We have been a preferred vendor for BOSS for several years. Great people. Great service.

Light showed up broken. Box didnt show any signs of damage. Called customer service. First person I talked to hung up on me. Second call someone argued that it was my fault. I had to pay for another light. I am with Search and Rescue. I needed light for a night training 2/12/20. Customer service was nice enough to ONLY charge me for standard shipping and sent it 2 day air. Right now Im almost $1300 into this with no guarantee Im going to be refunded the first purchase of broken light. I was told someone would call me. Im still waiting for the call. Being non profit volunteer member ALL equipment is paid for out of my own pocket. I could have bought some cheap light but wanted the best.

The man I talked to on your 1 800 number was by far the most rude individual I have ever talked to!! You should be ashamed to even employee someone like that. We were initially told that the light was wrong and a correct one would be sent out and it never was. When we called To check on this we got this terrible rude guy and he blamed us and even went so far as to say we never returned the item but we of course have proof that it was returned and signed for. So I called the sales line just so I wouldn’t have to talk the that rude person because the second time I called he interrupted me and put me on hold and never picked back up after over 10 minutes. And you guys now want to charge a restock fee. This has been going on for three months now. Funny thing is I told the guy in sales to have someone high let up in the company to call me and no surprise no one did. Terrible customer service!

Never had any issues with their explosion proof lighting products. We use them for every turnaround.

My order was not completed on time, communication as to delays and issues was terrible, the equipment was not built as ordered, no solutions were offered, and the non-chalant almost I dont care attitude was/is VERY offensive.

Their stadium light towers have helped us run a more efficient, safe, and productive night shift crew. This 60 stadium light tower replaced the 5 light towers we were using before.

Very very disappointed with this company 1st and last time I will ever buy anything from this company. Product body finishing and it is not Boss Lighting product. It is buying from another manufacturer and paste a sticker to mask the original manufacturer name. Will relay message to fellow company owns of the terrible service!!!
