Best place to get work done to your vehicle. Very honest has a mechanic messed up our rack and pinion we brought our truck up here and was going to get it replaced but instead of them charging us they fixed it instead without charging the 1000 to replace it. Great people to have work on you vehicle and honest as can be which is very hard to find nowadays. They are more about making sure the customer is satisfied than they are about making a buck. Need any work done come up here they will take care of you.

I just bought four tires from Goodyear couple months ago they were fast reasonable and very courteous and since then I have run over a nail and they took care of it right away with no questions asked.

Theyve had my friends antique convertible over a week now, because of too much play in the steering wheel. Theyve not made the first attempt to contact him bout the progress, whenever he calls them theres an excuse as to why they havent got to work on it yet. Last time it was in their he was charged $4000, way too much. My friend is in a wheelchair with declining health, about to go into hospice. His only wish is to cruise in his dream car before he dies.I will post an update when he finally gets the car back..

What a great place, even if you have to buy tires before youre ready for them. My husband had a flat tire on his way home from work. With it being early on a Saturday morning, he couldnt find anyplace open to have it fixed. He call Goodyear in Bartow before they actually opened.... but Manager Ricky Farley answered the phone anyway, and told him to bring it on by and hed get it fixed. We ended up having to buy a new one, but as promised Ricky got it fixed as quickly as possible. This will be our new tire store. Thank you so much Ricky and Goodyear.

I had a few stripped lug nuts and they got them off with no problem, very friendly staff . I was in and out very quick and they did it free of charge!

I walked in and walked out with a fixed tire, completely free! It took only 15 - 20 mins and I was on my way, they were nice and helpful.

This place is great professional, quick and very honest. They saved me 100 dollars on what jiffy lube tried to charge me for the exact same service plus jiffy lube tried to charge me an additional 150 for a service I didnt need. So I actually saved 250 dollars by coming to them. Best service in Polk County

I called them up and they actually waited for me after closing time to replace my busted tire. The manager and the salesman were awesome. Couldnt be happier with my experience here! We had run over a screw and punctured our tire, and after a few days of repeatedly airing it up, we came to Goodyear. We expected to either replace the tire entirely, or have to pay to have the tire repaired. To our pleasant surprise, Ricky informed us that they repair tires free of charge! Not only was the service free, but it was done quickly (they got us in right away even though it was 4PM and they were clearly busy there) and we were on our way within 30 mins. Very disappointed, I needed a new tire asap being that my drivers rear had just split as I was driving down the road and I drove straight in to have a new one put on. The great part is that 11a they got me straight in and had my tire size available in an overly priced tire. So they started working and about an hour later they were done. Great right? So I thought, I walk out to my car and to my surprise my busted tire is still on my vehicle. So I walked back in and asked if they put it on the wrong side and they asked me what tire and I said drivers rear, and he asked the guy who walked out to my car to check what tire and he said right rear. Quickly they grabbed my keys and said they would have it right out for me (took another 15 minutes). So I started reviewing my receipt and it stated that I received a free tire inspection. When I received my keys back I asked the man if they actually inspected my tires wouldnt they have notice my tire completely messed up. And his response was that the inspection is checking the tire pressure. Which they still should have seen my tire but I wasnt going to argue. How can something be called an inspection if air is just being put in tires and the tires arent being checked if they are safe to drive on? Also, I dont even know what tire was put back on my vehicle, was it mine? Or another used one? This was very disappointing service, especially since I have been bringing my vehicles there for years.

If I could give more stars I would. I limped into Goodyear in Bartow, Fl late on a Friday afternoon with a tire losing air. The bays were all full and everyone was working, I expected to be there a while IF they would even be able to get to my van. To my surprise store manager Ricky Farley had me pull my van around and got busy with my tire right away. They fixed the air leak and had me on the road in minutes. I’m not from Bartow, had driven nearly 4 hours already, had never been to this Goodyear, and had no idea what to expect for service - Ricky and his crew treated me like I was family. I’m grateful to have had a problem so close to this Goodyear and feel fortunate I was lucky enough to get my repair taken care of here so quickly. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to GoodYear for over 20+ years now.I will NEVER take my vehicle to GoodYear from this day on.I paid $600 for ALL of my brakes/rotors to be fixed only to find out a year later the back ones were the only ones done!!!!!!I brought my car is because my front left wheel started making a metal scraping sound and I drove 20mph from Haines City back to Bartow because of it only for them to keep my car the whole day and overnight just to be told they didnt find anything wrong.WHAT A JOKE.

