Called twice to order a piece of glass. Both individuals stated they would call back with a quote. Never heard back from either.

Made an appointment to get a quote on 18 windows. They showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. I was told I would be contacted about the quote. Four days later I call to inquire about the quote. Some joker tried to convince me that they we just out there yesterday (while I was pressure washing the house) and the quote was hot off the press. Really tried to make some kind of fool out of me. The quote price was fair but I lost all confidence in them with such an important investment like my house or properties.
I had several windows that needed replacing. After repeated phone calls, promised dates, not showing up, and finally being over an hour late for an agreed upon time (after I called their manager and complained again). The windows are being replaced. I hate giving harsh reviews but most people cant wait a month to get windows replaced! I simply cannot offer any level or recommendation for Big River Glass!
No customer service. Called during normal business hours and was transferred to a voice mailbox by the person that answered. Left a message but did not receive a call back. After several days, called back and was able to talk to someone. Found out the $119 special on their website would actually cost me over $300. Scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house and measure. They never came, and never let me know that they werent coming.
Went and got my windshield repaired. They walked me through the insurance claim process and while I was doing that, they fixed my windshield. By the time I claimed it with my insurance company, they were done with my car! Great staff and my chips are fixed!
Replaced my auto glass in 45 minutes. Exceptionally friendly service and comfy furniture to boot. Offered me the WiFi password when they saw that I was on my phone. Everyone there just seemed like they were just having the best friggen day ever.
Big River Glass was very helpful with a last minute plexiglass cut that I needed to have done. They had the cut done for me the same day and undercut everyone elses quote! Would definitely recommend!

Worst service Ive ever received. After a month of back and forth and many excuses, they refused to make it right. Between Oh we sent a new guy and We cant do expedited shipping I had to call it quits. The manager, Jeff, promised it would be put in one day and it wasnt. Never did call to let me know any updates. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Charged a lot for a sub par job replacing my homes window glass in one window. Does not match my other windows and window no longer stays up. They dont sell screens either.

Super unprofessional.I had an appointment scheduled with them last Friday from 12-2. They never showed up, and then called after my appointment window saying they were on the way to me. I had kept the baby awake for hours waiting on them. No apology or explanation of any kind.Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance; we rescheduled for Monday from 10-12. Not only did they once again not show up at all, but this time not even a phone call. Then they called me 28 HOURS LATER asking if they can come right then. I had already made an appointment with another company, and they had already come out. I told him that, and still he offered zero apology or explanation.Don’t waste your time with this company. They’re disrespectful of your time and really unprofessional. I’m shocked they can keep a business afloat acting like this. And this isn’t new behavior either; see reviews down below from 3 years ago saying basically the same thing happened to them.
