The two ladies that I dealt with at Scallan hearing were extremely professional and polite. Both listened to what I said Intently and explained everything in detail and in terms I could understand. It was a great experience and I came home with a pair of hearing aids for a free trial period. It is amazing to hear things I havent heard In years.
