spice Indian Cuisine. Its open until late night 9.30pm and serve variety of ice cream flavours/options like cassata,falooda. Service was good and staffs are friendly.

Yummy Flavors! Had rose petal falooda and kids had scoops of ice cream. It had perfect sweetness. The prices are not bad. The place could use a uplift to make it look more appealing.

The falooda was very average. Tasted more like a milkshake. If you want to taste authentic falooda, try Agha Juice in Carrollton, TX. Dont recommend the falooda here. They do have a wide selections of ice cream though.

Amazing Ice Creams variety. Try their Sitafal (custard apple) and pan masala. Just amazing. Their Falooda is also very nice. Staff is very friendly. Clean establishment.

I wish I could give them zero star, I had the worst experience in my life. The place says open until 10:30 pm Saturday but the door was locked when we reach there at @9:45pm. We entered from the restaurant next door which have an entrance to the ice cream shop as well, we waited at the reception area for almost 10 minutes and when the guy came there I asked him that I want to order ice cream, the guy replied very badly that I dont know how long will it take thats why they locked the door, that guy didnt have any courtesy to say sorry or anything. I will not recommend this place.

We love this place. They have wide varieties of ice cream flavors like pan masala, butterscotch, rose petals. Service is also good 👍

The Falooda over here was over-priced for $6.99+tax. Let me explain, you get a small glass with no khoya, less nuts, no fruits, a small scoop of ice-cream and vermicelli which was very hard to chew. It almost tasted like milk with too much sugar in it.I would not recommend this place. If you have ever tried Aga’s Falooda in Houston/Dallas it is no where close to that and you’ll be disappointed.

Service was ok. Tied to indian restaurant next door. Did not have Falooda. I hope other Kwality locations are not same as this.

Lady was not wearing mask. Not safe during Covid.Also they rejected to serve us because she said they were too busy managing the restaurant.Missed the delicious ice cream.

The falooda was very disappointing, it was tasteless. We had very high hopes and thought it would be really good :( not recommended.

Poor service. Store was open when we went to get ice cream. They said no one is available in restaurant so we cannot pack your order. Very poor service

The current situation of COVID, they should be wearing mask gloves etc. When I went there, the serving lady was not wearing mask and gloves and trying to remove ice cream from ice cream chest. That’s very risk, and the sev in the faloonda was nothing but half cooked vermicelli and it took 45 minutes for 4 faloonda very bad service i do not recommend this place.

I took 2 faludha the sev in it doesn’t looks like vermicelli it is like Noodles and very hard to chew.I tried faludha in Dallas quality it tastes really good.Here in Austin Kwality is disasterDon’t even try here

I had 2 faluda icecream. Icecream was very good however faluda sev was so hard and chewy that we had to separate it from icecream to eat it.
