Went down there to brewer today to check out Mattress By Appointment and its pretty good little business. Our saleswoman Christi was very helpful, answered all of our questions, gave us great recommendations on which mattress to look into, and over all the best customer service Ive had in a while. I will definitely recommend going down there a picking more mattresses because the customer service is great, great prices, and also they deliver too; which is great because I live up in Lincoln. So if you need a mattress, your on a budget give them a call, and check them out.

Spoke with Michelle and made an appointment for Sunday at noon. Her husband, Mike, met us exactly at noon. The warehouse was very neat and clean. We told him what we needed, and he was very honest about what would meet our needs and not pushy at all. Answered all of our questions. We thought the price was more than reasonable for what we were getting. Will definitely be our go to store, should we ever need another mattress in the future.

So we were in the market for a new mattress and after window shopping unsuccessfully at many very expensive places and almost getting suckered into finance deals longer than the one for my new car did I stumble across this amazing mattress shop in Brewer, Maine Maine Mattress By Appointment. I woke this morning in so much back pain that I could barely breathe at 4:00AM, lovely right? I decided that this would be one of the LAST nights that I sleep on that very uncomfortable mattress. So I messaged Maine Mattress By Appointment to set my appointment very early in the morning I might add, I instantly got a response for an appointment at 12:00 that day. So we go to our appointment and the customer service we were greeted with blew us away, the man who did our appointment was so polite, nice and caring! Instantly I noticed that this wasnt about just a sale of a mattress and how much money they can make but that we are getting a good nights sleep and that we are getting a great deal as well as what we want! I felt like I mattered and wasnt just a wallet or a potential sale! We were able to find an AMAZING MATTRESS for an AMAZING PRICE! The brand new mattress is clean and comfortable and half the price for a similar style in a mattress or furniture store! The place is a little hard to find, and I felt a little pressure to buy a mattress cover, even though it wasnt exactly what I was looking for. Overall Im very satisfied.
