Was really really helpful with our phone set up.

I just want to say that the proper customer service that i had received today came from Michelle more then it did with Customer Service over the phone. She knew i had a major problem with my service not properly working due to their network changes and such fourth, and she knew i needed this problem that should have never been my problem fixed for me with the upmost concern and careness. Unlike Customer Service wanted me to pay for a problem they caused. They had changed my network to were i could only make emergency calls and no texts on my phone for a decent amount of time eapecially at my second job doing security where i need to use my phone to communicate with my boss and many others. I never had this issue my first month working that job until they decided to change my network without giving me some type of notice. Customer service was just rude and down wright careless to make me pay for something i did not change myself on my plan. I want to thank Michelle for making it happen and providing me with what i had already paid for, which was for my service to work. She reallly shown that human decency exists in this crazy world we live in today. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH MICHELLE!!
