Great and fast service.. I was really impressed by the customer service Celine had given myself and my boyfriend.. We will most definitely recommend this location!!! She went above and beyond!!! Customer service was outstanding!! Thank you!!!

Awful, they do not know what they are doing. They sold me a phone under false pretense! They refused to returned my money back once I was able to connect my own unlocked phone which they said they could not connect to begin off with, that was the only reason I bought a phone from them. I assumed they knew what they were doing, wrong!!!!

The ladys that work in that metro pcs are very nice respectfull and they know what they are doing so if you need a new phone or a upgrade this metro pcs is were to get started

Raven i think that’s how u spell it, was very nice and welcoming she was the one who helped me, i went to pay my phone and even though i didn’t buy a new one i would recommend other people to come to this location because not only is raven welcoming but so are the other girls that were there love their service so much enthusiasm!

The worse carrier locally where connection quality, signal strength, or customer matters... Employees usually have a tude.

Metro PCs is the worst phone company their internet is slow slow slow slow I cant watch a 5 minute video without 100 buffering if your think of switching FORGET ABOUT IT
