Had to quickly find a car for my daughter, as the one she has had since 2009 was finally on its way out. Found a vehicle I was interested in on the CarFax website, and the car was at Wii Auto Sales. Drove quite a ways to get there, but glad I did. The car is in excellent shape and runs great. The salesman Gerald was amazing. He had us in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours, I am known for only dealing with big dealerships, but Gerald made the trip to Wii worth it. Everyone was super friendly and never once did I feel pressured. Gerald was awesome and so easy to work with. I actually felt less pressure than I had previously felt at a big dealer. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and found it at Wii Auto Sales. I live a state away, but I worked with Steve Coleman to see if maybe we could make a deal work. The truck was already priced lower than KBB, but they worked with me to find a comfortable compromise on my trade. Which by the way is going to make its next owner very happy. I was impressed by the low pressure atmosphere - I have worked for several dealerships, so I know that this is unusual. F&I was easy and informative and I turned around and took the truck home... Id call it a 500 mile test drive! The vehicles maintenance was up to date and the entire experience felt like a new vehicle purchase at comfortable dealership. Wouldnt recommend buying from Wii auto sales. They didnt follow through with fixing anything they said they would when I first bought the vehicle. They gave me the run around for weeks and in the end nothing got fixed that I was promised. Everything wrong was brought up at time of purchase. They are extremely rude and untruthful! I know Im not the only one whos bought from here and had to spend hundreds to fix issues after buying the vehicle. They tell you they give a 30 day warranty but still refuse to fix anything on the warranty!! Bought many cars and this was by far the worst experience.

First and foremost these guys down at Wii Autos sales sell decent cars. We purchased car about 3 weeks ago but from what we found out they lack an inspection team that does there job. They also lack the customer service to fix a issue we had. Car was sold to us with front tires which were bald on the inside and we got a flat while driving on the I-10 freeway and car has no spare in it. (yes we should have crawled under the car and inspected it cause when buying a car with car fax and a salesman who said all tires, engine, electrical and the rest of the car was inspected cant be trusted) but back to the situation the Salesman (Manny) is not available or ill get you to the manager (Lee) and oddly enough phone hangs up. then I call back and he (Lee)states He remembers ordering tires for this car and they should have them but just drive it here we can order tires tomorrow (but he can order tires he should have already for the car) and have someone put them on. Yes, Ill drive to your location with a flat tire tomorrow cause service was closed or maybe pay a tow truck and have him drop it off tomorrow but leave my car on the I-10 tonight so I dont pay for two tows one from the I-10 to my home and one from my home to the dealership. End of the day I had to pay for a tow truck to tow me to nearest tire shop and paid for a set of tires because didnt seem to understand what a flat tire and no spare means. Now today 5/6 Salesman still not in and guess what I get hung up on again. Weird I know, I must have bad reception only when being transferred to a manager (Lee). Gave someone my number for a call back still no call, texted messaged salesman (Manny) still no answer. Picture is the other tire that was bald on inside (passenger side) driver side tire was a lost cause.End of the day if you buy a car from this dealership over look everything and dont expect anything other than Yes, we can get you into a car and show you a current car fax.Also Car will be going through a inspection at a different dealership and getting an all wheel alignment.

I worked my deal with a gentleman named Mike Johnson. No pressure!!! I walked in to the dealership just to ask a few questions. The numbers were to good to be true. We all have probably been a victim of bait and switch tactics. The scenario was when I came back 2 hours later to road test and purchase my car the end result was the down payment was 1000.00 less than quoted. My monthly payment was 54.00 less than quoted. My salesman was very patient and honest. All of my questions were answered honestly. The general manager even came over to say hello. He asked if I had any questions as well. The GM thanked us for coming in. I have been buying cars for 40+ years, todays purchase was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. TLDR: ignore the bad reviews, this place makes you feel like family. We had a great experience. It didn’t feel like we were walking dollar signs. Place was clean and there is parking. Jay is phenomenal. Definitely go see him.This place is a little over an hour away, we almost didn’t head down cuz the pics of the car weren’t that great. Plus the reviews were daunting. I called and Mike verified it was still on the lot so we headed down. Both Mike and Jay helped us with the sales part and Lee and Joe helped us with the finance part. All great guys, had lots of laughs...it made the car buying experience feel like it didn’t take long at all.We planned to to bring our trade in down on another day cuz we originally werent going to trade it in but changed our mind when they gave the offer. Plus the new car needed to be detailed. Turns out it also needed to be looked at because the battery was changed when we bought it and on the way home the a/c decided to act up. When I brought it back for the detail they looked at it. Turns out the computer needed to be reprogrammed cuz the battery change. Jay was great about making sure I had everything I needed while waiting. Lee even came over to turn the tv on. They really care about their customers and it shows! Definitely recommend this place!

