Really appreciate the help from Kyle and getting things done easy and quickly. Given the slim availability, he still found a vehicle for me and was very good and putting the deal together. I would recommend going here next time you are looking. Instead of taking hours, it took less than an hour and I drove away.

No wast of time & very little negotiations. So far easy to work with. They allow refundable DP(500) to hold a car expected to be delivered within weeks, appraise the trade in & you keep your car & the price until you pick up the new car. This would be done within 24 hrs of notification.

Do NOT TRUST them with TIRE SERVICES. I got this tire less than a year ago BRAND NEEWWW according to them and this was happening on the inside. NO WAY I COULD HAVE RAN OVER ANYTHING to cause this damage. I kept telling them about my tire issues and the just said “ it’s just the sensor”. Just checked my car doesn’t even have the sensory.

Bought my first used car from avondale. Must say everyone there was very flexible and extremely supporting in term of documentation and financial process. Best part was that vehicle was exactly how I saw in the pictures. The condition was greatly maintained. They even let me take the vehicle home even though I was short on some amount at that time, showing trust.

Buyer beware this place doesn’t deliver what they promise. Given an IOU for window tinting that was paid for and 5 weeks later still waiting for it. Avoid Blanca as your sales person, she has ZERO interest in providing a pleasant experience. She’s a typical car dealership sales person, a lot of talk and NO action. Not to mention the whole process took 5 HOURS. After she gets your sale she will disappear and not follow through on what is promised. Save yourself from frustration and find a dealership that appreciates customers and fulfills their responsibilities.

A few months ago when I was looking for a car my buddy recommended me this place and a person I should talk to terry pickle. He was very professional and helpful with explaining everything. 7/21/2021I can not really say enough good things about doing business with Avondale Toyota and the amazingly genuine Juan Herrera, or Juan the Sales Guy, if you happen to momentarily forget his last name. Juan helped my daughter purchase a used Toyota Tacoma. We were not too smart and she was pretty picky about what kind of truck she wanted. It took a little extra time to find, what turned out to be the perfect truck. Juan was patient, kind, honest, funny and went above and beyond to make sure we left Avondale Toyota very happy customers. This was far from my first car purchasing experience. It was for sure my best car purchasing experience in 50 years. Not once during the entire process did we feel taken advantage of.Even two weeks after our initial purchase, all I can say is, it would be a mistake to purchase your next car anywhere else. I purchased my own car from somewhere else three weeks earlier. OOOPS!Go see Juan, pretty sure you wont regret it.I dont usually write reviews, good or bad. Juan is one in a million and Avondale Toyota stands behind that. It would be an oversight on my part to not acknowledge that.

I used the service department since 2006 at least, it was fast profesional and they would take you with no appointment. Now a days they rejected servicing my car 3 Saturdays in a row, they are so busy, they do not mind selling the extended service agreement, but they do not honor it, they do not have a sign not appointment no service, and they do not disclose that in the agreement. CJ has forgotten what customer service means, do not waste your time with their service department!

Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Fernando Q goes above and beyond he greatly exceeded my expectations. This location has a better inventory than most other Toyota locations. You wont be walking around the parking lot for hours nor be dealing with many associates. Fernando was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. The trade in process and financing process were seamless and not a headache. I am very well pleased with not only the car but with the whole process. I recommend this location and Fernando to everyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

Poor service was told my car would be done at noon but car did not get done until 2 for just an oil change I try calling and texting The service advisor and I did not get response or an update I was not recommended anything’ll my car or was informed of how the car was. Great dealership! Never felt pushed or rushed to buy something. The manager Rafael did a great job for us and offered a great deal so we bought the vehicle we wanted. When other dealers tried to steal from us and take advantage this people were the real honest deal. Highly recommended!

I was not impressed. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. Tthey assigned me to an available salesman. Then, when I requested the appointment, I said I wanted to purchase my car through Costco. The salesman, Orlando, seemed like he was avoiding the Costco pricing by saying they were a one price dealership. After calling, Larry Miller Toyota on Bell, I was told that Costco had suspended their auto program on new cars due to manufacturing demands, but it will be implemented again soon. Orlando shouldve just said that instead of talking in circles.Additionally, the salesman at Avondale Toyota said that he didnt have any of the car I wanted to buy, so I could put a $500 deposit to reserve the next available vehicle...without a test drive or seeing the vehicle. Then, when it arrived in 4-6 weeks, Id only have 24 hrs to claim it or they would put it on the lot to sell and Id lose my deposit. Needless to say, I do not recommend Avondale Toyota and will not be going there again.

