I decided to stop by this store because I was having issues with my iphone. I was really impressed with their service, as soon as my wife and I walked in we where greeted right away. The sales person was very helpful and was able to order me a new phone. We will definitely come back again
This store has some bad reviews and I almost didn’t want to go to do business there I’m sure people can say negative things if they are upset and maybe employees are not fully trained. Many reviews are not recent and I’m sure there has been many turnovers of staff. After today I was helped by the store manager Maribel and her staff I was very impressed by her patience and meeting all my expectations in professional conduct and great customer service the store was clean and I was helped with all my questions and I’m glad I have AT&T once again. Thank you for a great experience.
Edgar provided me with excellent service and professionalism. Edgar provided excellent service from his pleasant greeting to me when entering the store. He displayed excellent listening and analytical skills in assessing the choices of services provided by ATT. He is just simply a consummate professional sales representative that ATT should pay themselves on the back for hiring a man with excellent communication skills.

I would give zero stars if I could. We went to exchange the note 7 for new non-exploding versions. We were there for literally 3 hours waiting to do this simple exchange. We were first informed that they did not have the colors that we wanted for our phones. Ok thats reasonable. But then, we found out that no one knew what they were doing. They called up customer service and were put on hold for 2 hours. Again we were patient and waited for the sales man to figure out how to do his job. Finally when he got someone on the line, the representative explained to the guy how to do the exchange. Or so we thought. We ended up waiting another hour for him to figure out how to do it. After it was all said and done, he then informed us that we would have to pay sales tax on the two note 7s that we were exchanging. Let me repeat that, he wanted us to pay 160$ for defective phones that we had already purchased. At this point we were fed up with all the nonsensical errors this employee and store were making. So we left. I would rather keep my exploding phone than have the misfortune of dealing with these amateurs again.
Wow. Had an issue with my new Apple Watch and Nancy and team to the rescue. Nancy exhausted all efforts until the issue was fixed. Amazing customer service by her and the Azusa AT&T team. Thanks again Nancy
Waited on the line for over an hour, i just wanted to pay my bill and ask a simple question without having to drive all the way to the store. They kept transferring me to different departments and no body had a clue what i wanted from them. Very uneducated employees.

The staff so far hasn’t been very helpful. Went to the AT&T store to buy a new phone on Friday, 11-24-17, 8:30 pm, saw a sales men helping a couple out with a new phone. I decided to wait, but then the same sales men came up to me and said it was going to take at least 20 - 30 minutes to help the couple and for me to come back tomorrow because he was the only one there and they closed at 9:00 pm. So I went to Best Buy and bought an iPhone X in 10 to 15 minutes. Two weeks prior, I had a question about unlocking an iPhone and I explained that a phone I was trying to unlock was still showing up as unpaid in my account despite being payed for because there was no way another phone could be bought without the previous phone being payed off. The sales girl answer was for me to call customer service instead of resolving it in the store. So far my experience with the AT&T store in Azusa has been disappointing due to lack of customer service and understaffing.

Bad!! Why should it take over an hour just to pay my bill? Been to the store several times and its always ends up to be over an hour for ANYTHING to get done. It ends up to you to call customer service so whats the point of having a store?

This place is a fraud because they offered me a promotion of a free phone and that after 3 months I would get the refund and 12 months have already passed and they do not solve anything for me, only for days, what did I wait, I dont know what to do?
