Terrible Experience!!! Up to a year and a half to get my product. Frequent delays and major lack of communication from staff. I have never been so disappointed to invest in something and get a major lack of return. This will be my last time ordering from them

Very dishonest and inconsiderate.I was purchasing a jacket for my husband’s 30th birthday and was on the fence because of details I foresaw him not liking. The cashier assured me that if he didn’t like it, I could return it.When I came to return it she said oh we have a 15 day return policy so you have to exchange. I told her, “why didn’t you tell me that when I purchased it?” And realized there was no comparable item that we would like. She said she could ask the manager. Then with no respect for our time said the manager will be out in 10 min.The manager refused to refund my money and told me she believes her employee over me and that she’s confident her employee told me about the policy.It was very disrespectful to question my integrity and also lie about this policy that I was not made aware of.They need to post this on their receipt and instead of hiding the sign behind binders and using small fonts.I am so shocked that they would be this dishonest and unfair and saddened with the level of disrespect and questioning my integrity. I was looking forward to shopping her in the future but the lack of character exhibited makes me certain that I do not wish to conduct business with them.

Poor selection for my sorority... Not their fault, they were just sold out of the good stuff, unfortunately. They had good items for some organizations but not all. Service was friendly though!! And helpful.

My custom shirt was perfect and completed with a quick turnaround. Theres a good variety of materials and this is the only store I know of that has paddle supplies. The prices are fair, and theres a little something for every organization.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this store. They have a fantastic variety of paraphernalia and great service. The young lady who is the owner is very nice and personable. I would encourage all Divine 9 organizations in the DMV area to support this black owned business.

Yes, customer service leaves much to be desired. I purchased a sorority jacket many, many months ago and when I telephoned to find out when I could pick up my jacket, the owner told me they forgot to place my order. Did I say I paid for the jacket with design prior to receiving it? Well, the jacket was paid for in full. Nevertheless, I ordered the jacket at least four months ago and I have yet to receive it. Did I say I paid over $300? Yes, I did. I have sent emails with no reply from the business. I telephoned All Sewn Up today, only to find out that the number is no longer in service.Lord knows I try to patronize Black businesses, I really do. However, when the level of customer service is poor, I refuse to continue to given anyone my money - no matter their race, gender, sexual identity, gender identity, etc...The owner is very personable and friendly. Yet, I caution anyone doing business with All Sewn Up due to my current experience. Buyer beware.

All Sewn Up has the most Black Greek Paraphernalia in the Washington-Baltimore area. Nothing else comes close. It’s worth the trip from Prince George’s, Montgomery, DC, Northern Va. and surrounding areas.You can order something basic on line and wait a week or you can drive 30-45 minutes to All Sewn Up. When I get there, I end up taking cash app payments from some of my LBs. and picking up something for them. I just have to share info on the great products and prices they have. I’ve never been disappointed.

This place has all the Paraphernalia for every Fraternity and Sorority. They will also help you custom make your Nailia. Though, some helpful word of advice. You may want to go before Probate Season (Early October to November) to stock up and if you get a customization to your shirt, line jacket, etc. be prepared to wait but it’s worth it for the flexible payment plans and quality of work. Finally, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

I order a customized shirt she told me it would take a week it took three.I called the day it was supposed to mail for her to tell me she would send it out on Monday. If my husband hadn’t called later in the week I wouldn’t have know she didn’t even start on it.Then sent me a crooked lettering. Now I stuck trying to get another one before graduation. Beware of than she told me to only contact her be email.Did I say I paid her in full

Always a great place to go for Greek items!

I was visiting and had no Greek paraphernalia. They were able to make me a shirt on the spot. They service all the Divine 9 as well as the other fraternities and sororities. They also service PHA family. I did not see any Elk paraphernalia but, Im sure they could accommodate that organization as well. The prices are definitely right!

If you need some Greek gear you gotta stop by here. The owner is pretty accommodating. If you cant find what youre looking for shell order it for you

Please stop in and speak with Lady, the owner. She is very informative and is willing to order. This shop is very extensive in items related to Frats, Sororities, Mason, etc. A very well put together shop.

Friendly owner & great work. Came in for custom nailia and they were able to do it in a timely manner. They have a lot of options for all Greeks from any council. They are open to suggestions and such as well. Id recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service.

I bought a shirt for my husband for Christmas. This is my first time ordering from this company, I normally order from another company but this was something my husband found. I never looked at the shirt until Christmas day when he opened it and saw it was stained. I left messages a couple times before I realized they close for the holidays. Needless to say they never called back. I replied to an email from the sales dept as well and never heard back from anyone. To sum it up, they sent me damaged goods and customer service is poor. I will continue to use Nupe Mall in the future.