Went today to Toyota off 99th Avenue like I been going for the past 11 years. Bought my New Camary there so I do all my maintance there. I got there today October 20th at 12:25 pm . I asked for Tyler which I go to him all the time and hes great but was off. I waited there for a simple oil change for 30 minutes and kept asking if someone would help me they all kept saying we are trying to get someone here for u Sir. Finally I asked a worker can someone please help me and he said we dont have anyone to help u because we have all the express orders we need to take care of. I get making appointments come first serve but I was at the front and everyone ignored me. This was the Worst customer Service ever in 11 years. I always praise to everyone how great Toyota service is and today was not the case. Very disappointed and disgusted with this place. Im so upset. I tell the worker Im leaving and all he said was sorry and tokl the paper from my windshield and tore it up and left instead of getting me someone or a manager. Is there even any management working? I left and called right away to talk to a manager to discuss my experience and waited on the phone 10 minutes and nothing. Bad customer service and bad management. Not sure if I will go back after my experience today. So I hope u get my e mail and make this right. Been loyal to u all for 11 years and get this kind of terrible customer service!!! Unbelievable!!😡😡😡

I just purchased my brand new car yesterday and this was by far the best or second best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive bought over 30 cars in my life and wow is all I can say. First off being greeted was very nice, and then I got to meet the sales manager William soon after. He helped us find our car quickly and was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features. The purchasing of vehicle was super and easy as ever. 1 Hour later we owned the car and nothing bad to say at all. The dealership is nice inside and out and staff all around was so nice. Definitely going to recommend my friends go there if they need a car.

Really I’d give 2.5 stars. The customer service was phenomenal. Considering the long lines they handled intake quickly and Tracie was professional and provided everything customer service should be. The dealership and it’s cleanliness/appearance was good. The reason for the low rating was the actual service I paid for. It was done only halfway or quickly not up to standards. I even found a Hellman’s mayo packet under my hood. Shoulda been better.

Just took my car in to get a tire replaced called first and told bring it in then after waiting 15 minutes was told it was going to be 3 hours to replace My tire and was told the 3-hour wait time is the same for driving in or schedule an appointment and I pay for the tire and rim coverage but Im not about to wait 3 hours thats just ridiculous they should have said something and when I called the first time to schedule an appointment

I get my tacoma serviced here as well as my wife’s 4Runner. They have been fair and worked with us on some minor issues. Thanks guys. Came back for another 5k mileage pileChange and check up. Called same day and hey were able to get me in with in 2 hours of my call which was cool. They have been very helpful And professional when I call and when I stop in. I love the waiting area. They serve some snacks and cold water for their clients. This is awesome. They have free WiFi for heir clients to use while waiting. I won a couple of Toyota’s and have owned a handful of Toyota vehicles in my life. They always have been good to me and out lasted other vehicles. I h e a small wobble in my steering wheel and they are looking into getting my tires balanced and aligned which I really appreciate. Over all i I’ve had great experiences with my service provider and the crew here at Avondale Toyota. Thanks again guys.

Took my truck in for an oil change and wash. Got my truck back with this shit. They try to tell me my truck was like this when brought it in. I had always took my cars here for service and never had issues til today. This crack wasnt there before. The guy said his boss was going to call me today and I havent receive a call. I dont recommend this place no more. I came for in oil change not to get this crack on my windshield. Now I have to pay for this when this happen at Toyota Dealership Avondale.

Let my start this review by saying Reggie in sales is awesome. Great personality and knows what hes selling. Be sure to ask for him on your next purchase. My wife was just browsing and did not make a purchase, but he still talked to her and made her feel welcomed. Horrible experience!! I dropped my car for service. Bad service in customer service

Picked up my car and was missing two wheel hub caps. I could careless about the hub caps but it’s the principle of putting stuff back when I leave my vehicle in your care. I spent over 1,000$ and your telling me the technician couldn’t take 5 minutes out of his life to snap them back on? No tools needed just some muscle that my 4 year can apply to snap them back on. Not to mention every on in the services department was gone so I couldn’t do anything about it until tomorrow. Thanks for taking care of me Avondale Toyota.

My husband and I purchased a 2021 RAV 4 and our sales manager was Conrad. We received top dollar for our trade and Conrad made the buying process seamless, all interactions were with one person. Conrad explained all the bells and whistles that were on the car and made it easy to understand for two seniors to use the tech in the car.

3 Things I really like about the service they give here and a nice add-on.1. There very quick and ready to answere any questions when you make your appointment and you get your own personal assistant who will answer any questions you may have. My helper was David, told me where my car was and how long it would be while I was waiting2. When I couldnt buy the new part for my car, they told me to go to the (parts and equipment) part of the store, and what the exact piece I needed to buy was. I bought it on ebay for cheaper but used.3. The amount of seating and size of the building for customers to lounge in is nice. Free water bottles, free WiFi while waiting, vending machines, and bathrooms.P.S THEY are nice enough to buy you a LYFT to get back home, then in the morning buy you another LYFT to come get your car.(One thing I disliked is how long it took for my car to just get a regular diagnostic) 6 HOURS!Overall 5 Stars.

This is aimed at their service center. They did not fix the issue I brought up, they broke a mason jar I had in the cup holder and left glass everywhere and left me trash in the way of a water bottle.

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. I ended up buying elsewhere for a much better deal. This dealership treats you like a brick in the wall, if you don’t buy from them, someone else will... no worries! Not very customer focused. Seems like a near-sighted business model they’re running... Deborah Sims handled her role very poorly, she was brash in my exchanges and very unprofessional in my experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere before committing to this dealership.

Just sold my car to them. They gave me more than it was worth. Jesse was a really nice guy and very professional.

