10/9/2021From Tucson, Arizona.Earlier today, I submitted an online inquiry on the Avondale Nissan website for info and e-price on a used Ford F-150.It is almost closing time now. I called in and spoke to the Internet Sales manager. I told him how I inquired online earlier today for info and their Special internet price on this truck. I called since no one has reached out to help me. He apologized on behalf of his Internet staff for dropping the ball. He then informed me that the truck sold two hours ago. Hours after I submitted my inquiry.MORAL TO THE STORY,Do Not Inquire Online. C A L LThe vehicle you are wanting will be sold before TEAM Internet decides to respond to your email.One Big Fat Zero for TEAM Internet Sales for bombing Customer Service and satisfaction. I purchased my vehicle November 2nd after visiting several dealerships. All the dealerships before gave me a bad sense. I am the type of person that knows what they want and will not be convinced to get something I don’t want. Everyone wanted to offer me things I didn’t want instead of trying to fulfill what I did want. Avondale Nissan was different Alaini, presented me their options and let me decide what I wanted. They gave me the numbers and I analyzed what I wanted and we made a deal. Easy, painless and effortless. There were some hiccups but they have been addressed accordingly. Avondale Nissan is truly representing what Nissan means to for me. I feel the other dealerships can learn from their open behavior in car sales versus the mentality of being sharks.

Very friendly staff, fast service, honest people. Clean facility, beautiful design, comfortable waiting area. They are better than many Nissan dealers in many ways, I buy and service all my Nissan trucks and cars at this place only since 2013, after trying few other Nissan dealers. I recommend them all the time to family and friends. If you want to buy, ask for Jason Loop, and for service I go to Michael Santana. You will not regret. I really can’t praise them enough, they are all great people.

Worse customer service ever! We bought 3 vehicles from there but this is definitely our last. Took my car for a battery check up. They fried my computer. Then they have the stupidity to try and charge me? $800?! Uh for something your techs did?! No follow up, we had to keep calling for an update. Never dealing with Avondale Nissan again. Hope you guys dont either! More like 0 stars! Get your act together.

I was greeted by Ian my service advisor. He was friendly and very professional. My appointment was at 9:15am and I explained that I had the MPP coverage and he verified my information.I was in the waiting area for a hour and my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed because I was waited with an infant and he started to get restless. Ian let me know I was ready to close out my invoice and he explained my paperwork and service that was provided.I had a quick question regarding my car remote and it was to my surprise a simple fix completed by Ian as he escorted me back to my car. Ian then proceeded to turn my car on to cool it down and opened my door and trunk to aid me with getting the baby in the car.I left Avondale Nissan very satisfied. Thank you Ian for starting my day with great customer service. Also thank you to Conner for completing the service on my Sentra.

My vehicle has a short circuit when trying to fix the side mirrors, I pay extra for car extended coverage when I signed my purchase contract but the service person said they had to diagnose first and it would be $140. Just wanted to know if the extra money I pay for coverage would take care of that or have to take it somewhere else.

My husband took in our Titan at 8am for an oil change. We didnt receive an update on the vehicle until 2pm when we called to ask. it wasnt ready and we were told it would be done shortly. We decided to head down to the dealership to see what was happening at 330pm. Truck still isnt done and shop is claiming its because the battery died. The battery in the truck is brand new, it makes no sense. And if it had died why werent we informed earlier. Its now 410pm and the work is still not completed. 7 hours for an oil change. How ridiculous. Will never bring my vehicle back here. Its my first time bringing it here and the last. Nissan had the chance to impress me and win my business with this experience and they failed. I will gladly drive right past this establishment to get to another dealership where I know this type of treatment is unacceptable.

My vehicle has a light on (airbag) and I would think due to the safety issue/concern it would be looked at instead I was told it would be $149 to diagnose. NO real urgency or concern from Nissan to ensure my safety in the vehicle. I believe I pay extra for car maintenance when I signed my purchase contract but the service person simply said it was not covered, so what am I paying for?

