I dont have booat mobile but I have metro and let me tell you the metro employee are extremely rude and dont know anything they dont help u with anything I just randomly came here Jenny out of everyone help me get my stuff from my old phone of course I tip her good for being the only person to help me I will be switching soon because I swear the metro employee are not going to help u I went to the metro on Gladstone n El Monte n no help thats Jenny

Bad customer service, seems every time I purchase a new phone else where there is always an issue when it comes to setting it up. Employee stated that my phone was not eligible for boost (really). Im taking my business elsewhere.

They been here for so many years you can always count on this ladies to help you other stores are not really professional dont take things serious they never open on time this ladies yes they do never going to another boost Mobile store

Ingrid was helpful but it took her 30 minutes on the phone to Boost to enter my address, which the first employee had never done, then to give me my discount. I had gone to a nearby Boost store yesterday and the girl wanted an extra $10 on top of my normal $50 to reboost. I said no way and left. Today I asked to reboost at my new rate and she said no, it takes the system a month to process the discount. Inefficient system!😕
