I’ve been coming here to Dr. Li and Dr. Liao for almost 20 years with zero bad experiences for contacts and glasses. Wouldn’t trust any place else. I like that you can make appointment online in a zip. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to make sure everything is right by being transparent by showing you your retinal images, explaining whats going on to the detail scientifically with your vision so you understand. I like having the retinal imaging done that doesn’t require eye drops and takes a few seconds, pretty cool tech. Huge glasses selection on major brands. They have social distancing, air filter, and uv disinfection for trying on glasses which I thought was pretty cool. All the assistants super friendly as well so overall positive atmosphere and highly recommended.

The staff here are always so polite, friendly and welcoming. The technician that helped me was knowledgeable, very accommodating and met every expectation. I love coming here and recommend to everyone! Great team!

Always really nice. The optometrist assistant was extremely nice and help with all my questions and provided feedback to my glasses choices. They didn’t push anything on me and help me choose the right glasses for my needs. Really happy with the service.

The best place for fast and friendly service! A little bummed that they now require retinal exams ($35 additional fee). As a student, it’s hard to budget for an additional, unexpected cost. Otherwise, I’m happy with Li & Liao Optometry.

I think calling ahead and waiting outside is a little overkill. Everything else is open to go inside. We are fully vaccinated and we can’t even go inside.

I had the best experience here. I explained I had issues with a past eye exam and they made sure to double check everything and reassure me. I wish I remembered the name of the technician that helped me today. She was so nice to me and made me feel comfortable during the entire consultation. My optometrist Dr. Ng was also so kind and reassuring. Probably the best I have felt at the eye doctor and I have been going to both locations since I was little. These two employees went above and beyond and made my day.

Very nice, efficient, friendly, staff and optometrist. High tech office where you can upload all your information online. Veey septic precautions taken to keep Virus and germs out! Large selection of glasses and sunglasses. Nice quiet office and plenty of parking at the Lafeyette Village.

They are very attentive and helpful. They do their best to get the test done efficiently and quickly. The doctor goes over everything with the patient and makes sure you understand what you need.

This clinic has incompetent opticians. They give the frame on display which is old and being tried by many customers. They are upset when you go back for re adjustment of your frame. The chinese guy is too incompetent and do not know what he is doing. Just to collect money and they over charge you making sure you pay all out of pocket aside from your insurance! Rip off and bad service! If only there is no star I would give it a zero star rating!