Disappointed with my experience. This was my first time at good year, saw the positive reviews and gave them a try. I had them do an alignment on my car and they screwed it up. If you point the wheel straight you immediately drive into the next lane. I had to go back to have them to do it again. They did not immediately start work on my vehicle which was upsetting. Even with an appointment I spent my entire afternoon waiting in the lobby roughly from 11-3. No efforts were made to make things right for their mistake and having me wait all over again.

We are from Michigan and was in the area when our brakes failed. After a few attempts to even get our vehicle looked at..we were told about Goodyear. They were able to get us in very quickly to analyze. They had to order parts so it was an overnight and most of day fix but they fixed it as quickly as they could. The crew there was so friendly..accommodating and awesome service. Theyve become our go to place for our vehicle needs.

Finally GREAT SERVICE! As well as Great customer service. Frank and David and their team were very welcoming and did an awesome job on my alignment. I signed a 3yr warranty for alignments at a different location in haines city and was not pleased at all with their work and even had to go back 3 times because their work was not done correctly. They seemed upset that I was going back and the tech was rude in haines city to top it off.But here at the Bartow store right off the bat they were all friendly and understanding. And my truck is not pulling to the right anymore and I am completely satisfied with their work and will be recommending to all, this store. Great shop with great employees! My SUV unfortunately broke down on a Sunday morning, but thankfully we were just down the road from this Goodyear that was open! We were able to get my SUV towed there, and Travis (I think that was his name) was a great help along with the technicians who worked on my SUV. If I am ever in the Bartow area and need anything done on my vehicle I will definitely be stopping here again!

I have been taking my 2008 Altima to these guys, Rick and Travis, since I got the car in 2008. I still have her, and she still runs like a champ because they have done all of my maintenance. On top of the great care the give my car, they also let me know about all of the deals and promotions I qualify for when I come in. (They know I am cheap) I now have added a 2018 Rogue to the household, and they now are taking care of her. I wouldnt let anyone else take care of my vehicles.

Have been going hear for years and multiple vehicles, mainly oil changes. There is usually a wait for someone to come to the front desk. Always get friendly service. They usually try to sell you other services but thats just business. When i get tires they are pretty quick.

I had an appointment at 1 this afternoon in Bartow. I got there a few minutes early and gave them a call. They advised me to come on into the store. So I went into the store and gave them my information. I had advised them that I had went online on July 31st in mid-afternoon to the Goodyear site and made an appointment. I gave them my tire size and they stated their truck was not in yet. So I waited until they gave whatever store a phone call. They talked with the other store for a few minutes and hung up. And then advised me that they didnt have my tire in stock. That they could order it but it would be a few days before it got there. I was livid. I drove from Ft. Meade to Bartow just to be turned away. Ill never go back again.

They are always too busy to rotate the tire I bought from them when I have made appointment I waited hours, when I drop in they cant get to it until the next day or latter that day. Understand they are busy, but they need to understand I paid for a service that Im now paying others to do because I just can wait hours and cant always come back another day. Never have had this problem at other places so Im not sure why I do here. I wanted to use a place close to home to save time and be able to get my rotation done regularly but I guess Im better off driving 20-min. I get it they are too busy, so I take my business to someone else.

I would run way for this location! I was there for just an Alignment. I drop my vehicle off early and when I returned I was notified that they could not do the alignment because my ball joints were loose. I refuse their service and took my truck to a Chevy dealership where I was notified that my ball joints were fine! I will not be returning to this location or any other Goodyear location. This shows me that Goodyear allows their employees to lie and deceive customers as they see fit! This is Despicable and should not be allowed!

I always buy my tires from Goodyear. The experience doesnt stop when you drive away with your new tires. Anytime I need my tires rotated or if I notice that one of my tires is losing air I just stop in and they take care of it at no charge. I also get my alignments done there because they guarantee it and it makes your tires last longer.

I went to this Good Year this afternoon to fix a problem with one of my car windows. I called in around 1 and showed up around 2. The staff offered to give me a ride back home since I live close by, and even came to pick me up when my car was done around 5. Everyone was polite and friendly, which was extremely great since Im new to the area. I have to say this was the best car-maintenance experience that I have had since Ive been driving.
