We have used M and M Glass on several jobs. They provide timely estimates and their showers and mirrors are high quality at competitive prices. They communicate throughout the process. We highly recommend M and M Glass.

This place has the worst customer service. My husband and I have a home maintenance business and had a man from this business to come to a home we are working in to give a quote to replace a shower door and hardware and the replace the hardware on another shower. We never received the quote. I called again and Kim claimed the quote had been done a week before and it was possibly sent to my spam folder. She said she would send it again after checking my email address again. That was four days ago. Never received the estimate. If they didnt want to do the job it would have been nice of them to say so and we could go from there getting estimates from other glass companies. Like I said poor customer service.

A large shelf broke in my store in the mall. I called M&M right away, and the representative was courteous and fast. I got an estimate within one business day, and the quote was very reasonable. It only took one week for M&M to have our custom glass piece cut and installed. I’ll be calling every time I need glass fixed!

Wonderful job. We had our old shower-bath taken out and replaced with a full shower. Although we had some difficulty finding the right person to do the tilework, M & M was far and away the best choice for the glass. They were punctual and thorough, and consulted with us repeatedly to make sure we had the right model of sliding glass door for our space. The young man in charge of the installation knew a lot about this kind of project and helped us make the right choices. Very well done!

Extremely pleasant staff, promptly came to provide an estimate, ordered and installed in just a few days. The installation men were very professional, informative, and quick.Could have been a little more proactive in informing of order time, and providing window of time for installation. They did however call before they arrived.

The workmanship was awesome. The price was good and customer service was good. However, the four people who installed the glass shower and beveled edge mirror, trim left our bathroom a mess. Dirt, grime, shaving in the shower and all over the floor. Grimy, greasy handprints on inside and outside of the shower, on my two vanity mirrors and several places on the bathroom walls. I called M& M and complained. I was told the Install Supervisor would probably call me. That was two days ago. I have to pay out of pocket to have walls repainted and have grease removed, this added an additional cost,to the job. I really like the quality workmanship M& M offers, but the sloppy way they left our bathroom left a bad impression.

I agree with the previous review about the installers. Additionally I think the technicians coming out to survey are incompetent. I had a guest bath with a porcelain iron pan and the technician mistook it for stone which was not discovered until they tried to drill into it and realized they could not drill into the iron. This set the project back by another two weeks. Meanwhile debris was left in the bathroom and adjacent hallway. On second bathroom the technician came and measured and looked at the existing finished bathroom for the same details (clips). Then I was quoted one week later (day before the 4th) with no details as to what was being supplied. After the holiday I called and found out that the details discussed were not what was quoted. Several days later I received yet another quote with both options included, but for the one to match the existing bath the price was increased by $200.00. So now 2 1/2 weeks later I am starting over. Was also told that if I could make a deposit in the next 10 minutes the order would go in before noon and there might be a chance of getting the door delivered in the normal lead time. And if not??? Dont waste your time like I have done.

My experience with them has been a very pleasurable experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their products and their office staff is very professional and timely about getting back with individuals. I definitely recommend them

The sales team and the pre-order technician were very accommodating to our schedule. The real issues are with the install technicians. We had an appointment schedule and they showed up 1 hour early without verifying that we would be home to accommodate an early arrival. Upon completion of the install the technicians left without notifying us that they were complete and allowing us to inspect prior to their departure. The shower door was left uncleaned with hand prints and glue on the glass and metal shaving were left throughout the bathroom. I do not recommend using these install technicians.
