I will definitely be there again. Bought a mini sectional after my first choice didnt fit into the house. My bad, sorry guys. They were cool with it though, I just went back the next day with the invoice; exchanged for another smaller sectional and received a store credit for the remaining balance. Payed a fee for bringing it upstairs and assembly. Thank god they offer this service as I can no longer lift heavy things. They were very careful not to damage anything. I appreciated that very much!!

Great store! I brought my kids to the craft fair last weekend and they got to see Santa and get a picture with him! The trees were beautifully decorated! The employee i spoke to passing out the raffle tickets was super friendly and helpful! I recently made a purchase and will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

Went to the craft fair today which is put on by Furniture Mattresses & More. It was great to see so many people in the mall as it made the mall come alive again. Love the craft fair and love to see so much talent within our state. Thank you to whoever runs that store!

I loved the craft fair. I really enjoyed the canning man that cans pickles and other food. Got a really good jar of pickles and an awesome bag of pizza flavored popcorn.

The 2nd Annual Craft Fair at the Bangor Mall is amazing!!! Over 300 vendors participating this year! So many interesting and creative crafts!!! A great place to Christmas shop. The set-up is great. Bought a sectional from them, and not even 48 hrs later had to call about the hooks being broken. The guy who is in charge of the repairs blamed my children saying, they must be jumping on it. They came out to fix it and right after they left we hooked it up and it broken again. Funny story, my children werent home when they fixed it and it still was broken. They came to fix it again and it held for about a month and the screws came right back out again! They then told me they couldnt do anything for me and blamed my children AGAIN! I even sent them photos showing the sectional doesnt even line up properly. So much for a warranty I spent $200 on.

Our experience was very nice. The showroom is beautifully set up. Great selection, even though they didnt have exactly what I was looking for it worked out perfect! They have things in stock and are delivering it in two days! I went somewhere else before this and I would have been waiting far too long for furniture. The staff is very helpful and the store is very clean. Will be shopping here again for sure.

Some of the most cheerful and polite and kind workers I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The floor salesman found me exactly what I was looking for, and the woman working the sales counter helping us check our was extremely pleasant and courteous. I got everything I was looking for. These were some of the most professional and kind retail workers around I would recommend 10/10.

I went to the store knowing I was going to make a few purchases (brought a cargo trailer, healed by a truck). I bought three separate pieces of furniture. I located on my own the pieces I wanted. The prices were steaper than I anticipated, however wasnt too much to prevent me from making the purchases.Once I located the pieces I wanted to purchase, I sought out an employee to help me. A young lady helped me. She seemed unenthusiastic about doing such. I specifically asked he if I could get models that were assembled already. She told me that all of the pieces I was buying came assembled except for one. I got home with my purchase to find out they needed assembly when I opened to boxed. I was not pleased.As far as the store, it is beautiful and stoked very nicely. The store was very clean and offers an endless amount of options to fit all types of buyers styles.

I was able to call the store and purchase over the phone which was helpful with my busy schedule. The sales person was very courteous and verified the furniture I was interested in. The delivery service was a great option and very inexpensive.

After a terrible experience with our local sleep number store, this furniture store treated me like gold. Ashley is the salesperson that helped me and she was so nice and helpful. I never felt rushed or like I couldn’t ask questions. She even took the time to look into the warranty for me. I will continue to shop here for furniture.

I was not happy with customer service. Every time I go there it seems that no one wants to help. I have to go look for someone to help.My first purchase I was delivered the wrong item. That was taken care of so I went to purchase another big item. Again, I had to look for help. When I did get help, the sales person knew very little about the item I wished to purchase. I chose an item and it will be here this week. I paid for delivery but because it will go upstairs, I would be charged more. I live 1 mile from store.I have always used another furniture store before. I feel customer service was much better there.

Its a big store and have wonderful and beautiful furniture and other items. Prices are reasonable and they have payment plans. Just make sure have good walking shoes for so many many beautiful items.

Was only in to browse the amazing selection of furniture and crafts they have on hand on this visit. I purchased a sofa and love seat from them previously and it was a great experience. Quality furniture, reasonable prices, and delivery at my convenience.

I just want to stay wow, they took the old Macys closed store and turn it into this furniture world. I was amaze what they have accomplished and before I visit this place for the first time, I was wondering how are they going to fill this place up but they did. They are only using the bottom floor for sales and the top floor for inventory so you wont have to worry about out of stock issues. The employees are there to help you and arrange for any payment plans. There old location at the airport mall was just to small for there needs and the area just plain suck.

I’ve bought lots of furniture here and have had no problem in fact they have been excellent to work with. I went in today, knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. I told the lady what I wanted. She got the order written up. I told her I’d pay the extra to have my daybed assembled.She informed me they don’t assemble anymore. I told her that I was there last week and the gentleman that waited on me said they do assemble. Well, she asked someone else and was informed they don’t right now because they are short handed. That was fine. Then I asked to have the bed delivered. I told her that I had a raised ranch with 6 steps. She told me that would cost extra. I told her I’d had plenty of furniture delivered before and it had never been a problem. I then told her to cancel my sale. Cathy was there so the clerk asked her. Cathy said it wasn’t a problem. The clerk then informs me that she doesn’t make the rules so I don’t need to be rude to her. I did apologize, although I didn’t think I was being rude. I’ve worked with the public and I wasn’t rude. She also, didn’t have her mask above her nose and sometimes it slipped below her mouth. No biggy but, she should be more aware of it . She also should get a thicker skin for the future. I wasn’t rude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made 3 visits before deciding on my purchaser. I was greeted multiple times each visit and never felt pressured but welcome. Was offered various financing on my purchase as well. Thank you for making this big purchase smooth and painless.

