I went right before they closed, Noah was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process. He helped me pack and wrap an item I was returning that took longer than expected into after hours. His demeanor and kindness was noted and appreciated
Very cool-looking place with the radio turned on. A lady helped me print a label and return a package and the whole process was flawless. 10/10 would return another package again here.
I went to this location unsure if they would be able to get a special photo printed for me. Eric went above and beyond knowing how much this meant. He was very sweet and put every effort in helping me. Its something I truly appreciate. I definitely reccomend going to this location.Thank you Eric!
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I am very seriously considering getting rid of my UPS mailbox all together. Not only are the employee of this store extremely inconsiderate, the UPS organization does not provide customers with assurance that they will obtain the mail/packages delivered. This week I went to my P.O. box at the UPS store at 3815 Ming Avenue. Upon entering and checking my mail, I inquired as to any packages that may have been delivered, as I have been waiting on 5 separate orders. The representative at the counter informed me that they lost one of my packages, and the others have yet to be delivered. I inquired as to the details of which orderr they lost, and the store rep could not provide with the needed information. I then, waited a day and the package was not found by the store location. I called back, and asked to speak to the store manager, to discuss the matter. The employee who answered was very short with me. When I asked about the package, the employee stated she would need a tracking number. I explained, I have multiple orders coming in, and when I arrived yesterday, the tracking order of the package UPS lost was not provided to me. The rep responded that there was nothing she could do. I was taken back, as she showed no concern and acted irritated by inquiry. I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee stated the manager was not in the office. I asked for the package tracking number of the package they lost, to decipher between the multiple orders I had been waiting on. The rep would not provide this to me. Then, I asked for the managers name, as well as the name of the representatives name I was speaking to, or an employee ID. The representative then hung on me. TERRIBLE! I was very appalled, and then immediately called customer service. With UPS customer service, you cannot speak with customer service without a tracking number. I explained that I was waiting for multiple orders, and the tracking number of the order of the Ming UPS location would not provide me with the details needed. The representative then shrugged me off and refused to help. If you was good service, stay away from UPS. It is a company, and I will be seeking a different company to have a P.O. Box at.
I went to the UPS store for UPS delivery and spoke to the agent and asked for UPS ground delivery. I should have looked at my receipt but the clerk sent it via USPS I didnt want USPS, if I did I would have gone to the post office. He also charged me for tracking which of I had gotten UPS it would have automatically come with it. I then called and spoke to the manager, who didnt come in till 3 days later, and spoke to him. He just have me the run around and didnt give me any satisfactory response. He basically said you signed for it so you are stick with it. Didnt even offer any kind of customer satisfaction refund or anything. If I could give them 0 stars then I would.
Worst place the person. Olny 1 person and didnt care to help was there like 10 min and he was on the phone the time. Awful.

This UPS store is negligent! I dropped off a package to be returned about 2 weeks ago.That was on April 23, 2020 and it is now May 6, 2020. It should have been returned by now. No one knows where the package is or how to find it. Customer service is extremely lacking and the employee do not care to know how to do their job or give adequate help. They cant or wont even try to get a hold of the drivers or the facilities that the packages are taken to, in order to figure out what is going on. Also there is no supervisor or manager on duty to help either. Customers service at the 800 number does not even know where their stores are at, they expect you to look up the address for them. They give you the run around. Just to tell you they know nothing.
Always friendly. Always helpful. And never long wait.UPDATE: In spite of the friendly and helpful service Ive received here in the past, there is a new employee here who is BEYOND rude and actually seems to go out of his way to be rude and unhelpful. If you hate people so much pal, WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This location is the worst location to do business with the owner of the location told me to leave the store I walked in the store looking like a homeless person with that being said he assumed that I was a nobody he refused to help me.if I could put zero stars I would this place is very unprofessional . Never judge a book by its cover. I will contact corporate on this matter.