I came to get a rental car at 8 am . The lady would not give me a rental until they did a diagnostic which we were just there the week prior with the AC not working so they already knew what was wrong with it and still refused to give me a rental I was 2 1/2 hours late for work and then they called and said go ahead and pick up a rental we need to keep the car to fix it I got there at 5:10 PM the service lady said that she already called enterprise and that they were on their way to pick me up .at 5:50 I reminded her that I was still waiting and if Enterprise was coming because they closed in 10 minutes she said yes they were on their way then at 6:10 PM she said enterprise is not answering their phones. So not only did I waste 2 1/2 hours of work in the morning I waited for an hour Just to be told “enterprise dropped the ball “said by the manager. It was 114° and I was walking home with no rental car that is in my extended warranty I am very upset by the way I was treated at Avondale.

Such horrible customer service, in service department! Never seem to get a definite answer, and get passed around from person to person who never seems to know what is going on. I get told they never received my car after 3 days of having confirmation from staff it is there. They have had my vehicle for over a week and still no update, and I have been left without a car. I called today and was put on hold for over 30 minutes just to be hung up and no answer when I called back. By far the most stressful experience! I do not plan on returning! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Do not send your kid here for first time buyer, they are scammers, my son went in already aproved from his personal bank at a rate. Said they would honor it if he got a newer car. That didn’t happen they couldn’t scam the bank n proving his check stubs so the reposed the car with out giving him a call to bring the car back.so they used that as an excuse to keep his 2000 down payment. Gave me what I thought was a good deal last night. Before I got home, the engine light came on. Taking it back today. Rating will be more if they make things right.Took van back and they replaced the O2 sensor and ordered a new Catalytic Converter. They are doing what should to make me a happy customer. Most of my experience with this Avondale Nissan dealer is from years ago, but Im sure the service department hasnt declined in quality too much since then. The people here are easygoing and usually very friendly, I can only remember one of the service dealers. That didnt Give me good vibes. The cars they have here are usually pretty good and Ive never had an issue with anything I bought from here.

WENT TO COULTER NISSAN INSTEAD.READ IN ITS ENTIRETYWent to look at a new truck and expected to see the price that they offer on the internet, but they are adding in additional surcharge of 5k extra plus another 2k in addons just because there is a shortage of vehicles and the sales manager says everyone is doing the same thing. I decided to call other dealerships and NO not everyone is price gouging. Went to COULTER NISSAN in Surprise and got a great deal and saved myself 7k dollars. It was worth the drive.

We went above and beyond and refueled our vehicle and offered a complimentary service for our vehicle when it was due. On May 17th 2021 we purchased a truck from Avondale Nissan. As part of the agreement we would return Keys and other items Avondale Nissan required as part of the deal, Avondale Nissan agreed to return our tow hitch at the same time. As agreed we returned the items to Avondale Nissan. Avondale Nissan did not return our hitch as agreed but countered offer to send us our hitch sometime later. We do not except the counter offer. Due to the fact Avondale Nissan countered and we declined the counter offer we will be returning return the truck or be reimbursed for gas and mileage. My wife drove 3 hours (6 round trip) and then waited for 2 hours and still Avondale Nissan did not for fill their part of the agreement instead counter offered. When I asked to have the manager paged the operator just laughed. Look out folks they do not live up to their agreement. I think we have purchased about 5 maybe 6 new trucks from this dealership now it will be one less and never again!Desired Settlement:

Waited over 2 months for a part now saying it is not covered under warranty. Really Disappointed with Finance DepartmentI traded my 2020 Nisan Sentra SR for A new 2021 Nisan Sentra SRI had Purchase Extended warranty (GOLD) for my 2020 for $2,750.00 I got a credit adjustment for $2,125.00 (-$625.00) from the original price I paid For the New 2021 I paid For 5 years 75,000 Miles less coverage but a HIGHER price $2,995.00 Witch I ended paying $625.00 more. + $100.00 deductible Agent never mention the deductible part until I did mention this….