Disappointed with Wii auto sales inability to follow through. Dont buy any vehicle with a promise to complete warranty work later on. Unfortunately I called a dozen times and even brought my vehicle in for a warranty fulfillment on a parking sensor malfunction. I was told they couldnt figure out the problem that day and to come back and get the truck so they could finish other warranty work they had ahead of mine. I had to call 3 more times and they never returned my calls, no fix. They left me with the issue to be resolved myself. Great experience during the purchase, but one Wii had my money they couldnt be bothered to complete promised warranty work and let the warranty period expire.

A person can find bad in anything, as a consumer it is YOUR responsibility to do your due diligence. Not every sales person will have all the right answers and some may even be below board. Its your money, if it is not important enough to protect yourself you really cant claim victim status. I am not saying Wii is perfect, but having bought many cars over the years, I know even a fancy dealerships with VIP rooms can be a terrible experience. Our family will return to Wii, and if I dont have that warm fuzzy feeling, I will simply leave. Its really that simple.

Terrible customer service! The GM Mike completely brushed me off when I talked to him about my credit situation. He was rude and just acted like I was irrelevant. I went over to a different dealership and got me approved on the spot and now have a 2018 Malibu with 15k miles and put way less money down then what Wii told me I needed. I can say thank you showing me your true colors because I got a better car with a heck of a lot less money down!!!

Called about a vehicle that they have online, when I got there. The vehicle was not in the conditions the pictures show the vehicle online. Asked the salesman that came out to talk to me, if the vehicle was in an accident. I could tell some type of bodywork was done to car. The salesman kept telling me that the vehicle was in excellent conditions and that the vehicle was certified by Lexus. The rear and front bumpers were off and the sunroof had some type of stain. The navigation wasn’t working, had no floor mats and had 1 key only. Asked for paperwork saying the vehicle was certified he couldn’t provided any. I took a walk around the building and saw someone painting a vehicle that looked like had a lot of body damage. If I were you I would stay away, very shady place

From California but saw a car online at Salazar that was what I was looking for but in much better condition. Began communicating with Angel H. and he was very professional, attentive and responded quickly to emails and texts. Called and spoke with Angel about the car and asked him for a lot of details since I would be traveling 12 hours to come get it and he was very generous with telling me everything about the car and even took a lengthy video of the car inside and out. He was totally honest and up-front with everything. I made them an offer and the manager called me and we worked out the final details. Flew out the next day and Angel had everything ready for me. The car was exactly as he had described. I met briefly with the manager to review the deal and everything was according to what we discussed on the phone. The only surprise was that the doc fees were $499, which upon doing some quick research I found out are not uncommon for AZ. I was just surprised because the doc fee in CA is like $55 on average. Finance was quick since I was paying cash and within a few hours I was on the road back to Cali. Angel followed up nicely and even sent me one little part that they had ordered for the door latch. He mailed it within a week. Angel was really great to work with and I would highly suggest asking for him when you go to Salazar.

We drove 110 miles to go to the Wii Auto Sales lot in Avondale, AZ to see an Audi S3. My son was looking to buy his first car, and was doing it all on his own. Yes, he had no credit at all, but had a 40% down payment. As soon as they knew that he wasnt 18 for a few more days, we started being abandoned to help other shoppers even though my son was more than happy to put a $1000 deposit to hold the car for those days. We were told they wouldnt do that because they didnt know if they could get him financed. This is with full time income and an almost 4 year job history (and a debt ratio of about 20%................ with said $9000 down that he had saved over the years). If you cant get that financed, then you need to get out of the building. I could get a dead person with this situation financed. Oh well, their loss. The car was about $3000 overpriced with an odd dent on a back door and a missing engine cover. It makes one think the car was wrecked in the past, even with a good carfax (if it is under a certain dollar amount it isnt reported). We were told it was the best price for one like this.............. which is a lie. So, if you want to be lied to, treated like an idiot, and looked down upon, Wii auto sales is for you.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership 2 days before Christmas. After a month, the water pump, the radiator and the head gasket went out. Supposedly there is a 3 month warranty on the powertrain and I have called and left messages several times in the last month and I have yet to get a call back. So far, Ive had to do all my own repairs on the vehicle out of pocket because they are not returning any calls that I have made for over a month. I paid cash for the vehicle and barely received my title and registration a week after my temporary plate expired. This has to be the worst vehicle buying experience that I have ever had in my lifetime. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you.

I had an amazing experience with this place. Stacey was absolutely amazing and very helpful. They had the exact car I was looking for and with super low miles and like new condition. From the time I arrived till I left with my new car it was under 2 hours. I received a more than fare rate for my trade in and on my new vehicle. They had me approved and financed within 25 minutes. ***Buyer beware*** Extreme false advertising. Tyler, one of the sales guy has zero clue about mechanical work done on vehicles and will lie about work being done just to seal the deal. According to the owner, he is not responsible for what his sales guy says. A hand shake will only go as far as the front door of this place and once your out, cross your fingers that your lemon will be reliable for more than a year. On a side note, the owner, Hector will take his time to make things better but cant fix what others screw up.

