My wife and I made an appointment to meet at the store; they had a variety of mattresses to sample. We found one we liked; was not in stock, but they delivered free of charge AND set it up for us. Great customer service, and were very happy with the product.

Met with David about a queen mattress that was advertised on Facebook market place. We made an appointment, picked out the mattress we wanted, it had to be ordered, and received it a week later. Not only did David and his wife deliver the mattress free of charge, but they also brought it into our room and completely set it up and hauled away all the plastic wrap. The only set back was the delivery was a couple days delayed. We couldnt be more pleased with our new mattress and have slept on it for a couple weeks now. Great customer service on top of a wonderful mattress

Completely failed to tell me the mattress I called about and drove 2 hours to pick up was “out of stock” and the only other option was 400 dollars more. The people right after me had the same experience. Stay away. Horrible quality and even worse service
