This place was MAGICAL for my little girl! The salespeople were so kind to her and made it such a fun and memorable experience.

I enjoyed my experience here today and I made one of my favorite Pokemon of all time, Eevee.

Not many selections, and most of the clothes are branded (we dont care about any of the Disney garbo). The thing that makes this place is the staff! The staff are wonderful and helpful and a joy to see. Definitely going to bring the nieces and nephew here.

My grandson had a blast but I was a little disappointed at how we were kinda pushed through the process. If it werent for this being my second visit here he would have missed out on so much of the process. No one told us he could do the air shower, the lady was very blah when he was making his bear and almost didnt do the jump around process with him. Then when we checked out they just handed him the bear with no box I had to ask for one. They also didnt offer for him to ring the bell or take a photo I had to ask for it.

The staff here is always sweet and caring. They always make it a great experience.

I love this place. Iver the years Ive purchased several bears. The staff is very friendly and quick to wait on you. I recently purchased a dog bear for my mom who lost her dog a few months and the staff was very accommodating. I look forward to bringing my friend so she can do a best for her unborn son.

Loved going to BAB with my hubby. We built a Toothless together, and despite being a little embarrassed by the dance for his heart, we enjoyed it. Also loved seeing the kid in front of us dancing around with how happy he was. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

Great place for people of all ages. Rather you are a kid or just a big kid at heart. You will enjoy the experience. The staff does a wonderful job at personalizing the experience to each guest. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This build a bear is great. The store is well kept and employees are very friendly. They have cheaper versions of teddy bears that are only $15 if you arent wanting to spend too much. I think they even have smaller ones for like $6. Highly recommend taking a small kiddo there! All 3 of mine have build a bears!

This it THE place to bring your little ones! From start to finish, youll have as much fun as the kids. The staff is super fun and in tune with what theyre doing. You wont be disappointed 😉

Drove 2 hours to Baton Rouge and was greeted by a Teen worker who told me, were about to close. I said okay, do you have any with construction helmets? She said, no maybe online, would you like to shop online? I said, okay... then I waited to see if she was going to show me some of the selections that could be made online... nope, she went over to her workstation and began her clock out procedure. I gave two stars because the suggestion reminded me why I dont go to stores anymore, the service industry is flawed. That personable service that distinguished them from cyber juggernauts such as Amazon and the like has faded. So thank you for the online suggestion. I shall not return.

Pretty nice place, my only complaint is that they have very few non themed bears. They have TONS of themed ones for Disney and Marvel if you are looking for that though.

This place is great for kids. Their staff is always wonderful and helpful and dont seem annoyed when your spoiled brat of a child throws a tantrum in a store where you are literally buying them an overpriced stuffed bear. Im mean freaking kids sometimes I swear. Its like I dont care its your birthday Ill spank you in front of everyone you little ungrateful. Anyway staff is super nice and helps you out. You dont force the extras on you but merely ask once. And a birthday bear where you pay the price of the kids age is also pretty great. Hopefully that ungrateful brat of a child of mine realizes it.

This build a bear is great. We have gone multiple times and the people there always take their time with the kids. They know the various characters names so when you ask for something like fizzle pop berry twist, or bulbasaur they know exactly what you mean.

My Partner and I decided we wanted a teddy bear together, lame I know lol, so we stopped by here. Everything was reasonably priced and pretty cool to do. The only thing I didnt like was that they still insist that adults do the build it dance or whatever. It was pretty silly, but I know little kids would enjoy it, but I felt like an idiot. But the young lady didnt understand no so I just did it to move along. She just seemed like one who took her job pretty serious. Other than that it was a cool experience and I really cant complain. It can truly be a bonding experience for adults. You can dress them and play rock, paper, sissors to to decide it sex lol. Then at the end you get to name your Teddy together and get a cute little birth certificate. I recommend adult couples give it a try, youll love it. Have Fun 😁

Good experience very expensive tho

We drove over 4 hours to and from baton rouge, LA to get animals for my 2 grandsons only to be turned away with 2 crying boys who do not understand why they couldnt get their animal today. They just had to put their dog to sleeptwo days ago. We had promised them could pick out an animal to kind of make up for their dog. It was just pitiful and sad. I dont know that we will ever go back. KIDS DONT UNDERSTAND . ☹😢☹😢☹😢🐕🐶🐕🐶
