Years ago, we beautified our home with gorgeous French Quarter gas lanterns. We could not be happier with the choices of our lanterns or their manufacturer. Whenever a glass pane broke in a lantern over the years, Jason Leigh responded immediately and made sure that we received a replacement pane even before we thought we would get it! One of my large gas light electronic ignition system malfunction after 10 years of use. I contacted this company and spoke with Jason who gave me good instruction on what to send to them. They troubleshoot it the ignition system and sent it back to me. It took me about 15 minutes to connect and works perfectly. What more can you ask for? Fantastic company with a great employee like Jason.

I am builder in MD, and my client selected lights (over $10k worth) from this company. We have had numerous problems with them, and their igniters are very susceptible to damage and do not seem to have longevity. We finally resolved all issues except for one, but they fail to respond and truly do not seem to care. They do not have official installation or ownership manuals/documentation.

Primanti Bros. has worked with Gas Light Pro for the past several years with them providing both gas and electric lights for the exterior of our buildings. The customer service and product are both excellent.

I am a builder in the DFW area and purchased 7 gas coach lights for a million dollar project. Received all in great condition. After 4 months 1 igniter had issues and called for an RMA which was handled promptly and efficiently. We will purchase again for the next project.

While I got a response immediately when I was buying the gas lamp, afterwards, when it had problems, I couldnt find anyone to talk to! I went back to my credit card to contest the charges and remembered THEY MADE ME PAY WITH A CHECK. Theres a reason for that...you have no recourse! So pay with your credit card so at least someone will intervene, cause nobodys home at New Orleans Gas and Electric Lights or at Gas Pro Lights.Next stop, Southern Living because this company uses the magazine as a reference. Oh, and Better Business Bureau and the local Cahmber of Commerce which they purport to be a member.SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET SOMETHING THAT WORKS SOMEWHERE ELSE

Overpriced gas lights