Please do not buy a nissan sentra with a CVT, had replaced 2 transmissions for my 2016 Nissan Sentra. Have had many recalls which ABC Nissan will usually take care for me but I changed my insurance provider and they only do free tows within 15 miles from house so I decided to take to Avondale Nissan because my car would not start, after the technician from Avondale Nissan told me that the diagnostic charge would be $145.00, I told him I dont understand why I would have to pay that because the issue was the recall. He told me because as they ran the diagnostic they saw another issue with the car that had nothing do w/the reason for the car to not start and to replace the sensor for the trunk would cost $550, I told him not at this time and I can pick the car up since they fixed the recall. Since this car has had many issues w/recalls and CVT transmissions I called consumer affairs because before hand so I would not have any unexpected costs because of the recall, Nissan consumer affairs told me that dealerships are individually owned and that its up to Avondale Nissan to charge the diagnostic charge and that since the technician mentioned another issue that Nissan consumer affairs would not be able to assist me. Please do not buy a car w/Nissan so many issues. Wish me luck when I pick up my car and pay $145.00 for a recall issue that caused the car to not start. I can not wait to get rid of this car or even deal w/Nissan vehicles.

I’ve yet to have a good experience here. This past week ive called over 5times trying to get someone on the phone for questions on servicing. No one has answered. Also calling on different days as well. Called the nissan on camelback and they have someone to answer promptly. Not to mention taking my car there 3 times and them telling me they couldn’t fix the problem when I purchased my vehicle there. Go to a different location. Dont waste your time here.

This is a rare event when I give a car lot a 5 star review. So you know this is a good place to go to. The wife has been hunting for another car, and since we got our disability bonus checks we decided it was time to do some more serious checking.She had been communicating with James Coppola, and he was an amazing person to deal with. The sales Manager Paul is also great when it comes to the car business. Rita the Finance lady same story, all have a sense of humor, and they all enjoyed our time there... or at least that was the impression we got from them.She purchased the car, the APR isnt great but we are also re-establishing and understand that. She loves the vehicle, and since it is used, it was well used by someone with small humans (Nasty little creatures). But the car itself is nice and they are going to take care of the detail stuff on Tuesday. (If they dont I will update this).If you are in the market for a nice car, I would highly recommend this dealership. If you end up coming here, drop my name for the referral or at least tell them you read my review. This was the first time I have ever been to a car dealership and didnt need the lube... you can make your own inferences there with that statement. However, we have purchased many a car in our time, and we have always felt as if we got the shaft. This time we did not. Go See James Coppola at Avondale Nissan and get a car from this man!

They said how do we know it wasnt like that before you brought it in... also the boy who drove my car up said i left the keys in the ignition didnt think anything of it until i got to my next destination and couldnt get my keys out of the ignition for almost 10 mins....called and informed them of this issue and their response was we didnt touch the steering console or the ignition ...if you want to risk having missing and damaged property and new issues when you pick up your car from service by all means take it to this service center....

After three visits to the service center, I discovered they were putting the wrong type of oil in my Altima. When I called to address this concern an employee was very rude and said that I had “multiple service advisors” so he couldn’t explain why that happened. I take the service advisors Nissan assigns to me so I’m not sure why that’s my fault. Then, I was sent to a service manager named Ladelle (unsure of spelling). He put me on hold multiple times and he really didn’t have answer for me. After the third time on hold -he told me that they use the correct oil, insisting now that they had done it correctly. I have a receipt from Nissan showing exactly what oil they used, and it is NOT what my 2016 Altima takes. You would think the Nissan dealership would know what kind of oil a Nissan Altima takes. If I can’t trust them with an oil change I sure can’t trust them with larger repairs.

Auto Service is fantastic. Carlos and Michael set me up with a rental while my car got serviced. Got my car the next day. My warranty and everything was smooth. Love this place. I was going on a last minute trip up north and needed an oil change. I drove in without an appointment and was seen in less that a minute and got out of there in half of an hour tops! Definitely put my mind at ease while making the drive!

A waste of time. Dealer will say one thing over the phone and change it once in person. Also you dont just deal with one sales person its like extended family the uncle,aunt cousin and neighbor till you meet the grand puba to tell you the same thing A total waste of 3 hours.

I purchased a new vehicle and what could have turned out to be a bad situation turned into the best experience I’ve had. John Anderson the GM got involved and made sure everything was done right and that the customer was taken care of. My sales guy was great as well as Sean from finance.
