Employees there not very knowledgeable Ive been there 3 times to get a discount I was promised but no one seems to know what there doing will not go to that store again
I went to the location this afternoon and spoke to the girl with the shave short hair. She was so rude with the biggest attitude like I was putting her out by asking questions on my bill. She rolled her eyes had attitude and I’m embarrassed she would have an employee representing your company like that. Such a shame maybe you guys should read your résumé before hiring

Domingo 19 de Enero 2020.I do Not have Cricket cellular service. I went there to pay my brothers cell phone debt.To my surprise, the young Hispanic Latina behind the counter was from the Latin country of Dominican Republic. That is a rare one in 500 in California. The same with Latinos from Cuba, Colombia, Panama, Peru. It was nice to her here.Service was good.

Great customer service and cant wait to see how the AT&T service Works they use the towers for AT&T Ive been with Metro for over 7 years so I decided to change due to the fact that some of my calls been dropping with MetroPCS its either Metro service or my cell phone itself so when the flip of the coin Im going with Cricket that is AT&T carrier
Inexperience staff, poor technical comprehension. All they know is to strict you. Be aware, you will be strapped about the return policy printed on the back of the receipt meaning that you have to made a purchase to see the returns policy. You are screw. Shop somewhere else to have a piece of mind. Dont wait your time & money.

We arrived at the store located on Azusa and Gladstone at 7:45pm. The doors were closed. The guy inside the store made a horizontal gesture at his neck meaning, they are closed. The store is open till 8pm. Not 7:45pm. We were very upset.
It sucks to speak only English in the U.S.A. today. The store i go to in Azusa caters to Hispanic culture more than anything. Everytime ive had phone issues this company is only out to get your cash. After this cycle im changing carriers.
