We are so impressed with his professional and pleasant demeanor. Do not go to this location they lie to get your business and try to trick you into paying more money than you are willing to pay, I went in to do one thing and end up doing another thing and instead of giving me my refund they put it towards a bill that was not due and I just paid my current bill so in all for the 3 phones I was TRICKED into paying almost $400 in 1 week on 1 bill. This salesperson tries to play like he donโt I understand what he is being ask, but he explain after you make a transaction.. long story short itโs a trap
This place moved from small crowded building, to spacious and a great amount of workers. Fast and friendly. Great job

Really nice people. If you are wondering about why Ibgave a 4 star instead of 5 was cause they were out of half of their phones. I tried buying one of the phone they had displayed but they were out. Nice people though.
Went in just to purchase a case and was told I needed to wait in a que behind customers wanting to purchase a phone and upgrade their plans. There should be a area for in and out purchases. Sprint should have never merged with T-mobile. The customer service is way below a 1-star. Very disappointed customer. Been with Sprint for over 20 years and now thinking about switching phone companies.

Worst customer service ever, waited in line to make payment and they were more interested in sales than taking payment. When I asked someone for help she said I had to wait my turn and I told her Ive been here before the other people and that nobody had even greeted me since I got in. And she said I hadnt seen you and the other person that was in the back doing what said I hadnt seen him either well shhhhh you were in the back. Anyways the other person next to me said that I had gone in at the same time he did. They took my payment and I left with out a sorry or have a good day or anythin...

This store is a joke, every time I go in this store they never have the product I need. This is not the 1st time I have gone in there to get something and they did not have it. I recently went in the store to get a screen protector for my S9 plus.. guess what they were out. I dont know why this store is even open, the service is mediocre and if you cant keep products in stock, what do we need you in our neighborhood for? We can drive to the mesquite location which the service there is no better. They were out as well. I Had to drive to the Richardson store to get what I needed for the 2nd time...
They have fantastic service, the only issue is their wait times. Wait times are very long if you dont make an appointment. So either have plenty of time available or make an appointment. Reason is, its the third largest store in the country.
Preordered my s10+ with Salma. I was super happy I also got the galaxy watch that I knew nothing about so I thought I was learning a lot from Salma about it. Turns out she knew nothing about it. Was told by both Salma and Angie (manager) I could pick up my phone one day but also turns out they told me the wrong day. So I went to pick up my phone that at first they could not find but Angie happened to find a phone without a name and said it was mine. I left because the wait time was ridiculous. Went back and was helped by Lucy who not only knows nothing about her job but also has attitude and horrible customer service. Was told by Lucy that I cant pick my phone up until Salma came in. Turns out she lied because she was actually able to and did release my phone moments later... turns out the phone they gave me, that probably didnt have a name on it for a reason, did not work so I went back and forth to this location 3 times in a 2 week period with no service getting the run around. No one knew what was wrong with my phone and no one offered any way to fix it. I went to another location that actually fixed it for a moment. Still ultimately it was not fixed so I caved and came back to this location. First I was told I could not return or exchange my phone because I preordered a month ago but knew I had one more day left because Im not stupid. So the other manager saw and realised she was not right. Got a new phone finally and everything is magically fixed...I do not recommend going to this location. No one seems to know what they are doing there, kind of winging everything and hoping everyone is stupid enough not to notice. They have no clue what they are talking about.
Not sure what all the complaints are about. BFD you have to wait a minute Princess, you aint anymore special than the guy in front of you or behind you. Suck it up, keep your place in line like we did and just chill. If you are in that big of a hurry, do it all online. We could have, but I am an ON HANDS KIND OF GUY. I want to feel it, see it and work it with my hands/fingers.We went on the weekend, kind of busy, but Jose (I think that;s his name) was on the ball. He not only got us into 2 new updated phones (Samsung Galaxy S10+), a B/T Boom Box so I can watch the wife wiggle and bop while she cleans or whatever, but two cases and even a 10.5 Samsung Tablet S4 with Pen and service for a good price all together.If they had the tablet there without us waiting a few days, 5 stars! BUT, we had to wait, so there is an adjustment... LOL. OK screw it, 1 star for Joses effort to make us happy. LOLSeriously, he did everything he could, helped us, helped his co workers while our old phones were loading into the new ones, made sure we were aware of the process at pretty much every step and all of it with a smile. We had a good time over something like 3 hours, waiting and all.The people at the store treated us and everyone that came in (busy day) as cautious as possible given the volume of traffic. I aint any better than anyone else. I waited when it was time to wait, I went on when it was was my turn and I left when done. As far as I could tell, they all had hands on every customer, either in dealing or just the pleasant, Hi, have you been helped yet?
No greeting when I came in. The customer that came in after me got a, Hello! Welcome to sprint! Where tf was my Hello? Anywho, they dont have 8 or 16 GB SD cards. Only 32 and up. If youre looking for anything under 32, this is not the place for you.

If I could give a negative rating I would . Called in and asked for an appointment Katia said you donโt need an appointment as soon as you get here Iโll take care of you got there and she was with a customer after 20mins she walked out after 45mins of waiting I asked the manager and she said Katia was coming back after 2HRS she said I could wait a โLittle longerโ or come back when Katia was there. I HATE SPRINT I HATE THE SERVICE THEIR EMPLOYEES GIVE!! Just TERRIBLE

I dont have Sprint but came in here with someone who does so my review is based only on the store itself. The staff was nice and ready to help from the second I walked in and acted the same when I told them Im with a different network.
Awesome staff, got my service switched over. The manager walked over to me and introduced himself. I felt like I made the right choice switching over.

Sprint is the worst store, specifically Balch Springs store. Poor service, wait time is always more than 1 hour. They say Will be with you in a moment. That moment is more than one hour. Please dont come to this Sprint store!!! You have been warned. You will regret it!!!

Horrible customer service. I was helped by Angie, which another employee informed me she was the manager, which already tells me she has no management, communication or customer service skills AT ALL. Get new management or close the store. I rather drive 30 minutes away to another Sprint than deal with her.

Great customer service, the staff is polite especially brianna. She helped me do my switch over from tmobile. Unlike tmobile store on the other side of sprint, the honestly have the worst staff and is like the people that work there have attitude problems, and worst customer service there as well. So glad i did the switch.
