This store is fantastic. they do all of my promotional items in town at a great price. we are mailbox customers and will always continue to be.

Pricey, helpful with terrific customer service

Ive been getting two emails a week from the UPS store for over a year asking me to review my last interaction with them, which was naturally completely forgettable. So I finally gave them a snarky review on their internal website about it. Now Im getting flooded with emails to review them on Google.So here is my review, UPS is a logistics company that cant get email right...

Everyone here is so nice and they care about your mail or packages. And they always have a smile on their face. This is the only place I trust with my packages.

The assistant manager, Amanda, is rude and useless. I called to ask about a late package that was shipped from this store. Her first comment was that the store is in no way associated with UPS shipping (seriously?), then guaranteed me it was picked up on Friday for Saturday delivery, shipping details via the tracking number and UPS confirmed it was NOT picked up Friday.I would encourage the owner to let her go, but I doubt she would be well received at a new employer if the height of her career is Assistant Manager of a UPS store that isnt associated with UPS.

I just spent an hour and 45 min in this store trying to get a work project completed (the length of time was not due to the staff but due to the specifics of my project). I don’t have enough words to tell you how helpful these people are. They have seriously gone above and beyond in helping me get this done and shipped. Greg (GM) was patient and helpful and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place because of the wonderful customer service they provided.

Seriously the best UPS store ever! I accidentally shipped a king cake to the wrong address and as soon as I realized it, the manager Greg and Amanda were able to help me get it re-routed (they even worked on my mistake after hours)! So thankful for all of their help...not to mention they have mastered safely shipping king cakes!

My elderly mother made a free Amazon return and was charged $12 anyway, she did not know any better to ask the associate why she was being charged. Amazon returns are free and you charged her anyway!!! Disgraceful

This location always offers great and efficient service. The one thing that is quite the disappointment is they charge $1.00 to tape a box closed. I get there is an expense for tape, but seriously, that in my opinion is about as bad as it gets when you think about customer service.I frequent this location often. The one time I fail to tape a box closed due to a rush and being in a hurry, yeah that will be $1.00.

This is my neighborhood UPS store and it is not only convenient but the sales people are very helpful and pleasant.

3 yrs and counting customer, never had a problem, always helpful staff, no complaints.... keep up the awesome work.

Bring your own tape. Poor customer service. Update-response: That was kind of my point, instead of helping you get your packages taken care of quickly like all the other ups stores Ive been to, they try and nickel and dime you. Labels not taped? Well they have tape you can buy, whereas others others will quickly take care of you.

Greg is the manager at this store. He was so helpful when my husband and I brought a lot of papers to be shredded. 5 boxes as a matter of fact. He helped us get them out of the truck and in to the store. He is so friendly and willing to help others. We greatly appreciated his time and effort! You just don’t see these qualities too much in today’s world. In the past my husband has had back and neck surgery, so this really meant a lot to us! But, this gentleman did not even know this when he was being so helpful!

I own a local entertainment and promotional marketing business. And I frequently give this business location several highly specialized projects, and they always exceed expections. Their staff is always cordial, politeAnd accommodating. They are well managed and responsive. Ive watched them open early and close late to attend to the needs of a customer. This location and access hours are also convenient for the mail box I rent for my business. If you read the bad reviews for this location you will see that people are complaining about shipping costs to other countries and delivery address theft. These problems have nothing to do with the location and their services. Mr Frank has always been great people when I come to conduct my business. I would also gladly pay an extra dollar to receive additional assistance and supplies for sending a package. Also if you take a second to read the google review profiles of the people leaving the bad reviews you may note that they only use this tool to leave negative feedback. If you want something to complain about.... Go get a P.O. box at the U.S. post office ... never again. Keep up the great work guys.

We had a time-sensitive document that needed to be notarized. We made an appointment online for notary services at this location the night before. I called before our appointment to make 100% sure someone would be there to notarize, and Im very glad I did as I was told that there was no notary on staff! This is despite the fact that I received an email confirmation of our appointment for notary services the night before. Because of this, we had to make other arrangements to get our document notarized in time. They really need to update their website to remove this service if it isnt actually offered.

This store is full of every type and size of box and container you could ever want. The staff is friendly and efficient. This is my go to stop whenever I need to package, ship, or drop off a return item.

Seriously great experience! I came in on a Saturday to have 75 invitations printed same day. Natalie was like no problem I can do it. The store got super busy while we were there and Jeffery, the other sales assistant, was quick helping the other customers so Natalie could work with us (Natalie also jumped in to help Jeffery when the line got to be more than like one person). Natalie called a manager (Kristen -who my sister had recommended) and she helped on her day off and assisted with some printer and paper settings for the invite. The invitations came out with GREAT print quality. My husband who was with me and is in design was super impressed.Everyone was AWESOME and so helpful. I am thankful for you guys!

The UPS Store on Jefferson is my favorite location! The staff! The staff! The staff says it all! They are attentive, Ready to help w whatever your needs are! Mail a letter, buy stamps, pack a box for you to mail, check your mail/ PO Box or make some copies!! Even purchase a cute card for a special friend or family member! Many more services they offer that I have not mentioned. Stop by and ask them!!!

I came into this store to get color copies for wedding invitations. This was the fourth and final place I had to visit to get this done. The store associates Frank and Miyoka were very helpful and patient. Frank took his time making sure the paper I brought in did not get ruined or waisted. He also made sure that the content I needed printed came out properly. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get items printed that they come to this location!

So I got a pop socket the other day from this location and I have to stay I love it.

I had very bad experience from this store yesterday. I went to drop two Amazon boxes along with the address labels. I requested store help to stick the address label on the package and it was told to pay $1 for each label to stick on the package. More than the $1, the kind of response I got from this store was unprofessional. What was surprised me is the store person was not even brave enough to give his name so that I can provide my feedback to the organization. Finally I had to stand at the store until he was giving his business card to me. I am providing this feedback in google because the neighborhood can set their exception before someone walking to this store. I have also lodged my concern with the organisation and the Amazon company. Hopefully they will take some action to get a better service to their customers.09/14/2017 9:30 PM CST - I am updating this post after seeing the response from owner on my original review. My concern was not on the $1, but it was the attitude and behavior of the person who was there in the store. Most important thing - the store person was not even understanding what a customer was needed, the tape was not for the unpacked box, it was for sticking the address label on the pack. Obviously I asked the question that the rule of charging this additional one is a new one or not. I got two responds, 1) the rule was there from the day I joined the UPS store 2) it was same like you are walking into a McDonald for food. The question was asked after that whether I pay for the food or not. Now, the owner is also apologized since $1 was exceeding my budget. I definitely agree that not only UPS business, no one can use others for free. But what you can give free is a good behavior to others. It will be easy to give $1 free but, not a good hearted smile and care until the donor is really a gentleman.I was not planning to provide more details on the incident that happened to me. But, thought it is needed after seeing the response from the owner.
