Best glass shop around .. great people .. use then anytime we need glass for the old homes

They no longer do onsite installs -- I guess they expect you to bring your windows and doors to them? Companies should update their google listings with correct information if they have a listing online.

Great service! Went in for a crack in my windshield. In and out in less than 30 mins.

I came home to a totally shattered door from what I guessed was a yard work accident. I called around to find someone who could come ASAP and Bengal Glass was the first company that could get someone to look at the damage that day. Russ came a couple hours after I called, and told me it would be a quick and easy fix. The next day he came by and installed a new glass panel in my door. He was very courteous and I am satisfied with both the quality and speed of service. Hopefully I wont have more shattered glass any time soon, but if I do I will definitely call Bengal again.

Had a chip in my windshield after the repair was done, it looked worst than before. After 2 days what was suppose to be a repair, spread over my entire windshield.....had to have entire windshield replaced. Instead of excepting responsibility and trying to work with me they wanted to charge me $200 ...... Go to Auto Glass Now....more professional, polite, and reasonable

Ive used Bengal for several different services, mainly chip repair on my windshield. They are FANTASTIC and fast. One chip was a result of a giant rock that flew off of a rig coming at me the opposite direction that left an almost hole in my windshield. I called them from my cell immediately after it happened and they said to bring it over. The chip was so bad that the service tech could flake glass out of it with his finger. They were completely honest and said it wouldnt be perfect but they would do their best. Well I am 100% pleased because they were able to make it almost as good as new. Ive also purchased mirrors and glass for other projects from them also. They are the best in Baton Rouge. Fast and honest. Ill continue to use their services!!!

This is a professional and caring group of people. They take their time to make sure they give you exactly what you need. If you dont have a clue about glass, they educate you on what will work for your particular project. I own a day spa and these people do absolutely all of my glass work. I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company.

Handle. all your glass needs

Well I love Russ and Vicky but after one year of calling then to finish my bathroom I still have not heard from them yes I said one whole year at this point I will finish the job with some 100 year old cypress wood given to me by my half brother and think that I have loss two good friends in the exchange. Thanks for what you guys have done for me and my family and business but I dont know if I can ever call you guys again.

After requesting an estimate and accepting it, they told me it would be over a week before they could come to the house and measure for a mirror, which would have been fine except that they never did. After 2 weeks I called to follow up and again was told Id be contacted. Absolutely no communication whatsoever and its been several weeks since. Ultimately just a complete waste of time.

Cant say enough how easy it was to work with Bengal Glass. They worked around our busy schedule and crazy dogs and finished the job in record time. I would recommend them to any friend and plan on using Bengal again when the time comes.

Ive had glass cut and tempered from these guys and will do so again. Planning a bathroom remodel soon with all glass enclosure and will get them to supply. I have never been in a hurry for it to be done, so some of the gripes about delivering on time may be legit, but like they tell me at my work, emergency on your part doesnt make it an emergency on my part

This business is around the corner from our house and I want to support it but customer service is zero. After 2 weeks of calling to get kitchen shelves measured, they haven’t shown up 2 times when they said they will. Russ, who said he is the owner, came out finally few days back and took measurements and then I hear nothing about the quote. Yesterday when I called to follow up, he said that his measurements don’t make sense and he will need to come out again. He said he will come out yesterday afternoon and never did.Today when I called again, he tells me, “what’s the urgency? You’ve been working on that house for 2 years and little lost time here won’t matter.” What? I told him that he does’t get to decide what is urgent for us. He also told me that he and I will not get along - I agree. At least now I know that I can go to another glass company and get the work completed.How does someone do business like this? If he had told me that they can’t do it, I would have called someone else and not wasted time waiting.

These guys are great. They are always friendly, efficient, and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Richard likes them too, and he is a good feller.

I own a ice cream shop and my ice cream cabinet lid broke it was plex glass Bengal took on the job and bent and shapped a new one in 2 days for me that fit perfect...going back to get something else done great PEOPLE and great prices......

Did not simply fail to meet a promised delivery date for glass but refused to do so. The owner, Russ, went into full high dudgeon mode when I asked if my glass could be delivered as promised. And of course resorted to throwing a couple of f___ing at me when I insisted on his commitment to honor the promised delivery. I would recommend against doing business with the company.

They have a very good service and do a good quality job however, you might want to check first if you can find the size of the mirror you want at a regular store cause they are very expensive.Staff is very kind.
