The ladies there are always so kind to me and so helpful. I felt as if I could trust since I never once felt pressured or pushed into something I didn’t want. they actually cared about what I wanted and needed my phone to do. I have a fairly busy schedule and they got me all set up within a timely manner. If I have an issue that is out of their hands, they always point me in the right direction. They by far have the best phone prices and plan prices. Very affordable. When she told me my total for a new phone my jaw almost dropped. I was expecting to drop at least $250 for a new phone but she offered me a wonderful deal and I walked out with a new Motorola, a case, insurance, and unlimited data for under $150. And I only pay $55 a month for unlimited. Absolutely amazing. Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The young blonde headed girl and the dark headed girl were both very helpful and kind.

Staff called them self a manager named Nevada, a thin young girl with black hair, very rude and unprofessional. Purposely rang order up wrong to charge price of new phone rather than give promotional price being activated new line. Refused to refund or correct. Stated wait 30 days to cancel and reactivate new line. Ended up leaving store with new number on one of my old phones. Also charge many unexplained additional fees that I have never had before in the last 3 years been with the company. Left store knowing I was ripped off, all for someone commission. Customers beware. This is an independent dealer and makes their own rules. Good office in Elizabethtown that rep was great, helpful and honest. Never again go to local Bardstown store.

T- Mobile. The employees are fantastic i dont personally know any of them but as a customer they are the best. Helpful always have an answer for you a helpful answer. Smiles I mean who doesnt want a smile while spending your money right? I been to phone stores where you find what you want. Not here they come from behind counter and ask if you know what you want in a phone. No pressure. T-Mobile in Bardstown ky. My opinion is the best. Thank you young ladies now thats how customer service should be. 💯💯🌹🌹

The lady was rude and they do not let you come in the store alone. We had to stand outside like we were thieves. We assured her we were not going to rob the place. They were understaffed and had too many customers which we had to let go in front of us. The plan we were supposed to get ended up being more expensive. We had to call customer service to get it straightened out. They quote you one price over the phone and give you a different one once you walk in. The offer that we wanted no longer existed. To quote one price and to change it later is basically bait and switch. Sadly, we had to resort to their services as there is not much out here locally. I hope that I will he able to deal indirectly with them and pay my bill online and not have to deal with this local branch at all. Overall, I feel let down by the entire experience.

Always get a positive outcome when I visit ... inexpensive plan with the work and coverage on both phones ... reasonable upgrade ✌️🌷🙏

I have been with metro pcs for over a year now and have been pleased with their service. Every time I go into the store the staff is always very helpful.

The staff was very helpful at getting me transferred from Boost Mobile to Metro PCS, keeping my old phone. The service provided by the staff was really good.

This place is horrible. I wouldnt suggest going to this store. They will sell you something that you never agreeed to and cut the phones off 6 days later saying you owe more money. Go to the store to correct the issue and nothing they can do. Staff is not knowledgeable of the job or anything. Store owner himself doesnt care if his employees are doing the right job either. Will never step foot back in this store!

This dealer sucks! They had a promo, if you add a line to your plan you could get a Samsung galaxy j7 half off, I added my son to my plan and was going to buy a new phone, the owners son who is a liar told me the j7 was out of stock and they had some on order, I asked him if I would still get the promo deal when the phone came in, he said yes, I go to get the phone about a week later and they wouldnt give me the promo after adding my son to my plan. I will never spend another dime in that store! I also filed a complaint with metro pcs.

Took forever to fix the problem l. Dont really know what their doing there.

Not too happy with the service here. I have been with metro for a little over a year and added my dad to my line well his phone messed up the other day but they couldnt do anything at all but tell him he had to purchase a new phone. His phone just turned off anf reset by itself and even though we had the Google info it still wouldnt allow him into the phone. Only giving two stars because the girl behind the desk did try to help somewhat.
