They were able to tow my truck home after it was impounded due to a family emergency situation. They were prompt and fair priced. After a brief turn of events, there was a small delay (not on their behalf) and my car was returned home. i was not charged for an additional day. The driver parked it nicely in the driveway and was very cordial and polite.

Had an accident with rental car on Hwy 60. Asked the Bartow Police if they could call a towing company that would tow us to Tampa, 40 miles away. They called M & M towing. The driver, Mike, came out, hooked us up and 10 miles down the road he said they didnt take credit cards. He turned around and took us back to Bartow Police station, went inside, came back out and said he was leaving us there and car was going to impound. We said let us get our bag out of car, as we walked back to car, he pulled away. Went inside police station, told them what happen, said we needed my drivers blood pressure meds that were in bag. They gave us phone number for tow truck driver and had EMS look at my driver because he didnt look well. We called and told him we needed to get blood pressure meds and he said All you need is that 1 little bottle?, we had never said to him how many bottles, so they only way he would have known that was he went through our belongings. We met him at impound yard and had to pay $50.00 to get in gate. Once we got our bag we noticed that our GPS was gone. He claims he never went in to car but when he was pulling away we still had keys and pushed door lock button, saw lights flash which indicated doors were locked. When we went to car at impound, the doors were no longer locked.
