Well five star is overrated, but Ive had a storage here for about 3 - 4 yrs. No issues. Except when my lifetime warranty uhaul lock froze! And I had to pay the locksmith out of pocket to come cut the lock off! They gave me a new lock for free though. Manager does his job well. Hes one of those: I take myself and my job WAY too serious types! 😃 Lighten up! Anyway the homelessness is overwhelming in the area. I must say they do an excellent job maintaining the place on the inside. Great job. Conveniently located for me. 👍🏾 Good job guys.

Someone should be living on this site again.🙏🏽💞 Tags on units paid up and the ministrys storage is one of them. Smh... I would even be willing to do it.Its sad having to stand in line at u-haul to take care of business and terrible getting a real person on site.

Very quiet with state of the art monitoring system...if u want to rent a storage u have to go to the u-haul MAIN Office ON union ave by highway 58

Nice staff, storage facility located away from office which is a little annoying. Storage unit prices are reasonable, facility is clean and appears safe. Lots of rentals available.

Kinda gave me a little hassle on deposit but all in all good store.

My husbands storage was broken into through the unscrewing of inside screws holding the walls up. The manager avoided any conversation and then when contacted, said he was being disrespected. Ending in court.....