Let me start by saying, I didnt buy a car from WII Auto, yet, but they definitely have a future customer in me. Im new to the area and rolled into the WII Auto parking lot (completely unintentionally I might add) on Christmas Eve with a flat tire and to make matters worse it was raining outside 🤦🏽‍♀️. I was about to start making some save me phone calls when Tyler, the GM walked out and had me pull my car into their car care center. Despite closing soon for Christmas Eve Tyler and his team really helped me out with what could have been a really rough day and I was able to get back on the road. They didnt have to offer any assistance but the fact that this team went out of their way to help me out speaks a lot about the people they are!

Salesmen will do anything to get you to buy don’t trust, I was a first time buyer they sold me a used Hyundai at 20 percent interest rate, told me I could come back in 6 months and refinance with them to bring it down to 10 if I paid on time. Brought it back and no one would help me, they said that they don’t have any control over the interest rate after it’s purchased,and brushed me aside, I asked to speak to the guy who sold me the car they told me he was let go. I had to say I wanted to buy another car if we could bring down the interest rate, I was then swarmed by the salesmen saying that they could help me if I did that. Everyone one who works their is a snake! buyer beware you think your getting a great deal until a year passes and you realize you’ve been scammed.

I bought a car two weeks ago. I was so excited it was my first car. The dealer told me hes give me a full tank of gas, he only gave me half. I let that go. I didnt look at the tires. Front tires only have maybe 4 months. Its been a week now Ive been asking for a receipt havent got anything. Im so scared what if they sold me a lemon. Ill be trading my car in to a bigger dealership.

I filled out the credit application on their website and was contacted by Stacey the following day. I was supposed to look at the car on a Saturday but was not able to see the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, but Stacey went out of her way, on her day off, on a Sunday, on her personal time, and showed me the vehicle. (Thats all it says -doesnt release you from any obligation.)Then, after irritating me to no end -tries to sell me a crappy used car.STAY AS FAR FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!Ive filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General.

Purchased a Ford Transit connect from them. the car is only a 2016 and apparently used as a rental. We were told there were no accidents on the vehicle. stupid me believed it since the body looked great and it is only a year old. they gave me a single key and told me that is all that comes with it. i called ford and they said no there should be an alarm key to lock and unlock. took them a month to get me one. fast forward 4 month the AC in the car goes out. take it to ford to get the warranty and they pull a car fax and show it has had front end damage and report filed Oct 31st 2017. how can that be when i purchased it on sept 9th 2017 and never filed a report. Very shady business they run here. will never recommend and will never use them again.

Amazing customer service no hassle prices are not on the cars but if you ask them they will give you hand out that has every vehicle they have and the price the mileage everything which we liked so we were able to sit and look at everything in our price range at once I was hesitant at first with it being a smaller dealership but they surprised me and we had a great experience

Absolutely terrible experience.The AC in the van we were buying wasnt working, they suspected a leak. They had no idea it was bad until we test drove it. They filled the system up with refrigerant and made an appointment for us the following Monday, or so we thought. They called us the day of (after I already took time off work) and cancelled, saying the dealership was too busy and to call back when it got bad enough we couldnt drive it.Fast forward to now, and it did get bad. We called and Tom said bring it down first thing in the morning and well get it over the to dealership. Well, nope. We live in San Tan Valley, an hour away, and I took another day off work to watch the kids while my wife drove it there. She was then told they would make us an appointment... at San Tan Ford. Something that could have been done over the phone took an hour drive there and an hour drive back to accomplish. So I get to take ANOTHER day off work.They also screwed up our paperwork on our loan and our bank had to call them to get it fixed. We almost missed our first payment because of it. Avoid!

Place is trash. Walked in and got an earfull of lies about how i cant find a better deal. The car i looked at had been in an accident and none of the damager was corrected. Price was firm and the same price as an identical car with no damage at another dealer. Car was dirty with food in the seats. If you buy here avoid nancy, shes super unprofessional.

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR RATING! You will definitely miss out if you do! Ask for Jay Furlow, tell him what kind of vehicle(s) you like and what your terms are. Thats it! We were never pressured and Jay made sure we were well taken care of. Seriously go there, Jay can work through any situation! ☺

Beware! I was going to buy a $40,000 car from them, and brought in my 2008 Infiniti g37 s coupe with 123,000,miles on it.i told them it was worth 6,000-6,500 dollars on kbb. The salesman offered me $4300, and would not budge. This was a slap in the face. We immediately drove to the Infiniti dealership where they gave me $6200,and we bought a car from them. Lesson here is know the value of your car,if they lowball you, walk away.

Terrible to deal with. Never call you back and promise you things you never get..received the car and the moon roof and map lights and vanity mirror not working. Took it to the dealer in our town and of coarse it was 132.00. They called the dealer and of coarse they wouldnt pay. Not a very good experience .

This is nonsense John has people whispering in his phone telling him what to say just to make a sweet deal for himself and whoever else wanted a piece of of the deal this is wworse than one star I called in and there was no manager to speak to but I will be following up to make sure no one else has to deal with this kind of laziness selling cars is not a hard job and not all of the car salesman are one star worthy however John you and whoever wanted to try to screw someone over with your obviously scripted lines need a reality check and maybe some new scripts.
