They will give you product that is the WRONG thing and charge you restocking fee when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT SUGGEST THE PRODUCT. The manage said she has been doing this for years and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. SO MUCH FOR SHOPPING LOCAL. As much as I hate to say it shop AMAZON.

Returned an item here, the girl that was working didnt know much about doing it. She had to call someone on the phone to talk her through how to do the return. It took about 15 min to do the return which is crazy. She was friendly. The store was neat and clean.

Talked to the lady on the phone. I said I need a VGA adapter Male to two female that will extend to each monitor individually not mirror. So my laptop has its own screen...and each of my two monitors will have their own screen. I do not want my two additional monitors to mirror each other. I got a VGA adapter with two female and my two additional monitors do not extend they will only mirror each other. Now it is costing me time and gas to return this to someone who obviously doesnt understand what I need. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

The staff at this location are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and polite with customers. I use this store at least twice per month. The store is nice, clean and friendly. They carry a selection of phones and phone payments can also be made there.

Great customer service! Thanks so much for how you treated my sweet, although maybe stubborn 77 yr old mother in law who dropped her cell phone in the dish water and tried to, all by herself, set up a new one. She became frustrated to tears, but still didnt call me until, I think she said, Jessica at Bardstowns Radio Shack helped her get her same phone number. Finally, she called me to put all her contacts in and set up her speed dial up and told me how much trouble she had and how impressed she was with your help. All her children live out of town, except her son, which would not be any help in this situation. We thank you.

Do not go here they have horrible customer service and DO NOT stand behind their products. The owner even made a snide remark as I was walking out the door...the owner! Go to Mr. Music or even Walmart before setting foot in this location.
