Heck of a place! The employees are exceptional and the service is great! I highly recommend this location for any meaningless problems you are having with your phone or passwords! They also make the sales process quick and painless as well which is always a plus.

I have tried every AT&T store and this store is by far the best. They helped me get two registered number on the same device. I called and spoke with other AT&T stores and the customer service and they all told me it was impossible. I really appreciate this store for the help I received each time I’ve been in. So glad y’all are in Bardstown

The manager Pete was very helpful in my time of need after the death of a friend. Would reccomend store to anyone.

Jenna is absolutely amazing after getting the biggest run around from many other att stores, over the phone customer service and everything else she was so amazing and so helpful, she actually cared and because of her I have a working phone with no problems and it only took her just a few mins to fix what all these other stores had been trying to figure out for two days. I highly recommend going to see her for any issue you may be having. I will never go to any other att store again!

Very nice and helpful. Be prepared for a possible long wait depending on how busy they are. We waited over an hour but this was because they were busy, not slow at what they were doing. A warning for how long we may wait would have been really nice.

My daughter and I visited this store today. Upon arrival we entered the store and were not greeted. We approached a table where three females were sitting. I assume all were employees. We had already spoken with an AT&T agent and they instructed us to visit a store. I was interested in purchasing a phone and shared this with them. I wanted a phone with more storage than mine has. They told me I needed a 16 gig ad card. I told them I have one. I was told they werent the type of store I needed to go to and even if I went to another store on Sunday they couldnt help me either because AT&T does updates on Sundays. I asked which stores were the type of store I needed. They told me to Google it. I said Im an old woman Im not good all that stuff. I just said that to see what response I got from them. One of them did Google the phone # of 2 stores that I could go to, wrote down their phone # for me. Mind you no one bothered to leave their seat for any reason whatsoever. All of them were staring at their phones. No eye contact was made. I felt as if I was a nuisance to them. I left the store vowing to never go back. I left with no phone, no help for the issues my daughter was having with her service, no assurance that it would be taken care of, and a decision that I will not enter that store again. SMH

The manager didnt want to do more than she had to do... hubby had a question about his phone and she pretty much told him to figure it out on his own..

Went in and spoke to Deanna, she was great and set up my whole family with a great plan including TV and internet.

Worked with a young lady, Brittney and she was awesome. Very friendly helped with all my questions and also fixed my phone. Was also able to give me a video service for 10 dollars

My experience in the past with the Bardstown ATT has been hit or miss in the past, before I encountered Deanna. She is most helpful, answering all my questions and concerns extremely patiently. I call ahead and make sure she is in before I go. I truly appreciate her customer service.

If I could rate a no star I would. This store is the biggest joke in Bardstown. They have terrible customer service, the employees DO NOT know what they were doing! They charged me unnecessary fees and when I confronted them, they got smart.!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Lying misleading sales people. Quotes. Completely wrong. Misrepresented equipment being purchased i.e. Memory gigs, availability of cell phones. Experience totally in the sewer. Avoid this establishment like the plague!!