I visited this store to view available sleeper sofa options, and decided on a particular sofa. Not living in the area, I called the store to purchase the sofa. Heidi helped me with the purchase, and was SUPER ACCOMMODATING! She was enthusiastic and friendly with a great sense of humor. Beautiful place. Set up very nice and clean. The craft side is wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is to lower the furniture prices. Prices in general. Wanted to buy a set of lamps the other day. I thought it was 175.00 for the set. The man told me 175 a peice ! I was like wow! No thank you.

The sales gentleman in the matress dept is super helpful and kind. He helped me to find things I need in a vet professional manner and also helped loading to my car. Very nice store!

This store is very huge with many choices for furniture in many price ranges. Sales people were plentiful and friendly. I wasn’t pressured but was offered help and spoken to by several associates. Then store was very busy but I found a sofa and a salesperson to help me. I like the craft section although I didn’t have time to shop it this time. I really enjoyed the Christian music being played and commend the management for it. I hope I will enjoy my new sofa.

Pretty store, terrible service. Sofa bought a year ago for $1800 is already falling apart.

Entire store was not very attentive. Was looking around for about 10 min before anyone asked if we needed anything. Ashley helped us but was standoffish, distracted and was not very welcoming. They had a nice selection of furniture but mainly floor models and did not seem very willing to work a deal on it as there were none in the back.

We loved that they allowed us to browse and try out furniture without any pressure but were readily available when we wanted them. Great prices and great selection.

A nice couple bought a recliner from these people a short time ago. It was just put on the showroom floor previous week according to the store owner. The couple didnt realize they signed a no return policy and after about a week the chair starting falling apart...store owner did nothing! I would not shop there and hope you dont either.

The store is wide open with wheel chair isles, the products are spaced apart so you can test out the merchandise, they also sell accessories such as lights and coffee tables, etc.

The customer service was good. The furniture is very hit or miss. We spent over $500 for a new table the the handle fell off because it was missing a screw. We took it out of the box and it was not stable so I had to put a felt pad under one of the legs. The draw drags a little instead of sliding freely. Not impressed.

Got a great deal on some box springs here, definitely fast service with reasonable prices compared to other furniture places in the surrounding Bangor area.

Went to MM&F after a disasterous experience trying to order a recliner online and having the freight company LOSE the package somewhere in Ohio. Walked in and to the recliner section and Heidi M made herself immediately available, and was incredibly friendly and informative. She pointed me to the exact recliner I had been looking for in the first place, in exactly the color I was looking for. She even let me try out alternatives to help me decide what recliner fit my body type and height best. It was no contest, the first choice was the right choice! Heidi M was extremely professional and lightning fast processing the transaction. She made it so easy, and set up home delivery on this coming Monday, and then tagged the floor model with a sold sign to make absolutely sure the staff would know it was spoken for and paid for, and while staying professional and incredibly efficient she remained friendly and good humored through the whole sale and transaction and never missed a beat! A true professional! If I hadnt retired from management of the sales business I used to help run, I would have tried to hire her for my staff without a seco d thought! Bravo to Heidi M and MM&F, and I cant wait for monday to get here to actually have a comfortable place in my apartment to sit and stretch out! R.

I ordered a couch July 2020 when they delivered it they left it in the driveway I had to drag it in the house myself, upon setting it up realized that one section of the sectional was way overstuffed and defective. I called to complain and they thankfully offered to replace it, trouble is, due to Covid they couldn’t guarantee when it would be in, fast forward May 2021 the new section of the sofa finally arrived and of course they weren’t matching. In between October 2020 to May 2021 I probably called them at least a dozen times asking for updates and rarely receiving updates. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because they then agreed to give me a full credit to replace the mismatched sectional. I went to the store and chose my new furniture for delivery, only to have a piece missing from the truck. They agreed to go back to the store to retrieve the missing item and when they brought it back, the delivery man was in his personal truck and my boyfriend had to help him carry the chair in and he left before anything was set up. was left with the remains of plastic and cardboard and half an hour I’m trying to monkey and finagle putting the items together, just an overall unhappy experience at every turn. I would not purchase from Furniture Matress and more ever again.

Went in to look for a sectional. As we were walking the floor we crossed paths with at least 4 different employees, non of which were wearing masks properly or at all. Either below their noses or under their chin or none at all. We had to navigate our way around these employees just to be able to browse. There’s just no excuse at this point. I’ll never be back. And I was hesitant just to walk through the doors in the first place.

My fiancé and I were remodeling our home. We had a sales associate Lillian I believe. We explained to her what we were looking for she looked at us like we were odd, and when we answered to her that we were not looking for a recliner she just walks away which was a little dissapointing because we did need help . Made us feel like she only wanted to help if we wanted a recliner. When we arrived the next day to pick up our things she forgot to scan in a table we wanted to purchase. Other then that everything was fine its a great store with great quality furniture.
