The food is always delicious freshly made and always hot. I enjoy getting food here because the ladies are always helpful and friendly. You are always treated with kindness at this location.

Im visiting the area and it was nice to see a local supermarket with a full Kosher section, bakery, takeout, fresh meat and chicken (even shor habor), cholov yisroel foods, dry goods and wine. All for a great price.There is plenty of free parking in this large outdoor shopping mall.

Closing Customer service 2 hours before the store closes clearly shows that service is not a priority.

Worst managed Winn dixie in South Florida. The sale prices are never honored. Coupons are ignored. You see the item on sale for the sale price and realize when you leave the store that you were charged the full price EVERY TIME! Also, the sales associates are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The deli associates intentionally ignore you as if its a contest to who will finally break and help you. This store desperately needs new management, and it has been this way for a very long time.

I cant believe a service institution like a super market can survive woth such customer service.First, the prices and promotions presented on the signs next to a product are not really honored in the cashier.Second, even after you alert the customer service rep to the problem and she confirms that the pricing on the labels and in the system are not the same, she still is unwilling to honor the labels price.This is misleading at the very least.In addition the prices here extremely expensive. For example, a single red bell pepper costs $1.99. It is insane.Totally not recommend this place.

This was one of my favorite drinks as a kid. Had to get me some while I was in Miami Florida. I sent some back to KY to my house.

I have never seen such disrespect and carelessness from a store employee before. I called to ask 1 simple question...”Hi there, sorry to bother you, can you please tell me if Western Union is working, I called several places and I am told it’s not working”.... Someone named “Rihanna” picked up and her answer, with an attitude, was “I don’t know”... then as I started asking her another question, “can you please find o...” she interrupted me and said “Bye” and hung up. When I called back she didn’t want to give me her name and she placed me on a VERY long hold to speak with the manager. I had to hang up and call back but the manager was too busy with the food truck that she couldn’t answer my call. When I called customer service to report this, it’s a lady with the same exact attitude. For no reason. I am soft spoken and kind so this baffles me. it’s pretty bad how they treat customers. I will stick to Publix. Thank god for Publix. No wonder a bunch of these stores were shut down. Also, You need to get this Ms. Rihanna some customer service training ASAP.

This is a great place to buy food ready to eat from the Deli kosher section, great variety of bread, cheese and snacks. The wine and flower area its beautiful and well organized.

Its a beautiful store with a great selection of foods and wonderful wine and beer section. Nonetheless, their vegetable sections is very simple and there are basically no spices. I have never seen something as basic as fresh cilantro on the shelf.

I just left the store with the most unpleasant encounter. The older gentleman with the Jamaican accent named Kevin racially profiled me. I ordered snow crab legs to be steamed, he handed me the sticker with the sku number and told me to pay for the item before it was ready. It felt kind of strange because I have never been asked to do so before hang on other occasions, as I have purchased this way numerous of times. When I went to retrieve my item I noticed three people had ordered items from him but he had not asked them to pay before they could take their item (none of these others customers were black). He also asked me did I pay 3 times before he would give me the item. This experience was really traumatic and made me very uncomfortable and unwanted in this store. If he is not a reflection of the values of this store then this needs to be addressed immediately!

No help insight! No how, no where!

They do not accept any type of refunds or exchanges with or without receipt due to their new policy, which is inappropriate. This is so since if you buy something accidentally you have to keep it, and if you ask to speak to the manager they dont even try to help you as well. I was always a loyal Winn Dixie costumer but as a result of this I now choose to go to Publix.

Produce is old and second rate. Always.

Excellent selection of kosher products. Good selection of cheese, prepared foods including but not limited to sushi, hot and cold deli and an excellent bakery PY Parve. Well stocked and displayed fruits and vegetables. Today I received excellent service at the cash register as well. Well done!

Young unprofessional staff. Always playing around with each other. Some will greet you and some dont. They throw your your groceries around when bagging them in a disrespectful way.

Vegetables very bad not clean and bad costumer service

Store is clean and well stocked but this is the second time in 2 visits that the deli department really needs to improve. The employees in the deli are uninformed about their products, extremely slow and on the verge of being rude. Again she got my order wrong and offered no resolution but to stare at me. 2 out of 2 times is not a good result. Otherwise the cashier was friendly and very efficient. I shop this location because of its kosher section which is well stocked and diverse but the deli section needs improvement.

Good quality food especially kosher food

Winn Dixie is notorious for changing prices between the shelf price and the register. Their deceit is to charge the regular price the take a deduction. Unless you have a chance photograph mind and a caculator you are going to get clipped. I like the store but hate their stick. After I got home I realized I paid 1.89

The new Winn-Dixie is definitely the place to watch. Newly renovated all around, Lower prices, great customer service, wide range of new products and their brand SE. Grocers is really worth the money.

Normally dont shop there, but was there to take advantage of a lower price option at its pharmacy. That experience was good -- located up front, so no hastel locating. Friendly, efficient pharmacist. Picked up cleaning item while I waited.

Overall is well, but the line to pay can be long, cashiers are in slow motions most of the time.

Havent been to the store in a long time since Ive moved to a different area. But I went to visit their Pharmacy because they have an item that I use that is the cheapest Winn-Dixie through the app GoodRx... I had phoned them the day before and spoke to the pharmacist Jude he was very nice and very helpful and even told me before I asked him that they did accept GoodRx. When I went there today I saw that it was him, Jude because I read his name was on his jacket and I was very impressed how friendly outgoing and professional he was. In fact the whole store was all set up for covid-19 with the partitions and the the hand cleaning and all that kind of stuff. Jude its a special kind of person.. he treat you like its his Pharmacy and hes taking very good care of you.. all this is done with a big friendly smile.. I complimented him because people do need to hear encouraging words not just negativity. Keep up the great work youll be seeing me again.

Extremely helpful pharmacist. We went to Walgreens to pick up the prescription and they told us it will be several days before we can get it. Pharmacist here however, correctly recognized that the doctor has indicated the wrong details, hence causing a delay in availability. He called the doctor, had it changed and we got the medication in 15 minutes. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Dont ask to speak to the store manager Hendrick because he will come to you and tell you he does not have time for you or listen to you, nor will he do anything to make or fix a situation. I went in at 11:30 to do an exchange and was told customer service closed at 10 and they couldnt help me I never heard of that before if the store open till 12 then you can exchange until 12, I think thats pure laziness and that manager needs more customer service skills

Great kosher section for the Jewish community around the neighborhood.

They cant seem to decide if they want to frustrate their customers by only having one checkout line open at lunch or a sea of nonworking self checkout kiosks basically all the other times, but if you can stomach the parking lot, its better to go down the road to their competition.
