I had an Exceptional Experience! The entire staff was friendly and took very good care of me. They explained all my options as far as my new prescription and my progressive lenses are concerned. I highly recommend them.

Cute little shop in the market opening right onto the outside that felt a world away from my last eye doctor visit deep in the bowels of a medical facility. Was seen pretty quickly and given the option to pay $40 extra for a digital retinal scan instead of the dilated pupils which was worth it for me. Friendly doctors and staff and helpful person consulting about glasses at the end who didn’t pressure me to buy from them when the frames were out of my price range. Most importantly, the optometrist explained what he was doing, looking for, and finding and it was validating to my concerns while also reassuring.

It was my first time here as a patient. Dr. Levin was very warm and pleasant. The staff were all very kind and helpful too.

He informed all along the visit of what was taking place & the results. He is so personable, caring & informative. Instead of diialating my eyes, they had a modern machine that did the same thing with leaving me bleary-eyed & using those dark disposable sunglasses. I learned more about my eye health & the impact of high blood pressure, diabetes & multiple sclerosis on eye health than I ever knew. All of it with a warm & caring doctor! India and all the ladies up front were wonderful. India took the time to help me select the most appropriate, best looking & best priced glasses for my lifestyle. She was patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable about my insurance and eyeglasses. Thank you for the best visit ever at a great place that always delivers the best service.

I was a first time patient at Levin Eyecare. I cant say enough about my service. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Seyboth was very patience, caring, thorough and knowledgeable about my particular condition. In addition, he developed a plan going forward in which I am so appreciative. I would highly recommend this practice especially for someone with ocular issues.

Belvedere Square office is bright, airy, congenial staff, compact but well designed offices. Free parking in the Marketplace shopping center. Dr. Seyboth is professional yet engaging, I happen to know he is highly respected in the vision medical arts, and most importantly, thorough eye and vision examinations that for myself made an early diagnosis and referral to specialist care, preserving my vision.

They are a awesome place to by contacts from. They help you out tremendously. Only thing is that google says they are open on Tuesdays and Saturday but they are actually closed.

Levin Eyecare is now the new home for my eye doctor, Dr. Seyboth. I got my usual thorough examination and excellent care. The new location is more convenient for me, spacious with easy parking. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Thumbs up on the new location!!

1. After getting laser eye surgery, I no longer needed my prescription eye glasses. Levin transformed them into a great pair of polarized sunglasses for a really reasonable price.2. Then, they got stepped on--completely my fault. Levin brought them back to their original splendor quickly. When I went to pay for the repair, I was told there was no charge. Above and beyond.

I came here expecting it to be like any other store, but when you walk inside, youre immediately greeted. Taylor did an amazing job when she assisted me in picking out my glasses. I had some ideas in mind but Taylor knew exactly what glasses would be perfect for me! Brady also helped me when it came down to picking the final pair. I had the BEST experience here and as long as Taylor and Brady work here, youll forever have a customer! Best customer service hands down. Thank you for all of your help. They work very well together and make the process so much easier! I cant wait to come back for my sunglasses!

This place is sick, excellent service from Taylor at the front desk. The exam was quick and done in like 15 minutes Dr. Carl was awesome. And Brady with great customer service helped me pick out my glasses and helped me with payment. All around best experience I’ve had at an eye care center. Oh and Taylor and I share a birthday also what a coincidence lol.

This place is awesome!! My appointment was at 1:30 and I was done and in the car by 1:52 with a new set of contacts. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Levin was awesome!! I highly recommend this place! If I could give it more then 5 stars I would.

Not following social distancing guidelines. No employees wearing masks when I arrived. The DR put on his once he saw me and asked if I was ready. I said I was if the receptionist put on her mask. She got nasty with me and said she did not need a mask. Visit at your own peril.

On 10/10/18 was my first time at Levin Eye Care. And Id definitely recommend this place. Very friendly staff. And Very thorough exam. Brady was extremely helpful. And for someone who doesnt have insurance I found the prices for contact lenses extremely reasonable.

