I was looking for information on batteries and charger for a wheelchair that was for a family member. Larry promptly contacted me, was patient, courteous, helpful, and listened. His staff also shares those same qualities mentioned above and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were diligent about answering my questions before I got there. I knew right away by Larrys professionalism that he knows what hes talking about. He did not hesitate or waste any time by saying Im going to have to call you back or Ill get back to you. He had the right information off the top of his head and took the time to explain things without the run around. In todays time, I realize it is rare for people to have time to answer questions and give the necessary attention we deserve. Larry and his staff didnt make me feel rushed and they did not exhibit the Take it or leave it attitude. I appreciate their help and customer service still lives on at T & L Battery Co. Thank you! I was referred by someone whos in the business of batteries and that made me confident to do business with them. 05/11/2018P.S. Im not sure exactly why one of the reviewers left 2 stars about 8 months ago. By examining his previous reviews with other businesses, he rarely leaves a comment and it would seem that he is hard to please and tends to be unhappy wherever he goes. If people dont leave feedback, constructive or not, then reviews wont mean as much as they should. Feedback can help businesses and people improve while informing people who care about what reviews are intended for. Rant over

T&L said their best price on my cores were 7$, and Battery Systems offered me 14$. I would go elsewhere if looking for honesty and integrity.

I had some issues with my batteries for our diesel truck. They were honest and helpful. J.R. scheduled someone to come and deliver new batteries to me. This saved on having to get a tow to the shop. We have a tight budget and T & L worked with us to help soften the blow. I would totally recommend T & L to friends. To find a company that will go the extra mile is not that common these days. This is a family owned business and I believe in supporting local business. Thank you T & L!