A sales person tried to sell me an overpriced vehicle over the phone, they didn’t even give me vehicle options. Just asked me for permission to ask the bank for and older vehicle for over 400 a month payment. It was absurd. I went to a different Toyota and found a better vehicle for less.

This dealership is so full of it. They only help people who they think they can get a good profit off of. I went in as if I got unemployment and a trade in. Valentino said I need 10,000 down payment. Which the payment wasnt going to help me reduce my car. He was putting false information on the screen I had to correct him! I love how this dealership knowsmoney is coming in from the Gov. And try to force you to use it but its mostly commission for them. They are super unprofessional! I spoke to Luis on the phone and upon arrival put me with someone else, that from a start is unprofessional. I do have a super good paying job but I wanted to check out there customer service and see how far they are willing to help you and if they judge you based off of your wage, Yes, yes they do! Also if they think youre broke they wont look your way or try to hurry and get you out. Im never going to avondale toyota. Ill stick to my chevy dealership! Thank you!

The buying experience was initially great. We got there, they had the car ready, we filled out some paperwork, and we were on our way within two hours. A few hours after purchasing the car, the salesman contacted me asking if I can provide documentation for proof of recent college grad. This is funny because the day before I asked him what I would need to bring regarding that and his response was to “google it”. So I googled it and from my understanding I just needed a picture of my diploma, so I provided that. Apparently that wasn’t good enough for them.The next day, the salesman contacted me asking for me to sign the contract again. I was confused, but the contract was the same as the one I signed at the dealership, so I signed it.A few more days pass by, then the salesman ask if I can provide proof of employment with a letter from the company. So I provided this, apparently it wasn’t acceptable because it did not have an “acceptable” letterhead from the company I am employed by. I finally got Toyota to accept it.Overall, I had to resign 3 contracts because of errors on their end. A month later, and I am still going back and forth with them trying to figure this out. Very unprofessional and lack of attention to detail. I am not sure if this is how all sales at Avondale Toyota are, or if this was just the salesman for me.So, if you like having a difficult experience buying a car then I would 100% recommend Avondale Toyota. Just be sure to have your Google browser open as some salesman seem to not be knowledgeable about what is required for rebates.

We own a 2015 Camry that is under an extended warranty. It developed an oil leak and we took it to Avondale Toyota for service. While the service on the car was good our issue is that they wanted to replace the brakes which we did not think was necessary. We had a family member who does this work professionally, check the brakes and he agreed that they did not need to be replaced. But pointed out that the oil that leaked under the hood was not cleaned up and that there was fluid in the boot of our rack and pinion on the passenger side of the car. He recommended another dealership for us to have check these issues out.

Going in for service is always pleasant. The facility is comfortable for the wait. They have wireless internet, vending machines, coffee, nice bathrooms, and comfy seats.

No lEt Me AsK mY MaNaGeR... we picked the Rav 4 we wanted. we were then presented with a used option with the same features with no forced opinions in either direction. We went with the 2020 and test drove it to our hearts content. Sat down, filled the paper work and boom we owned it. No 4000$ package for floor mats and rust protection in Arizona. No back and forth. No 30 what ifs how bouts or when’s cans. Just a straight forward fair price for our trade in. A fair sale price on the car. A solid finance rate. Best of all no BULL.Save yourself the car buying melt down and ask for Rafael Trujillo.

I wish there was the option to zero stars.These people are zero customer service skills, they ignored us for outside DIDNT even care and offer options to us, then when we ask the agent which supposedly was a manager he send another agent to give us the price, when we finally were ready there was no one arround to help us complete our purchase, when we finally got in we sat and waited for a long time because they don’t finish what they started with you instead they go hang around with other employees or customers and leave you waiting for a long time, their skills to give customer satisfaction is zero! Also when I came home I had issue with the vehicle that only previous owner could fix, dealership didn’t give a damn to help me contact the previous owner, I had search for her myself. 😡I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Been dealing with these guys since they opened. I drive 30 miles from Tempe just to do business with them. Kiwi was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Avondale Toyota to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. Their one stop shop and price policy makes the purchase stress free without all the old let me talk to my sales manager, let me talk to my finance manager nonsense. Best Experience at a Dealership EVER! This is my second visit to Toyota, first was for my nieces first car. Second was for myself and Jose Blanco was the gentleman who assisted my husband and I. It was so smooth, so easy, especially because we knew what we wanted but Jose also knew his products. Toyota doesnt just hold value in vehicles, they hold it within the customer service and thats what makes them better than the rest. No numbers game, no lies just straight to the point. We will definitely return to Toyota when it is time for us to purchase another vehicle.

Buying the car was great. What they didnt tell me is they werent able to title the vehicle. Have had temp tags about 2 months now..who knows how much longer. They got their perfect survey from me so they certainly didnt reach out to tell me anything...I had to call to figure this out. Ridiculous

GO SEE JESSE FRAZIER.Not only will he go above and beyond to accomodate your needs during the sale (came to my house for the paperwork!), there was a slight hiccup a few months later when I went to get service and noticed the service plan I purchased wasnt applied to my car. With 1 phone call he remembered who I was and made everything right. Hes not with you for just the sale.