Eye exam was fine. They do not provide you all the information to get eyeglasses. You need a PD number which they do not include on their eye exam and only give you it if you get glasses there. This was dissatisfying for me as I planed to purchase mine online and this was information I didnt know I needed till it was too late.They will give you SPH, CYL, AXIS. for glasses. Unsure if they provide PRISM/BASE, these are listed on their prescription so its a maybe Id say.

I went to Levin Eyecare in Belvedere Square Market today. It was my first appointment with this practice and I will not be returning. There were a number of odd things the doctor did and said that seemed very different from my other doctor experiences. For example, she did not introduce herself to me so I never got her name, she criticized the advice of my previous doctors, and she said I needed to come back next week for a follow-up appointment (this was an annual exam and I did not understand the need for a second appointment). None of these issues were too concerning until, towards the end of my appointment, she asked me to leave the exam room to sit in the waiting room so she could see her next appointment and then would finish with me after that. Confused, I asked for clarification and she explained that I had taken so much time at the beginning of the appointment and she did not have time to finish with me until after the next patient was seen. To be clear, at the beginning of the appointment I spoke for fewer than 5 minutes about my history with contacts and my hopes that she could help solve a problem I had been having. I left the exam room and this is when the second issue arose. The person at the front desk said I owed $75. I made sure she remembered that I had insurance because I have never paid for an exam before with my eye insurance policy. She explained that while my exam was was covered the contact fitting was not. To ensure I felt like they had done their due diligence we called the insurance company on speaker phone. The agent explained that a contact fitting was not covered under my insurance. She went on to explain that I had likely not seen this charge before because most eye doctors do not submit a separate bill code to fit contacts. I was disappointment by this experience today and will not be able to recommend Levin Eyecare to anyone.

Update: the prescription Ms. Hu and Mr Levin gave me was wrong and was the reason why I could not see well. Thankfully I found a place where they took the time to figure out the right prescription. Also I realized how unprofessional this eyecare was by going to another place. My new eye doctor said that Ms Hu did not have any reasons to ask me to go to her other work place to get a more complex exam to check for glaucoma. My new doctor said my eyes looked just fine like every other doctor had said in the past. So I am just warning you in case she wants more business from you, of course she asked me first if I had insurance(red flag)! And for Mr Levin, I can not believe that man was so cheap that he prefer to insult me so he did not have to change the lenses with the wrong prescription!Old review: I came here because it is close to my home and because of the reviews. However, my experience was really bad. I went to get new glasses since I have been moving around the country I have not changed them in the last 3 years. My first appointment Dr Hu did the examination and she put a dye to check the pressures in my eyes, I asked her if she had drops to clean the dye because my eyes were extremely dry. She did not want to open a new bottle so she was going to put liquid to clean contact lenses in my eyes! I told her not to worry about it, I can rinse them with water but then she opened a natural tears bottle so I could wash my eyes. She gave me the prescription and I got the frame somewhere else because they do not have a lot of options. However, I came back for them to make the lenses for the glasses. I tried the glasses and I could not see very well so I made an appointment with Mr. Levin (not worth calling him a doctor), he asked me to try the glasses for a full week. In this visit he asked me what I do, I told him I teach chemistry and he saidoh, I do not understand why people teach organic chemistry it is worthless, followed by you probably cant see because you are old, you are already 40! Anyway, red flag. So I did wear the glasses for a week and I could still not see well at long distances. It was blurry, made me dizzy, and after working long periods of time I got headaches almost everyday. So, I went to see Mr. Levin again because he asked me to got if the glasses were not working. So he very politely said come, we will do whatever is necessary, after he went in the exam room he said oh we did all this testing last time (which was not truth at all), I told him he did not but I was the liar! At the end he said you are being very fastidious! WHAT? I cant see well thats a fact..... I have not been angry for a long time. This person that calls himself a doctor probably has dementia, he remember things that are not there, and he insults people for not reason. I hope people post more accurate reviews about this place so no one else gets insulted by this person. Thankfully my insurance covers another examination in a couple of weeks.

I have to change this review because this experience has most certainly changed and the receptionist/scheduled coordinator has made this a revised review. Rude, Uncaring, Unprofessional and really I am not sure why they have this person representing their company on the forefront. Smh. I would never visit this place or rather this location. My family was treated very BAD and unfair.
